Ok, no new arts yet but I wanted to update two of the ones I already did based on the requests of the people I drew them for. I want to make sure they looked ok.

So, first, Karl, here's the updated Shard image. Please let me know if this works better or if it needs to be fixed some more. You can just PM me if you're more comfortable with that.



The other one was for Echo. Here's the updated version for you too. Same deal applies, please let me know if you need any other changes or if these work now.

Ok, so I know this totally wouldn't happen but my brain wouldn't shut up till I doodled it. This was a total effort of about 5 minutes so don't judge the art too harshly. I had no refs and was just goofing off...

And now, I present my two characters meeting for the first time. Kabira is a member of DLA...Di'Shan is a Sith:

Okies, time for new arts. Here's a piece done as a request from Mara of her character Looma with Alpha's character Caleb. I hope it lives up to what you had imagined Mara.



I think I need to start making some of this considerably smaller.......*ahem* Anyway, on the subject of art gifts and such, I need to unfortunately close the flood doors for a little while on all the new requests. If you have already sent me a request, don't worry, I'll do it. ^__^ I just need to stop taking new ones for a little while so I can catch up on all the old ones. I have real life to contend with and each of these takes HOURS of work so now that I have about a full month's worth of requests waiting, I need to stop any new ones for a while. I promise that once I catch up, I'll start taking requests and hopefully *crosses fingers* even art trades! ^___^

Ok, one last thing in closing. I don't expect anyone to care much about this one but it amused me and made me giggle so now you're all being subjected to it. It's just a little thing I did to take a break from the larger project paintings. This is something called "dolling". Some of you may have heard of it. People create bases and then you customize them with hair and clothes to make your own character. It's silly and fun so I like to futz around with them when I need something mindless for a minute.

And so, here's Kabira.

Ok, I've been a bit bad. I stopped in the middle of another work to paint this one and it's my own character. *sigh* I just had this in my head and needed to get it out...that and what I'm painting now is making my hand cramp like crazy. You'll understand when I finally post THAT one.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy Di'Shan in all his evil glory.
