Appearance: Her father's heritage is obvious upon her visage. She strongly resembles her grandmother (who was known for being quite pulchritudinous back in her day) on her father's side. Kaida's soft, smooth skin with her pallor compliments her shoulder length asymmetrical styled silky silver white hair she inherited from her mother. Despite having her mother's Echani silver white hair, the Epicanthix features she inherited from her father are most prominent upon her; albeit her eyes are a blend of each as they are a case of heterochromia iridum, her right eye is the same shade of green as her father's and her left is the same shade of blue-silver as her mother's. Her figure is a feminine lean, lithe athletic form--fully dressed she appears quite slim or even skinny, but without, her physique proves to have quite a bit of muscle definition. Her slender fingered hands are very calloused--even her knuckles are heavily calloused caused by years of martial training practically since the day the girl learned to walk.
While seldom seen--or at least, only partially--do to being covered by her clothes, her body is nearly entirely covered by tattoos. Covering her entire back and shoulders all the way down to her wrists, and sprawling out to cover the entire front of her torso, and furthermore reach down her thighs to her knees. The tattoos in of themselves are immensely elaborate and intricate having taken years to complete, more so given it was not done with any modern electronic tattooing devices but rather all done by the ancient method of injecting the ink via the slow, painful method of poking varying wooden needles by hand. They are quite artistically ornate tattoos in of themselves, and are all woven together telling a story; the primary basis of it starting at her back and expanding to her front and to her limbs. The story essentially appearing to be that of a serpent 'dragoness' fighting and devouring another serpent dragon within an ancient flowery garden, before moving on to hunt and devour other serpentine creatures within their own ancient flowery gardens.
She has a leniency to wearing fine tailor made clothes. Though she tends to use the ancient method of using chest wraps for support, unless wearing a dress--none at all in the case of the latter. For the most part her style of dress tends to be male style clothes tailored to her slim, feminine athletes physique. Most commonly seen in a button up white silk shirt she wears unbuttoned and untucked with a black blazer over it which she does have buttoned and closed. She has a jade ring on her right middle finger and with her family crest gold diamond ring on right left ring finger. Around her neck is a small, thin chain gold necklace with an inch long, narrow gold post pendant lined with three diamonds. Either ear of hers bears a small diamond stud earring. Furthermore wearing black silk dress pants; yet despite wearing pants she wears fine black silk stockings that reach up her thighs, and on her feet wears a pair of formal dress shoes closer to male shoes yet had them made to fit just for her comfort. Lastly, on her head she wears a formal black wide-brimmed hat with a white band around its crown, she wears it tilted slightly forward. And lastly she wears round lens sunglasses faintly tinted purple with black wire frames.

Personality: Those close to Kaida consider and call her friend, known for having their back and lending her full support when they need it, and willing to fight for them at the drop of a hat. Even those of her immense "family" she can prove to be quite protective, doing what she can for them with little to no questions, merely acting out of an instinctual sense of loyalty. Much like the rare genuinely caring high-ranking CEO reaching out to help the little guy in their employ. These traits are what often causes those within her "family" and clan to follow her lead. They know they will be protected, cared for, and that only aside from the materialistic and influential benefits one can receive for being part of the Te clan and/or "family". Providing such generosities is just a natural act for her. Able to put a strong foot down to keep order when need be, but overall viewed quite favorably by those she leads because of how willing she is to extend her loyalty to them in return and provide for them to keep life within the Yamamoto-kai as a whole, comfortable.
However...
It cannot be argued... she is a complete psychopath.
For those outside of the Te, those who are not close to her, i.e. "the rest"... the reality is she feels nothing for them, nor feels any need to care about them. One could say it is a severe bipolarism. Betrayals have been known to be responded with by acts of horrific destructive violence with the deaths of not just those who betrayed the Te, but it is not uncommon if there are incredible amounts of "collateral damage" along with it. The body counts from her acts of violence and vengeance are often staggering. It is blatant that it is not even a concern to her, who or what dies in her path. So long as her vengeance is felt, and her "family" and clan are protected and come out the victor--she is satisfied and happy. It is really that simplistic for her.
The difference between an enemy and just another random person on the street to her is one is willing to point a weapon in her direction. It is less a sense of paranoia, and more a sense of irritation as she views both as being in her way--if they are in her way--they die. Once again, it is really that simplistic for her. She loathes things getting bogged down into details, or getting complicated. It is not out of being unintelligent, quite the contrary--as it is more to keep things running smoothly. When running a very large organization as she does--when things get complicated the more problems arise. Keep it simple and it becomes much easier to manage (though really, it is never "easy", just "easier"). So, with time she learned to detach herself from it all. Categorize "friends and allies" into one group--those she lends herself wholly to, the other two categories being "enemies" and "everyone else". Her enemies are met with vicious and brutal ends, willing to treat them in turn with a cruelty double over what they had given her. Whereas "everyone else", if they are in the way of her machinations, the sought after deaths of her enemies, or in some way find themselves standing in the way of her and her goal(s)... well... too bad for them, they should not have been there.
While she has a reputation for being lovely and possessing graceful movements, it is still largely dwarfed by her reputation for her murderous psychopathic nature. She can be downright gleeful during the weaving of death and mayhem she causes. She is one of the few known major crime lords willing to be on the frontlines getting their hands dirty with the other mooks. While it is not all the time she does, she has an organization to run after all--nevertheless it is still not an uncommon thing for her to do. While many consider it careless of her, because it can leave her back exposed for her enemies to attempt a nice stabbing. In Kaida's eyes, that is all part of the thrill of it.
Known for having an energetic personality, always seeming to want to be on the go. She often carries herself with a casual attitude, taking things as they come, open to new experiences--the spice of life. A fully self-aware and shameless indulger of all seven deadly sins, the trappings of worrying about consequence she long cast those off to dive headlong into what life had to offer in the vile dregs of the underworld. Truth be told, she is often more surprised than anyone else that she is still alive after all that she has done and is willing to do. Which one could say it inflates her ego to such massive extents, like a daredevil she is willing to continue to keep pushing everything to test her faux indestructibility.
This desire to test the limits of what luck reality is willing to extend to her, and her extremely detached view of life and death--one could say because of her loose use of violence her value on life could not be cheaper, and it is that which makes numerous people within the underworld domains hesitant to join her, or outright see her as a threat and/or an enemy. But, on the flip side, because she is known for her immense loyalty to any who join the Te, as well as willing to go through great lengths for them, and keep them comfortable as members of it--even be right there on the front lines with them; that in turn causes many to wish to join her organization or "family" rather.
As mentioned she truly is willing to go through great lengths to give those who follow her wealth and security, put them on easy street. Though, her critics make the valid point that her destructive tendencies and antics make that life of wealth and comfort short lived. And in a way, by her design it has made it for the young and dumb that much more appealing. Even old veterans find it appealing with the notion if they are going to go out, may as well be in a blaze of glory while living the high life. And even telling her Te clan recruiters to spin it, making a decent propaganda campaign for enlisting into a quite active organization such as the Te family/clan of the Exchange, creates a greater chance for one to make a name for themselves. It has caused many to flock to her. After nearly a decade since seizing power within the Te family, her charisma has proven to be quite magnetic.
Then again, one could say fools attract each other...
