The saber extended from the hilt made from the Rancor tooth, the mirrored blade did the same. The tall well built Jedi stood in the center of the dueling circle, two saber droids pulled there own training blades and ignited them, and behind the tall droids three hovering training remotes powered on. This was Dan's training regiment, for a Jedi Knight it was a somewhat simple challenge, the saber droids where rather simple to defeat, especially for a Jedi Knight. The remotes where even more so extremely easy.
The remotes started the attack first one of them moving higher into the air then the other two, while the other two circled one in each direction. Dan cleared his mind and shut his eyes waiting for them to actually attack. His eye's flicked open in time to hear the whoop from the remote hovering off to his right, he shot his lightsaber in a swirl blocking the bolt, with the Yellow/Orange blade before spinning to block the remote on the left from making an attack.
Dan sidestepped a bolt from the third remote as the first of the two saber bots made it's first attack. Dan brought both sabers up into an X to block he downward slash from the droid. The second moved in to make a strike at Dan's legs, Dan pushed the Droids saber back and then jumped onto the droids chest avoiding the second droids attack and then pushing off the droids chest with his legs narrowly missing another attack from both droids and landing a few feet away towards the edge of the dueling ring.
The training remotes took the advantage to make a few attacks while the slow moving saber droids came towards Dan. He lowered his left saber down and spun his right lightsaber twice each spin blocking a bolt, and then put it behind his back as he spun to block the left remotes attack then with a forward swing repelled a final bolt back hitting the remote and disabling it.
Dan sighed as the two saber bots where now ready to attack again. Dan shut down his left saber and placed it on his belt.
The left droid was the only one to attack beside the remaining two remotes, He blocked a left strike and then another downward strike, which he used to his advantage, he was able to grab the hilt of the droids blade, however being as the droid was roughly 3 times stronger then Dan was he wasn't going to be able to take it from the droid, Dan knew this. Instead he pulled on it slightly with the force pulling the droid a few inches and then spun around the droid letting the two sabers part and then held his back against the droids back, he blocked a bolt from the training remote on his right still before using the force to disable the droid, it was a skill he was still greatly learning, but getting better at. The droid fell to the floor and he reached out and pulled the only remaining training remote in his direction, by this time only a few seconds had gone by sense he had gotten behind the saber droid, which had now caught its balance and turned around to bring a strike down toward Dan. Dan leaped over the droids head high and with a back flip landed behind the droid and slammed the training remote into the first saber droid, disabling the remote and doing slight damage to the saber droid as well.
When he landed he had a hard time breathing, he had been forgetting to pace himself, the upside, most of his opponents where out and damaged, the downside, he know couldn't breath and was exhausted. Dan walked slowly backwards away from the two droids who where now moving toward him ready to bring him down. Dan sighed as he moved forward quickly the droid on his left sung high toward Dan's head, Dan countered that by dropping and rolling holding his saber off to one side to avoid cutting himself with it. When he stopped at the droids legs he brought it in a right cross hitting both legs disabling the droid.
Being as he had his lightsaber on a lower level it didn't hurt the droid just disabled it. Dan stood and faced the final droid, Dan was ready to get a very long drink of water. But he first had to beat this now intimidating opponent. The droid came at him as fast as he could, (which was still extremely slow) Dan grabbed his second saber and jumped up and over the droid flipping and landing on the droids shoulder, and drove his two sabers through the droids back. The droid fall backwards almost landing on Dan.
When Dan landed he just lay on the ground sabers now shut down, he was breathing heavily but enjoying being able to lay there.
After a few minutes of just laying on the floor and getting funny looks from the other Jedi in the room he got up, but his sabers away and walked to the water dispenser. He got one cup of water and drank it, then got a second, and a third, and forth.
I still think they need bigger cups! He said to himself looking back to the pile of droids that where resetting themselves...

Within the dueling pit about twenty meters away from the dueling circle stood a blonde human in one corner of the pit and a Togruta in the opposite. Both of them were young, as could be seen both by their outward appearance and by the youthful arrogance that flowed off them. Of course, it was simply a playful aura, not like the arrogance the Sith typically had. It was simply a 'friendly' duel between two Jedi; to test whom had a better understanding of saber combat. As Jaina ignited her sapphire blue saber, the Togruta did the same, but instead of blue, her blade burned an elegant emerald green.
"Good luck." the Togruta said as a smirk grew upon her reddish-orange face. "You're going to need it."
Immediately after the Togruta's words were spoken, the horned humanoid swung her saber downwards at Jaina. In response, Jaina held her blade above her head horizontally, and parried her attacker's first strike. With a twist of her blade and a step backwards, the human blocked a second attack, this one aimed towards her left arm. She pushed back with all her might, and managed to knock her opponent's saber out of her hands and onto the ground. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Jaina swung her blade form left to right, attempting to hit the Togruta's right arm and end the fight. However, with astonishing speed, the alien used the Force to retrieve her blade from the ground and halted Jaina's saber moments before it collided with her side.
"You're going to have to try a little harder than that." the Togruta said with a chuckle.
"I have to give you credit; you retrieved your fallen saber and defended my attack with incredible speed." Jaina replied, complimenting her rival's skill.
Next, in a flurry of short strikes towards the enemy, Jaina pushed her enemy back further and further to the edge of the pit. With every clashing of their blades, the further back the Togruta was pushed. Then, the Togruta found her back against the wall. In a desperate attempt to free herself, the Togruta stopped and thrust her blade at Jaina's chest. Jaina easily side-stepped the thrust, and then proceeded to swipe at the Togruta's hands, hitting her mark.
"Agh!" the Togruta yelped in pain from the small burn. Their sabers were on the lowest power, of course. All damage done was minimal.
Out of respect, Jaina bowed. She had won once again. As a Padawan, she may not be the best at saber combat, but she was widely regarded among her peers to be rather good at it. Though her peers were simply Padawans like herself; they still hadn't had as much experience as the Knights and Masters.
After climbing out of the pit, Jaina noticed a Jedi out of the corner of her eye. She turned to face him entirely. He was battling against multiple training droids using his vividly colored lightsaber. The man was lacking any signs of struggle as he reflected back the droid's bolts, as if it was simple for him. Blocking blaster fire had always been a weak point for Jaina; she preferred dueling one against one.
When the man deactivated his saber and began to fight them using his hands, Jaina became all the more interested. Had she have done battle against this man, she clearly wouldn't have lasted very long.
By the time the man had finished his training regiment, Jaina had walked to the area he was at. "That was impressive." she said to the man.

Dan felt a presence moving off behind him, but ignored it as there where many people in the room. He had finally caught his breath with his fifth tiny paper cup of water. By this time the same presence he had desided to ignore had drawn closer and Dan assumed the voice that began speaking belonged to the same presence. "That was impressive." the female voice said before Dan turned. He saw a young Female human, her hair only a few shades off from his own.
Dan gave a simple bow to the younger woman, Thank you. He noticed she was older then a youngling so he made the guess she was a Padawan. I am Dan Firestar. He started before continueing on the topic that had started the conversation, he motioned to the droids that had all gone back to their own locations by this point, Not as easy as it looks. He said with a smile as he tossed the small cup into a recycleing shoot that was set up in the wall. What was your name? He descided to ask the Padawan that was still near him, which ment he had her attention which he supposed was better then talking to himself.

"What was your name?" the man asked her.
"Jaina Karios." she proudly responded. "I'm not from around here; I came from Tython after my master..." she couldn't finish her sentence.
The turning of her master had not been something that she had taken lightly. Nightmares of the night he turned had been haunting her ever since. To think that her master, her father had turned on her terrified her. She sucked up her feelings of sorrow, however. All the mourning necessary had been long done. Clinging to memories was something a Sith would do, and she despised the Sith.
"My master had turned to the dark side months ago. I've been essentially put on hold as a Padawan."
Now that statement was true. Ever since her mentor's turning, the Council hasn't been sure what to do with her. They told her that they feared she may follow in his path to the dark side, despite her constant dismissal of these claims. Perhaps they had the right to be worried, but moving her to Coruscant? Most of her life had been spent there. She figured that the council knew best, and simply followed along with their orders.
"Guess I'll have to wait and see what they have in store for me." she said as she crossed her arms, looking to the ground in frustration.

"Jaina Karios." Dan nodded as she gave him her name, Pleasure to meet you Jaina. She continued speaking telling Dan a bit about herself. "I'm not from around here; I came from Tython after my master..." She stopped there as if sad for a moment, Dan expected to hear that her master had died but what she said took Dan by surprise, "My master had turned to the dark side months ago. I've been essentially put on hold as a Padawan." Dan stood immediately up straight a bit more, sorry to hear her story.
"Guess I'll have to wait and see what they have in store for me." Dan nodded and waited for a second to respond, I am sorry to hear that. Dan had been in the order sense before he could remember, and been a Knight for over two years now, only a few times had he heard of a case like this.
Dan motioned to the bench that he had his outer robes draped over the edge of, Sit for a moment? He said as he walked over to the bench and sat down leaning forward a bit placing his hands on his knees. So you aren't being taught as a Padawan as of right now? He asked her, perhaps this meeting was set up by the force, perhaps he was supposed to comfort her, after all to him it seemed like she was still needing to get what ever was wrong about her master out in the open. He had been thinking about taking a Padawan now for a while, but he hadn't thought much about it yet.

"So you aren't being taught as a Padawan as of right now?" the man asked her.
She had been standing when he motioned her to take a seat and asked the question. As he suggested, she did such. "Indeed; the Council is unsure what to do with me." she said. "They worry that I've been tainted by the dark side; don't want to do anything to trigger a betrayal." she shook her head at the thought of it.
The fact that the council questioned her loyalty to the Order upset her. Before the Council had taken her in, she had traveled from planet to planet waiting to be sold into slavery. Only because of the actions of an old Jedi Master had she been freed from a life of slavery. From that point, everything she had done had been for Jedi. Most of her life to this point had been spent as a youngling, only becoming a Padawan four years ago. It made her sick to her stomach knowing that they believed she could turn to the Dark Side. No, she saw the power of darkness, and despised it.
After realizing she had spaced out for a moment, she stood up and faced Dan once more. "I suppose I'll have to wait for their decision before I do anything." she said, and crossed her arms. She began to tap her foot in a constant rhythm as the thought of waiting for her training to continue bored her impatient self. With a sigh, she muttered. "However long that will be."

Dan listened to Jaina as she told her story. "Indeed; the Council is unsure what to do with me." Dan thought to himself but didn't speak yet, I think i do. He thought but let her continue, "They worry that I've been tainted by the dark side; don't want to do anything to trigger a betrayal." Dan shook his head, he obeyed the council, but didn't understand them at times. "I suppose I'll have to wait for their decision before I do anything." Dan looked at her for a moment longer while she continued her final bit of words. "However long that will be."
Dan stood and looked at the other who was now standing, Well...your wait is over, I can tell you and i aren't very different, plus I've been thinking about taking on a Padawan for a little while now. He said now reattaching his sabers to their belt and pulling his outer robes back on. I'll speak with the council tonight, Come back here tomorrow at about 8:00 in the morning and I'll meet you here. Hopefully and if it's the forces will, I will be able to accept you by tomorrow. On that note it won't be easy to finish your training, but it'll be a lot easier then training you from scratch. Dan smiled and gave a bow. He waited for a few seconds to make sure there was nothing else she had to say to him, he could tell it would lighten her mood, possibly even make her exited to know someone was about to attempt to take her a their padawan, but it hadn't happened yet.
The next morning...
Dan had spoken to the council the night before, it took some time of talking and the council didn't like that he had talked to them as a last minute deal, But with some prying they accepted his application, and he could now take Jaina the Padawan he had met the day before as his own student. What was funny; Dan thought, is that he barely knew her, and she him, he didn't even know how old she was and here he was about to go accept her as his student if she was still interested. He didn't know but could guess that she was good with a blade.
He had been doing his routine training that he did every morning, he was done with saber combat for the morning, force training was done as well, he was now lifting weights physically, and was about to do a little rock climbing if Jaina didn't show up by that time he would have to try and find her.

When Dan had told Jaina he would take her on as an apprentice, she had been overwhelmed by abundant feelings of grace. Now, moments later, her feelings had began to mix. Apart of her felt as if she wasn't ready for another mentor. Watching her master slowly fall to the dark side had broken her heart; he wasn't just a mentor, he was essentially her father. With him, she lost apart of herself, one that she may never regain. She lost her trust in others. In her mind, anyone she knows could easily turn against her and stab her in the back.
While Dan didn't seem like someone who would simply betray her for the dark side, he, from what she could tell from about an hour of talking with, differed greatly from Sereth. Sereth had been known to be very indirect with his lessons. He often made Jaina view things from multiple perspectives, teaching her to see things in more ways than just one. Dan contrasted greatly from Sereth, appearing much more direct; like Jaina herself. Perhaps this would be a good change, she thought. However, it would definitely take her time to get used to the change.
"I look forward to the opportunity to learn under you." she said to Dan, and swiftly returned to her quarters, deciding to meditate for a few hours, and then sleep.
The next morning...
At around 6:35, Jaina awoke from her deep slumber. She yawned as her body's systems began to activate. Still exhausted, she walked to her shower, almost zombie-like in her manner. After stepping into the shower, she turned it on and felt the warm water splashing on her face. It was very relaxing. On Tython, hot showers were rare. Now that she was on Coruscant, however, she'd perhaps be able to get used to the pleasureful feeling of a steamy shower.
After finishing her shower, drying off, applying her cosmetics, and dressing in her dark brown Jedi robes, she checked the time once more. It was 7:00. In one hour, she was supposed to meet with Dan at the training room, but she figured it would be alright to head into the room early. As far as she was concerned, a morning's training would warm her up for whatever was in store for the rest of the day.
Upon entering the training room, she had taken notice to Dan. Apparently he had had the same idea as she did. She approached him, as he was preparing to rock climb. "Well, you're up early." she said with a smile. "Do you know if you'll be able to take me under your wing?" she asked as she gently brushed her blonde bangs out of her eyes.

Dan was just coming out of his outer robes, taberds and tunic leaving only the brown under shirt, as he was about to pull the harness and gloves on. But he had felt his soon to be Padawan coming up from behind him. "Well, you're up early." Dan nodded as he turned to see is new Padawan, Hello Jaina, and i'm always am up early. How are you this morning? He smiled and gave a bow to his new student. "Do you know if you'll be able to take me under your wing?" Dan nodded, The council gave me permission to oversee the final stages of your training, yes. So i suppose the first thing to do is figure out what it is i can actually teach you. Dan said walking away from the harness and leaving it dangleing. So how advanced is your training so far? are you a duelest or are you more atuned to the force? Dan asked trying to get a little information as to what his first teachings would be.
Dan had a few idea's to start with, but the first thing would be to test her saber skills, and likely any other phisical and force trainging he could while in the training halls. Then he would find something else to continue with.
He began putting his robes back on sense he wasn't going to get to start climbing for a while likely.

"What do I specialize in?" she didn't really ask, more like restating the question. "I've always preferred saber training, rather than the Force. In fact, my old mentor had taught me the traditional Shii-Cho, a bit of Makashi, as well as a small amount of Ataru and Soresu." she took pride knowing that it was feasible for her to believe she had likely known more saber forms than others at her level. "If you would like, I could show you what I've been trained in. Or, we could start with my training in the Force. Up to you entirely."
Typically, Jaina wouldn't be so eager to train. Maybe she felt the need to prove herself. She was clearly nervous, despite the fact that she knew Dan had already accepted her as an apprentice. Change had never come easy to her, but she would have to get used to it. As her old mentor would have said, the world is constantly changing. Closing her eyes, she took a deep breath in from the nose and exhaled slowly from the mouth. Her nerves slowly calmed as her heart began to slow down.
Slipping her hand down to her belt, she unhitched her lightsaber from it, and looked back towards her new mentor. "Whatever you send at me, I will do my best to prevail at." she was ready for whatever her new master threw at her.

In fact, my old mentor had taught me the traditional Shii-Cho, a bit of Makashi, as well as a small amount of Ataru and Soresu." Dan nodded, that was a good thing, he himself was stronger with a blade, however he knew it best not to discard the force all together. "If you would like, I could show you what I've been trained in. Or, we could start with my training in the Force. Up to you entirely."
Dan nodded and guessed as to her skill set, and typed in a few keys on a board setting up a training sequence. Lightsaber bot appeared, this first session was mainly to test her skills so he could see how advandced she was. Begin.

On Dan's mark, Jaina ignited her lightsaber. Its elegant sapphire blue color reflected onto her eyes, creating an attractive turquoise. After closing her eyes for a moment, she took in a deep breath as she felt the Force began to move through her. When the Force flowed through her, she always felt powerful, despite the Jedi teachings to remain humble. As her eyes slowly flickered open, she exhaled. She was ready to begin.
Almost immediately after Dan had set up the droid, it struck downwards at Jaina towards her shoulder. Fairly easily, she parried the strike, and thrust her saber towards it. In retaliation, the bot was able to successfully block her attack by sweeping her weapon to the side, and then used its power to send a swift side sweep towards her hips. She had almost been caught by it, but Jaina was able to quickly move her blade into a vertical position and blocked it. "Damn," she muttered, "That was pretty fast for a droid."
Swinging with all her might, Jaina and lightsaber droid clashed their blades again, forming the shape of an X. The electronic sound grew louder, as the two pushed harder and harder. Eventually, Jaina managed to overpower it and aggressively struck its blade away. Then, she front-flipped over it, demonstrating a remarkable acrobatic skill as she deflected a strike from the bot in midair. When she landed, the bot hadn't turned around yet and she took advantage of the moment, gaining her first strike against the droid with a slash across its back. "That's one." she said with a smile.
The bot then noticeably changed its stance to the Makashi form, something that Jaina had experience with, but not nearly as much as she did with Shii-Cho. From what she remembered, Ataru was a strong form against Makashi, so she entered into its stance. This time, Jaina was the first to strike as she jumped upwards and swung downwards, only to get sent back a stronger attack from the droid. Nervously, Jaina bit her lip. This was going to be tougher than she had hoped. "Here we go." she muttered, barely audible to anyone further than Dan from her.
She circled around the bot, keeping her Ataru stance. The bot swept at her legs, but she front-flipped over it once more. She fluidly swung left and right, hoping she could catch the droid while it blocked from the opposite side, but it was moving too quickly. Rather effortlessly, the droid continued deflecting each strike she swung. Eventually, the droid swung horizontally at her torso. Jaina leaned back as far as she could, her back parallel to the ground, and watched as the saber passed mere centimeters from her skin. She could feel the heat emitting from it. As soon as her enemy's weapon had fully passed her, she swung with remarkable speed at it's neck, hitting her mark. This time, the bot powered down. Breathing heavily, Jaina simply chuckled. "Got it."
Catching her breath was hard, the Ataru style was very draining, both physically and mentally, to some extent. When she had finally slowed her heart rate down, she deactivated her saber and turned back to Dan. "So how was that for a Padawan?" she said, a hint of curiosity emitting within her voice.

Dan watched as Jaina made her first hit with the saber, not a deadly strike because the droid continued on both changed stances and Dan noticed that Jaina had a tendincy to talk to herself in battle. Something he could relate to, he often did the samething.
Dan leaned up against the control Panel watching the battle that went rather well. eventually a few minutes later the battle finished Jaina coming out victorious. "So how was that for a Padawan?" Dan nodded giving a mock clap and a smile, Very good, you have skill, that's obvious. Now do you need a drink or break, or would you like another match? Dan asked as he set up a few training remotes but didn't activate them. He also had one of the extreamly small paper cups in his hand for her if she was thirsty.
After Saber combat he would test what she said was her weak point being force skills, and he already had confidence in her athletic skills from her display in the duel.

When given the option of continuing on with her training or stopping for a break, she didn't know what to think. On one side, her body was exhausted after using Ataru; the style completely drained her energy. It was known to be perhaps the most physically and mentally draining of all of the saber styles. The weakest of the Jedi physically could become the strongest when he performed the Ataru style, such rewarding results had to have their drawbacks. Luckily, those drawbacks were worth it.
Thinking over the question, she pondered on it for a minute. A break would be a great time to get to know her master. "I think a break would be fantastic." she replied to Dan. Typically, she'd rather show off her abilities, but this would provide a better understanding of her master's life. Perhaps she'd learn from whatever he might have to say. When they returned, then she could show him whatever else he wanted to see.

"I think a break would be fantastic." Dan flicked the wait button before walking away from the panel. Alright. Dan said moving off to one of the benches handing her the water as he passed her. He had the idea that it would be good for the two to get to know each other, other wise how would they work together? Besides he thought that was something she was thinking too.
The only question was what exactly to talk about. So what are some hobby's of yours? Dan asked ready to share his own and after she answered spoke, Personally when I'm not here in the training halls or eating, 'm flying my ship. He said as if she already knew he was a pilot.

Gratefully, Jaina took the water and began to sip at it. It tasted rather fresh, though she imagined it had been processed many times through Coruscant's plumbing system. The thought of all the water being recycled multiple times disgusted part of her. On the other hand, with a planet as enormous and populated as Coruscant, it made a bit of sense. Still, the thought grossed her out.
"Hobbies?" she chuckled at the thought. "Being a Padawan doesn't really give me a whole lot of room for hobbies." she said and looked down at her feet. "I guess I enjoy meditating. Originally, meditation bothered me, but my old mentor had taught me the benefits of it. Ever since he turned..." she couldn't bring herself to finish the sentence. Ever since her master turned, she had blamed herself for it relentlessly. Had she been any stronger of a person, she could have dispatched her foe earlier and aided Sereth with his foe. However, by the time she had slain the Sith Apprentice, a seed had already been planted within Sereth. That seed would sprout into a desire for power, which inevitably tainted the man she once knew. Every day she meditated, attempting to clear her mind of what she considered to be her failure.
She shook her head, and looked back to Dan. It was obvious that he would have noticed the change in her attitude. Simply thinking of Sereth was like stabbing a knife through her heart multiple times. Quickly, she attempted to change the topic. "So you fly? What kind of ship?"

"Hobbies?" Jaina stated with a chuckled, "Being a Padawan doesn't really give me a whole lot of room for hobbies." That was odd Dan thought, by her age Dan was spending most of his time by himself, of course his master always went on far more daerouse missions then most Dan thought. "I guess I enjoy meditating. Originally, meditation bothered me, but my old mentor had taught me the benefits of it. Ever since he turned..." Dan almost wanted to ask what had happened to her former mentor, but thought better of it, after all they where just getting to know each other and even though he was the master he didn't want to make his students uncomfortable.
"So you fly? What kind of ship?" Dan smiled before answering, I requsitioned a Jedi Starfighter for myself, I've done some decent modifications to it, even added an Ion Cannon. He knew that Ion cannons where a rare technology aside from planetary defence weapons, not to mention nearly brand new tech.
Dan had decided to give breaks weekly now, if she had little free time in the past she deserved it. Well, what would you like for a Hobby if you had the time? Dan asked to get an idea of the things Jaina liked to do.

Jaina listened curiously to what Dan had to say. She was rather impressed by the specifications of his ship. While she didn't know much about ships herself, she did know that Ion Cannons were rather rare to see in Jedi Starfighters, however. On news reports, she had seen how devastating a couple of ion cannons could be to a fleet of ships. If there were ion cannons on every starfighter, she would imagine that there would be utter chaos in space.
"Well, what would you like for a Hobby if you had the time?" Dan asked her.
The question actually hit her by surprise, despite its rather obvious coming. All her life had been about was training based on a schedule, with little free time in between. Had she had the time, there were a lot of things she would like to do. In fact, there were a vast number of things she would do. Learning to fly, collecting antiques, along with learning another language had all crossed her mind before.
"I guess if I had to choose, learning to fly would probably be the most convenient of the hobbies I desire. After all, you're a pilot yourself."

"I guess if I had to choose, learning to fly would probably be the most convenient of the hobbies I desire. After all, you're a pilot yourself." Dan smiled, You're not just saying that to get on my good side i presume. He teased, he could tell that she had some interest in flying from her response to his telling if his hobby. Perhaps i can teach you the basics, but I'd advise you to get a flight simulator first, i assume you have a computer in your room? He asked looking at the clock, there where a few minutes of the break left before the next test he had planned out. A simple bit of physical exercises. He would likely have her do some rock climbing first.
He started looking through his data pad quickly, until he found his flight simulator that he first learned with. He pulled it up and handed it to Jaina, That's the one that taught me, aside from the other flight masters giving me tips and such. He said while she read the the information on the screen. Sense you're interested what type of ship would you like to fly? Fighter or something a little larger? Dan asked, he had skill in both, but he was a better fighter pilot. he may need to brush up on some early lessons himself in order to teach her much.

When asked which type of ship she would prefer to fly, Jaina really didn't have much to say. "I really haven't thought that much about it." she shook her head, unsure. "Perhaps I should do some simulations to decide?"
To be honest, Jaina was slightly interested in flying, as it seemed like a convenient skill to have, but never had she thought she'd have the opportunity. Most Padawans, from what she understood, didn't have a whole lot of freedom and were forced to follow a strict routine based on what their masters desired. Jaina enjoyed knowing that her master was more lenient. She enjoyed being able to maintain her independence, even if it was only for a small matter.
Realizing that they had been off-topic for a bit of time, she looked back at her master and said, "What would you like me to show you now? Perhaps my capabilities with the force?"
