Seria had just came from a meeting with her superior. It had been about a group of transfers and new privates being assigned to their building. It had been awhile since they had gotten this many new personnel at once and they had to divide the work up with peoples trained in psychology.
Seria had gotten her associates degree ib psychology but she was a counselor before getting transferred to intelligence and becoming an interrogator. So she had to interview the new non-commissioned personnel before they were cleared for active duty. It was going to be good to get a change of pace from the multitude of paper work intelligence had to go through on a daily basis.
Several hours later and about twenty cups of coffee he was down to her last one. She stood and drank the last bit of her coffee. Before she called for the next one she placed her coffee mug on the counter had grabbed a glass of watter and set it on her desk. Picking up the data pad she read the name, Private Vitok Dilric. Knesos made her way to the door opening it she spoke.
"Private Vitok Dilric, you're next. Please come in and have a seat in front of the desk."

Vitok Dilric was very much excited that he was amost prepared for active duty. He had to stay on Coruscant for a few final things but Vitok was still excited. The new Republic recruits were sent to be interviewed before they would be ready for battle.
Each recruit was called up and left for the interview. After a few hours of waiting Vitok was still in his chair and very tired along with the others who were still waiting. His name was finally called up and he walked up to the desk and took a seat on the chair in front of it. Vitok now waited patiently hoping this interview will go by fast.

Watching as the Zabrak got up from his seat and walking past her. He was larger than her but wasn't intimidated one bit. She knew she was a superior and that most of the new recruits did not want to mess up their opportunity to please a superior.
Knesos stepped back into her office, making her way to the desk. Most of the Zabrak she had delt with where mercenaries that she had to interrogate. This was one of the good guys. Vitok was on their side of the war, and she liked that. Swatting down in her chair she room a sip of the water and spoke.
"I'm Captain Knesos, im going to be doing your interview. Now before I begin the long list of questions I have here. Is there any questions you have?"
Seria liked to tell her patients what she was going to do, and have them ask questions at the start and periodically throughout the interview. It felt to her they are more relaxed then if she just cut to the chase and headed straight into the questioning.

Vitok sat quietly as the captain introduced herself. He never liked being asked questions for some reason but this was just another step before he could be sent to battle. He began to think if he should ask a question but put the thought aside.
"I have no questions to ask Captain," Vitok replied. This would take time but he could wait. The worst that could happen was that he was not cleared for active duty and Vitok tried to put that thought away too.

The Captain took another drink of her water and nodded to the private. This was going to be interesting, most of the transfers were human. They were the easiest to gauge and read, now Zabrak on the other hand weren't. Knesos had her work cut out for her. Clearing her through she began to ask the first question.
"Tell me a little bit about yourself."
Seria asked, she needed to see what made the man tick. She knew the best way for the soldier to talk was to ask a generalized question. This question could be answered a multitude of ways. Depending on how it was answered and how quickly it would determine if Vitok was qualified for combat.
The Captain didn't understand anybody that would want to go and fight. She had a brother on the frontlines and well before the war started. Her late boyfriend Remington lost his life in a skirmish with a Sith Soldier. So she had mixed emotions on the war, but she was an officer of the Republic and she will do want she is ordered to do.

The first question should be simple enough. All Vitok needed to do was give a brief history about himself. When thinking about his history Vitok remembered Iridonia. It is hard not only accepting that his home is not part of the Republic but has a better chance at joining the Sith. He put the thought aside and decided to answer the question.
"I was born on Iridonia nine teen years ago, my mother died shortly after I was born so my father was the only one that raised me and soon we moved to Coruscant and I enlisted for the Military," Vitok replied now thinking about what will happen if Iridonia actually joins the Sith.

Seria punched couple things into her pad and then looked up at the Zabrak. He was so stiff and looked uncomfortable. Smiling slightly to let him know that it was ok to loosen up. Even though she was a superior officer, there was no reason to be uncomfortable.
"You may relax private. Although my primary job is interrogation, that is not what im doing today."
Seria took a drink of her water. Setting the glass back on her desk she returned to the questions. The answer that Vitok gave was an interesting one. He had moved from Iridonia to Coruscant at a early age. So the next question would be a perfect one.
"Obviously you have family back on Iridonia. If the planet joins the Sith Empire, how would that effect your ability to carry out your orders?"

Vitok relaxed a little bit and began to think of the second question. Vitok wasn't aware of any family back on Iridonia but his father did tell him that he could had a few cousins back there but he never met them himself. He also wondered that if he still did had family back on Iridonia would they support joining the Sith Empire.
"It would depend on if they support the Sith Empire or not," Vitok answered still thinking about his family. Hopefully one day he would travel back home when this war was over and meet the rest of his family one day.

Seria sat listening to the Zabrak answer the question. She jotted down what Vitok said on her pad and looked back at him. The captain looked over the list of questions hat she could ask him while she thought of a responds to his answer. It wasn't a very well thought out reply so she needed to dig deeper.
"Private, could you elaborate on that. What do you mean it depends on how they stand?"
The Captain inquired as she took a sip from her water that sat on her desk. Leaning back in her chair after setting the glass down. Seria crossed her legs her left knee over her right. Looking the Private in the eyes as she waited for the answer. It felt like this was going to be the longest one yet.
She looked down at the clock on the desk. It was 16:00 and she still had two more interviews to go. She had dinner with her brother Wol and then she had to call her mother since it was her birthday. She had wish she could get back to Alderaan to see her. Though work got in the way and plus she was in the military, she couldn't just get up and go as she pleased.

Vitok didn't want to explain more about this question but knew that wasn't a choice. He thought about it and decided that he couldn't hurt his family if they were just civillians. Now if they were part of the Sith Military or something similar then he would follow the order.
"Like if someone in my family joined the Sith Military or even played a role in having Iridonia join the Empire," Vitok replied back. He wondered if there was a possibly of his father convincing the rest of the family to move to Coruscant or other Republic planets. Yet again he pushed the thought away needing to focus on the task at hand.
