I'm sorry... we can't keep this going... it scares me how attached you and I have become... give me one year, to find myself again. Find me. Come to Seraphim. I will wait for you...
With a start Levin's bright green eyes snapped open and he looked around. Mid day. Bright sun. Cool breeze. Calm chatter from the streets below. Citadel. Seraphim. He blinked a few times and brought a hand to massage his temples. Not more than an hour ago, Levin had come all the way to the top of Citadel to meditate in the courtyard. The Healer did this nearly every day. Since he came to Seraphim to aid with the refugee camps, he would work from dawn until mid afternoon, then come up to the outdoor courtyard outside Citadel's Temple, and meditate. He reached and reached out into the galaxy, minds and thoughts, emotions and intelligence echoed through the Force...
But not Aoife.
It was in his search that his last words to her filled his mind, and the shock of emotion that flooded the man forced him out of his trance. He wiped away a couple tears that fell. It wasn't wrong for Jedi to feel emotion, but to act upon it was. And so he sat there, and took several deep breaths. He didn't want to let these emotions overcome him. So he knew what needed to be done.
Levin rose to his feet and looked up to the clear blue sky. A couple of lazy clouds drifted over Citadel, giving the city a rare spot of shade. He shrugged off his Healer's coat, and hung it up on the branch of a nearby tree. With a quick tug through the Force and a snap of his wrist Lev's lightsaber leaped from his belt to his awaiting hand. And so the exercise began.
Silver flashed in arcs around Lev as he whirled and spun, his lightsaber hummed gently in the peaceful afternoon. Each step was carefully placed, each swing guided through the Force. Levin didn't move his body, he guided it as the Force openly flowed through him. Normally the Healer would reduce his presence in the Force to not distract anyone else, but he needed purity only the Force could bring. Any Jedi within a hundred feet of him would instantly hear the roaring waterfall of the Force that cascaded through the man.
He blocked out all sound, closed his eyes to all sight, and just let the Force move his body as he danced and lanced out with his flashing sword. Images of Aoife and of nights spent with her embrace rose into his mind only for him to let them slip away. Her face, those eyes, her touch, all melted from his mind as he let it mushroom outwards into the Force. It was pure. Clean. Refreshing. It was what he was meant for, to channel it, to use it, to be it....
Lev suddenly stopped mid whirl, sweat poured down his face and chest and he flicked off his lightsaber. As he clipped it to his belt, he turned his silver-lined eyes to the two Jedi who approached him. Both aura's were familiar, both important, and both needed to speak with him... that much he could tell.
With a brush of his hand to smooth back his black hair he turned his torso to face them as well. He bowed politely to both, as they both out ranked him, and because that was just who he was. After he moved his legs to keep his feet at shoulder length Levin grasped his hands behind his back, and looked to both Jedi before saying:
"Master Roq Nd'ath'terrain'akai, Master Rhissai'arckan. It's good to see you both."
