Kae wears traditional Jedi robes except dark brown in color, with a lighter brown for the under robe. A small breastplate for deflecting blaster bolts worn on top of the robe, stopping just shy of his abdominal region, with the emblem of the Jedi order emblazed in the center of it. This steely gray breastplate is non restrictive and light allowing for maximum mobility. His boots are black in color and standard as well. When traveling in cold, wet, or enviorments that require stealth, he adorns a black ish brown cloak. The only further embellishment on his attire is a utility belt.
He has sea green colored flesh, with black eyes. His fourteen tendrils all are adorned with two traditional Nautolan leather rings, one near the tip, and the other near the base. His body is muscled and defined, yet compact. His tendrils stop just below his shoulder blades and are a slightly darker green then his skin tone, creating a visually appealing contrast.

Lightsaber: Kae's lightsaber has served him since he was thirteen. As such, its simple, yet elegant. Its hilt is roughly seven inches in length, and curved ever so slightly, making for an almost J shaped hilt. This particular design, allows him to fight with an advantage when using Makashi, Ataru, and Niman, as it allows for two holding positions, in the palm and away from the fingers, for Makashi, and in a hand-and-a-half fashion for extra power within Ataru and control with Niman.
The blade has slightly ridged hand grips along with a straight, small partially cortosis jutting piece by the emitter, which adds partial defense for lightsaber blows that may slide down the blade. The hilts overall color is black and steely gray, with the emission trigger, being dark blue and angled near the emitter, but within reach when using Makashi. The trigger in it of its self when pushed to the right locks and is a modification known only to Kae.
His lightsabers color crystal is a dark navy color, but peculiarly causes a cyan colored beam, with a turquoise tint. Said crystal is native to Glee Anselm, and was given to him by his uncle, who was his Jedi Master when he was a Padawan. Such things normally not allowed, except that Kae's family has served the order and bred Jedi for fourteen generations. Another crystal inhabits his blade, which has been within his family since their dynasty as Jedi started. It is sea-green in color and was given to him by his uncle and master, Sao Vayay when he died on Subterral.

Kae's family has served the Jedi order for nearly three centuries, marrying and breeding with other Nautolan Jedi producing force adept children, who are raised by the order. The Vayay family once natives and royalty on Glee Anselm, were part of the pushing force for the planet to join the Rebuplic, and after doing so, presented several of its youngest members who were force sensitive like that of most Nautolan, setting a trend in motion. Soon, its members continually sent their newborn to the order breeding for continuance of the line and for the order itself, the family holding it in high regard.
For this reason, Kae the second born child and thus destined from conception to be a Jedi, was given to his Uncle and taken to Coruscant were he was trained to become a Jedi. As was the rule with the family to retain its nobility; The second born son and daughter were to be given to the Jedi order and upon their fourty-seconed year, to be married and have children.
After becoming old enough to recieve training, Kae quickly became fatuated with lightsabers, and lightsaber combat. His personal ambidexterity becoming an asset to him as he learned saber combat and the teachings of the Jedi order. His various instructers complementing him on his form and skill as they grew. Once hehad learned enough and training matches began, he found that he had excelled beyond that of his fellow younglings as he defeated them with ease and elegance. It was also here that his compassionate nature truly showed as he always showed mercy and leant his hand to fallen students for support getting up, as well as making sure they were not truly hurt.
During his time as a youngling he became friends with everyone he had met, but at the same time he was friends with no one. His lineage being a slightly dark spot for him as some complained that his family had recieved special treatment because of their longtime service to the republic and the order. His Uncle consoled him sometimes but more often then not Kae consoled himself, knowing he would need to learn to do it on his own if he was to become a master like his anscestors before him.
By the time he was ten years ago of age his talent with lightsabers had risen dramatically, and even his Uncle, an instructer of Juyo and Ataru praised him. It was also around this age that his ability to use battlemind and meditation became apparent. This happened through the tactics games that were held every so often, where one team had to defend a flag and the other capture it. On his first game he was choosen as team leader and was given the defense side. When his team began losing and being pushed back or knocked out from the stun sabers, he searched through the force, for the ability to help them, and it answered as he subconsciously used battle meditation to increase the morale of his team and lower the morale of the others. Shortly after he remembered the feeling when using it, learning to channel it. Eventually he learned to channel it through himself when fighting and learned the battlemind that way. The council, in all their wisdom, suggested that Kae's Uncle, Sao, would become his master. And so on his tenth birthday, he became a padawan.
Sao was choosen as his master because of his skill, and his ability to stick to the Jedi code no matter what. You see Sao was a former Inquisitor, and so the council felt that he would be the best choice to be able to teach Kae the wrongs of the dark side, and to keep him on the path of the light. But their secondary reason was that through such teachings, Kae's ability to use the battlemind, and meditation, could be used for the betterment of the order, rather then against it. As both techniques invovled a level of closeness to the dark side.
