I'm fine......I ready for my next lesson.
Dan nodded as he pointed to a pile of crates, they where normally used to have students stack them, not exactly what he had in mind. He shut his eyes as he lifted the crates himself, at different levels and distances apart. He opened his eyes and spoke, Start on the bottom and work your way up. Get to the top and collect this. He reached out to a training saber and sat it on the top floating crate. OH...and i can't hold this up forever so that's technically a time limit.
He smiled nodding his head toward the first lowest crate telling her to get started. He didn't say anything but he would move the crates randomly to through her off, this had to do with speed, relying on the force to guide her, and in the end concentration on the target. He knew she could do it, but could she before he dropped them?
He gave another reassuring bit of words, You can do it, but must hurry.
((OOC---Sorry another short one.))

Onna started to jump one the crates one by one. Dan would move the crates at random to make it harder but Onna was concentrating almost feeling that he was going to move a crate before he did. She was getting to the top and was about to jump to the next one when she herd a loud clang towards the ground. Onna lost her concentration and jumped before she could regain it all. Dan moved the crate as she started her jump. She was a tad bit short on the jump and she had to grade on to the crated with her hands and pull herself up. She jumped one last time onto a crated and she reached the top.
At this point she could feel that Dan could let go of the crates at any moment. So she grab the training saber and started to jump down the crates. She could feel that he was slowly letting go of the crates. She could here the ones above crashing to the ground but she staid concentrated one going down the crates she didn't want to loose concentration again like she did just a few moments ago.
There was only a two more crates left when Dan let go. Onna just concentrated on getting down the crates she knew that she only had a few more seconds to get down the two crates quicker then she had been. Then she realized what she had to do. She took one last second and then jumped as far as she could. She skipped the crate in front of her and landed one the last crate then quickly jumped off the last one hardly landing on her feet and almost falling to the ground but she made it to the ground before the crated behind her fell completing the challenge.
How did I do?

Dan was lifting far to many crates at once, his concentration was making sure Onna didn't fall and that he provided some sort of challenge. He then dropped one of the crates that she had just been on, just before she made it to the top and collected the training saber. Than she began on her way down, she made it safely and landed, and he slowly let the crates down himself.
How did i do? She asked looking up at him with training saber in hand. He nodded taking in a breath, not only had she done well but both of them had pushed themselves to a new limit.
You have done well... Dan looked down to his padawan approvingly.
He had already caught his breath and was fine, not only that but her athletics had inspired the next lesson.
If you don't need a break... He said moving into the rock wall, and looking at the top, I'd like you to climb to the top... without a harness. He said pointing to the top of the wall.

Onna took a few breaths and then started to climb the wall. This was the first time she had ever climb the wall with out a harness. She used to be able to rest a little bit on the harness so she wouldn't have to use as much energy to get to the top. Onna only put her arms a little bit above her head so not as much of her blood would rush out of her arms. That way her arms wouldn't trier as easy also.
Onna made fast progress. If Onna had learned one thing when doing this many times as a youngling was not to look down not because she was afraid of heights it was because if you look down sometimes you fell like your not moving fast enough or you making fast progress making her cocky.
Onna was close to the top. Her arms were starting to get tired and were starting to shake because the blood was rushing out of her arms but she knew she was close and she had to keep going with no harness.
When she finally reached the top and all she had to do was pull her self on top. She waited a second before she did it. When she realized she couldn't wait any more because her arms were getting tired she finally started to pull herself up. Her arms were really shaky and she was having trouble pulling herself up. Her arms were having trouble pulling her body weight up. She knew that she had to pull herself up or it was a long fall down. She used every last bit of energy to finally pull her self down.
When she finally stood up and looked down she only hoped that Dan had a idea other then using the wall to get down.

Dan had looked at the clock when she started and watched as she climbed up. As she was climbing he was thinking how to get her down once he had he idea he continued watching Onna in case he had to move quickly to catch her, he was surprised at hos much progress she was making dispite only pulling herself a few inches at a time. When she finally made it to the top Dan looked at the clock seeing the good time, she had scaled a 100 foot wall without a harness in just a few minutes. He nodded and took the main harness into his hands and made sure it was attached to the top and sent it up with the force.
When it got there he yelled to the top to make sure she could hear him, Good job, now put that on and scale down. He sat back as she started down he had one more test for her today.
When she got down and to him he spoke, OK now for your last exercise for the day, the crates i had you climb before, i want you to stack them from smallest on the bottom and biggest on the top, without letting them fall. Then you'll have some studies. He said making sure she understood and waved her on with a smile on his face approving her last work.
