Ziost

Ziost was discovered as early as 6,900 BBY, when Dark Jedi fleeing the Battle of Corbos, came to Ziost and subjugated the Sith Species. Ziost was the capital of the ancient Sith Empire, before the failures of Naga Sadow during the Great Hyperspace War. The Republic and the Jedi then cleansed the world in an act of genocide against the Sith species. Sometime between 6,900 BBY and present-day Ziost suffered an Ice Age, that changed the world's climate and terrain.

I would make note that this location does not have a re-seeding of Sith Artifacts until Darth Bane's time period Post Ruusan... Which means its just an old place powerful in the darkside. You would do better to find the Jedi Temple on Telos where the Jedi Atris had amassed a large chamber of Sith Holocrons.
