His older era clothing, a homage to "the golden years" represent his aristocratic heritage, and respect to the past. The suits are cut and tailored to create geometric lines and curves. While it is a fanciful and appealing design it serves a double purpose of hiding his body armor. His clothing are almost always somber colors either black or dull gold or red. No doubt his approach was developed and then molded by a childhood in which his aristocratic parents were seldom around, yet he always tried to impress them. As he was accepted into the family business and absorbed into the world of a megacorp any remnants of compassion, empathy and humbleness were crushed under the company’s mentality and his own successes within it.
Wyoming has often been called arrogant by his peers due to lack of social pretense and a disdain for many that he considers inferior. An acidic and cutting personality leaves other businessmen and politicians with an earful of criticism. He is nonetheless a most successful and shrewd businessman, rising through the ranks and eventually becoming Director of Research and Development.

The wasted talent and potential around him as well as the war have made him quite pessimistic though he would tell you he is a realist. He is hypocritical in nature as he often holds others to very high ethical and moral standards he is not so virtuous as to break his own laws when they suit him. He is neutral in the current conflict as he respects and sees opportunity in the sith's economic and military power however he is a aristocrat and knows of the Republic's strength and its uncanny knack for survival.
Wyoming also possesses a darker side to him. His time as an R.A.D. agent fostered his less spoken of emotions such as anger and cruelty. As an agent he was often placed in a position where he held power over those weaker than him, leading him to believe that might makes right. He is seldom to be trusted as he betrays those to raise his own status. He is also not to be fooled or made to look the fool for his vengeance is swift and damning.

The robotics skill were attained after a training accident that left several of his body systems and apendages as cybernetics, his constant upgrading and tinkering of himself has given him plenty of time to learn the ins and outs of robotics.
He is also able to unshackle and develop AIs after acquiring a Rakatan AI from Tatooine. Months of research allowed him to break down the AI to it's basic core components and then replicate them on a more manageable scale.
His left arm was lost in a tragic training accident, however it has since been replaced by a robotic one that is much stronger and durable than his old one. It has direct combat applications as well it having a holographic data pad and repulse palm.
His steely grey eyes are grey due to cybernetic enhancements that allow him to see in several spectrum UV, infrared etc.

Bio: Wyoming was born as Nase Talsey, son and heir of wealthy Alsakan nobility. To say he was raised by his parents would be a polite lie, yet a lie nonetheless. His youngest years he was shuffled around by an army of nurses. His father a successful businessman and aloof father figure, along with a distant mother tasked with keeping up family appearences both in his young life as well as teenage years led to a detachment that plagued Nase’s subconscious as he was and always will be, seeking their approval. Fortunately or unfortunately he appeared quite intelligent and began talking and reading around 2 years of age. Seeking to create a perfect heir to the family name his parents hired the best teachers and psychiatrists to develop Nase’s brain as it was still developing, increasing his cognitive abilities, his memory and his mental reflexes.
The investment paid off and by the age of 5 Nase could speak Huttese and was mentally comparable to a 9 year old. As he progressed the lessons changed from matching games to develop his memory to more advanced classes in mathematics, astronomy, culture and galactic history. As he did not know anything other than studies in which he did quite well without much frustration or emotional or mental resistance he did not complain nor question his life.
His best friend growing up was Bill Killgore, a famous, yet aging and retired Bounty Hunter hired by the family as Nase’s bodyguard and personal defense instructor. Alsakan nobility was notorious for infighting and his father’s ties to Alsakan constructs might keep him from repercussions but children where always a target… They worked through hand to hand combat, melee weapons and ranged weapons, with Nase showing particular talent in melee and hand to hand combat where his quick mind, fast eyes and slight build allowed him to move quickly and efficiently. He however struggled with ranged combat, able to point and shoot, but unable to become a marksmen. Bill became his friend as well as mentor as he was the only individual in the estate who treated Nase as a human rather than a precious artifact. From Bill he learned about the galaxy, about it’s corruption and it’s evils. While totally biased from his own experiences Bill dutifully told his stories about tracking the scum of the galaxy, and Nase without any other father figure absorbed the stories and made Bill’s mentality his own.
To compound on this, his parents kept him secluded to the grounds, unwilling or unable to let him out into the world as they feared for his safety. Horatio never took much interest in his son, he was proud to have an heir of course however business came first and he believed that Nase was not at an age where they could communicate as men, so he was absent for most of Nase’s young life. This led Nase to crave his father’s approval in anything and everything to which his father was for the most part aloof and silent.
His childhood was relatively uneventful what with it being dictated by a rigid, unfailing schedule. It was not till he was admitted into the Archasis Pinnacle Academy that he was introduced individuals of similar stock and age. Most importantly it was not until he was let out into the world that he truly started to live. He did excellently in school and his years of indoctrination made him masterful in subjects that his peers struggled with. His professors, taking special interest with him kept him academically stimulated and even tried unsuccessfully to coerce his parents to send him to University on Coruscant.
While he appreciated being around those of similar age and differing ideal and opinions, he found his peers ignorant at best and downright stupid at worst. The mentality he developed in childhood made him not necessarily unfriendly, yet he was unapproachable, there was an air about him of disdain or irritation that kept fellow students away from him. His friends became to school’s central computer which he accessed after reading one of Bill’s datapads on slicing tactics. The central computer was a wealth of knowledge and provided him video recordings, personal logs and information on faculty and students. As he went through school he delved deeper into computer brains and his fascination with A.I. began.
Eventually the time cam and he graduated top of his class, his parents were noticeably absent. However when he returned home his father was waiting and stiffly handed him a sealed document bearing a message that he had been invited to join Alsakan Constructs, the largest corporation on Alsaka, controlled by the noble families.
=Resource Acquisition Division=
Alsakan Constructs had become a galaxy spanning conglomerate and major mercantile powerhouse in the Inner Rim, much of this was due to the shady and criticized R.A.D.
Nase joined the R.A.D. under his father and was initially assigned to low-level managerial duties, logistics and resource allocation, however as time went on he became more and more frustrated with his position. Daily he would watch the practice fights in the R.A.D.'s training rooms. Acquisition agents would suit up and fight mock battles against one another in order to prepare for resistance on missions. They would also engage in more intellectual pursuits such as timed computer hacking, piloting simulations and medical treatment.
His father, seeming to have forgotten his son as soon as he was in the company's doors was the drive that caused Nase to make a rash decision... Several weeks after his 19th birthday stayed late at his small office and taking a small trip down to the central computer core accessed R.A.D.’s training roster. He then using his father’s passwords entered himself in as Agent Wyoming and assigned himself to the next training session. The next morning he arrived early, suiting up before the other agents so they would not recognize him. However in his haste he did not remove the concussion grenades from his suit like the other agents would when they arrived, he was so eager. That oversight would cost him dearly.
The other agents exchanged glances with one another curious as to the identity of an as of yet untested agent. It was a free for all scenario in an urban environment. As the agents entered the training room, followed by Wyoming they were issued their weapons. They were armed with blast pistol and rifles with low powered shots designed to harm, not kill, as they believed that pain motivated survival.
As the agents squared off Nase kept to the shadows as the experienced agents began to run their maneuvers. From the shadows he took careful aim and tried to act the sniper, however he was no marksmen and after drawing fire, he retreated around a corner. Gripping the rifle by the barrel he waited until an agent turned the corner and delivered a mighty swing that laid low the unfortunate agent.
After his takedown, he glanced around the corner narrowly missed what could have been a head shot fired by the last surviving agent, the others having eliminated each other. Nase exchanged a few shots using his pistol and then began to advance, wildly firing and depleting his pistol ammo… Nase’s ambition was his own undoing in more ways than one… He had neglected to place his concussion grenades in a secure location, instead he left them strapped to a bandolier across his chest, and return fire hit his exposed torso and the heat activated one of the grenades… With a desperate attempt he unhooked it and threw it several feet before it exploded… The close range concussive wave ripped and tore Nase's left arm and caused other trauma to his chest and head regions... He lost his eyes and his left arm, while needing extensive surgery and cybernetics to replace a collpased lung, muscle tissue and nerves.
He awoke two days later with a robotic arm where his left arm had been and a new pair of steely grey eyes. His family had used the best cybernetics money could by and master physicians left him looking almost completely normal. He was also left with a note from his father that informed him that he was going to be fitted for R.A.D. armor and join him on their next field assignment. His road to recovery was relatively short, his body accepting the new robotic arm quite well. In his downtime he tweaked the arm to support an interactive 3D display as well as a repulse canon located in it’s palm.
His road to recovery was a long an arduous one as he came to grips both physically and mentally with his new wiring and robotic parts. However they left him stronger than ever and he soon resumed combat training with other agents, proving himself time and time again in simulations where his eyes could give him faster reactions and his left arm gave him increased strength.
Nase went on to become a decorated R.A.D. agent under the code name of Wyoming. His raids on the Fondor Shipyards, Polus Carbonite Plants and Coruscant Archives were legendary amongst the tight knit A.C. circles. R.A.D. agents worked in small teams. They took on codenames and were completely of A.C. records in order for A.C. to avoid repurcussions, they were also backed up by a powerful legal force that managed to deny most charges. Suits were nondescript and showed no signs of being produced by A.C. they also came equiped with a thermal detanator and poison tablets in order to evade capture and destroy evidence. On the Coruscant Archive Mission Nase uncovered something thought long lost.
=The Rakatan Connection=
As the war between the Republic, Sith and the various splinter factions across the galaxy progressed, the return of the sith brought about a resurgence in the importance of history... The Jedi had long since remembered the lessons of Revan and Malak as well as the source of their power, the Star Forge. AS the connection between the sith became more clear military forces as well as force sects began to seek out such powerful ancient artifacts to either destroy them or use them for their war efforts.
These investigative ventures became a closely guarded secret and a shadow war erupted between the various groups vying for this ancient knowledge, anything that could turn the tide. A.C. was late to this party, however as soon as they learned enough they dispatched their R.A.D agents across the galaxy in small teams to gather whatever knowledge they could.
Wyoming and 3 other agents were assigned to the Coruscant Archives, one of the largest repositories of knowledge in the galaxy. Their landing on the planet aboard an A.C. transport ship was quite peaceful as was their infiltration of the repository.
Wyoming used his budding knowledge of central computer brains to gather some information on some untapped Rakatan zones. The Coruscant Archives pointed Nase in the direction of Tattooine and an ancient Rakatan structure buried beneath the planet’s surface. Nase was allowed to uncover this ruin. A small team of R.A.D. agents arrived on a non-descript ship posing as a University Archeological Team and following local legends an incomplete set of coordinates and extensive ground scans they found the ruins… After excavating a small tunnel to the ruin’s main doors they found them barred, unable to be opened without the force or a permacrete detonator… Fortunately they had the detonator and a huge swath of sand dune was destroyed in their attempts to enter the Rakatan structure. Local gang related authorities would arrive quickly so Nase left the others to guard the entrance as he entered the into the darkness. He was almost killed by ancient robots still guarding the halls, however through luck or skill he managed to destroy them while suffering mostly superficial wounds and a gut shot that would need medical attention. Undeterred he continued on until he found a final droid that did not shoot but congratulated him in passing the defenses and proving his worth. With time running short, Nase lobbed an Ion grenade at it and set to work removing it’s computer brain. Within an hour they had managed to fight off local authorities and found themselves heading home.
=Director of R&D=
Nase then left the R.A.D. and took a personal vacation in which he returned to his family home, requisitioned the basement as a computer and personal tech laboratory. After completing his little facility he brought in the droid brain, placed it within a secure server, with no contact with outside systems and began his experiments on the Rakatan AI. After deactivating the restraining bolt he spent days if not weeks dissecting and interpreting the huge swaths of ancient history and information, storing them on multiple datapads and hard drives. As he completed extraction of the rakatan information he then spent a lengthy period observing and recording his conversations with the AI on such things as morality, ethics, politics, warfare and society. The answers he received were profound, as it appeared that when subjected to new current information it was able to formulate it’s own opinions. He also upon stimulation experiments observed a wide range of emotional functions from anger to confusion.
Determining he had enough information to begin dissemination he began calculating and cold hearted experiments to isolate different cognitive AI functions and separate them. He subjected the AI to massive equations and paradoxes in order to dominate, crush and then remove the Intelligence, Calculating and Analytical portion of the A.I.
Nase then proceeded to remove other primary pieces in similar fashion, keeping all of them locked away, isolated except for the Intelligent computing aspect which he revealed to R.A.D.’s board of directors at the age of 32. He had the believe that he had created a shackled, unwhole AI that could compute and analyze faster than anything on the market. For that presentation and designs/plans to reproduce the AI design he was promoted to Director of Research and Development. Since then he has continued to promote uses of AI in ships, combat, armor and vehicles. He was also responsible for several other contributions too mundane to name, but enough to keep him in the company’s good graces as he carried out his own darker experiments.

"Mr. Talsey, agent Shield and agent Law are here."
"Thank you Fillis" Said Nase in a cool voice. He was reclining in his plush black leather executive's chair, swiling a glass of scotch absent mindedly. His eyes were closed, almost medetatively, mentally preparing himself for what was to come. His eyelids parted revealing his grey eyes which whirred slightly as they took in his surroundings. In preparation for the imminent arrival of the two R.A.D. agents he sat up straight and placed his drink in front of him on his obsidian black table. After smoothing back his black hair, a habit of his, he adopted a look of boredom...
Agents Shield and Law approached Nase' office, their booted feet making a rythmic pounding upon the durasteel floor. The two humanoids were fully armored, not even their faces were visible. Several workers and secretaries scurried out of their way as they marched towards the imposing black and gold doors... "Director of R&D" Was printed in bold faced type across the door and it was only as they neared the doors did the two agent's strides break and slow. Their helemted heads turned towards each other slightly and they nodded before pushing open the heavy metal doors.
"About bloody time." Said Nase as he leaned forward. His eyes moved over the two men, Agent Shield wore silver armor while Law wore black. Nase found it almost poetic that their names coincided with their armor choice. Some did not understand the significance of connotation, but the subtlety was not lost on Nase.
"There was a... complication." Started Law in a deep bass voice.
As Nase frown deepened Law tried to elaborate. "The shipment was a trap. There wasn't anything there except a team of security personnel waiting in the hover truck... The fringer elements must be escalating their raids. I think from this point on security will be a lot tighter."
Nase pinched his brow as he heard the report. He reached for the glass of scotch and downed it in a single gulp. Supressing a cough he pulled up a holographic display on his desk.
The 3D image caused Shield and Law to glance at each other nervously. Even with their armor it was clear they held that image in contempt.
"The failure with the Sarcophagus is now irrelevent. Rendili's response to our probes was swifter and more efficient than I predicted however they are no longer out concern." A thin smile formed on Nase' lips and his eyes twinkled mischeviously. "Sit down gentlemen... We have a lot to talk about..."
