Name: Celsati Forfax
Race: Human
Age: 25
Height: 5ft 8inches
Weight:170lbs
Birth place: Upper City, Taris
Appearance:
Celsati, now at the fine age of 25 is well known for her beauty and 'exotic' like qualities to her figure and face, but it hadn't always been that way. As a youth she had a lanky appearance, wobbly knees, slender frame, large feet., abnormally large head.. If you could think of it she probably had it. But as the cycles went by time began to do wonders on her body. Giving her a buxom figure and tall slender legs and full lips, she was definitely a beauty not to be trifled with.
Many girls had envied her beauty and tried to copy or match it but none could succeed. The creamy satin-like light caramel skin, the long eyelashes, the auburn colored eyes, and palest of blue hair gave her a striking appearance. But not all beauty is without its flaws, those full lips set into that stubborn pout held a secret that is to be never revealed. The very thought of it would break this beauty down, what she hides under her expensive and fashionable garments is scars.
Hidden by clothing or makeup she carefully hides them so no questions would be asked into why a young woman with such a prestigious back round could arbor such grotesque looking scars on her lower back, abdomen, and thighs. Even the slightest of glimpse of them caused her stomach to twist and turn, but with her income and wealthy family, she could afford to spend a few credits here and there to provide her with clothing that would hide her past but also make her look distinguished for her hopeful future.
Personality:
She does blend in well doesn't she? Hiding such a tormented past under that cool reserved demeanour of hers, but with the career she has chosen for herself all her skeletons will be coming out of the closet soon enough. Other than that the young Tarisan is soft spoken and very direct in her approach of meeting new people.Never having a normal social conversation she had always been working ,studying, going to school , or busy at home. Never having the time to socialize, Celsati may come off a bit awkward or shy, but she makes it for it in her hard work and determination to be the best at everything she does.
Like the perfectionist she thinks she is she manages to find every single flaw out there, wither it be with the planet or a person she tends to be a hypocrite at making shrewd observations about others when she herself hides flaws of her own. Celsati though quiet has a passionate fire that burns inside her, wanting to speak out for those less fortunate and under privileged , thus making her a very caring person. Even after work she finds the time to volunteer and donate to charitable causes, like the Lower City Rehabilitation Act, sure it may look good on a resume but its something that she believes in and stands by.Even though she lacks the social grace she still manages to make a friend or two in her work place, though most of the time she rather have a datapad reading up on the latest news or perhaps find herself buried deep within her favourite novel .
Most of the time if she was to be noticed by her colleges it would be with a book at her hip and reading glasses on, ready to take a break at the most opportune time so she could sit down and read. Although her addiction with knowledge and books doesn't mean she avoids people, she likes anyone whom is willing to like her back so she doesn't discriminate against any soul. She maybe an upper citizen of Taris, but that discrimination against lower class or alien had been long forgotten, though her family would object she still is kind to those whom are kind to her. Piss her off or do something bad she will remember it and hold grudges planning in her head what she could possibly do for revenge. Like they always say "Beware of the quiet ones."

The Beginning
One would say bringing a child into the world is both a gift and blessing to any family, the joy of raising a beautiful bouncy baby girl would make any mother beam with glee and a father, dare say, proud but also a tad bit worried for any boys that might come and steal her away from him. But of course that wasn't the situation for the newly born Celsati Forfax, for in fact she was simply a bother, she wasn't wanted nor needed, Her mother had already given her husband two sons whom are five and eight years older than their new baby sister, so for another child to enter the world it was something she didn't want. Although due to religious beliefs and her family being in the public eye she had kept the baby and gave birth to her on a full moons night. During the next few days after she was born many tests where performed to make sure the unwanted child had at least a clean bill of health.
What her parents had not expected was for their daughter to have a Midichlorian Count, the thought of shipping their thrid child away had been a pleasant thought but they began to wonder of the negaitive side affect it could have on their campaign. So considering these where desperate times on Taris, the Forfax family had paid the doctor to keep quiet and falsify the test results and not to notify the Jedi. The doctor agreed and promised that him and Celsatis parents where to be the only ones whom would know about their speacil baby girl.
Both Mr.and Mrs Forfax had already enough on their plate so to add a force sensitive new born into the mix simply wouldn't do, for you see the Forfax family was notorious for being known for the "Family of Politicians," Mr.Forfax and his brother and father and grandfather and so on and so forth had been involved in political gain. Power hungry the Forfax family was but they had never reached the seat for Senator because they'd lose the lower class vote each year due to the rumors of conspiracy and also hoarding campaign money and never giving the lower class a chance to be helped or say into what they needed, since Taris was in a constant cycle of rehabilitation. So with that said they had never made it to Senator and had always been the adviser to a Senator or a treasurer or campaign manager.
You'd think which such "winners"that they'd have spoiled if not evil little children, well you couldn't be more right. The eldest whom thought it was a god given right for him to have everything he desired or wanted while the youngest boy was often quiet but also had the nastiest of tempers where he'd scream and kick to have his way or worse. But to the eyes of the their parents they where the perfect little candidates for future Senator constantly defending their behaviour to the press or fellow politicians. But the one never to be seen in view of the public was their daughter. Constantly escorted by maids and nannies the little toddler was constantly being lavished with affection and care that both her parents couldn't or probably wouldn't provide. Since the age of five she had an idea that her family wasn't around and when they where they hadn't the time to acknowledge her or even have time to even embrace their own daughter, so with her arsenal of nannies and also teachers, she had but to call them her real family.
One woman in particular, an alien of the lower class of Taris, though she couldn't remember the exact race for she was to young, was of someone she had grown attached too. For each night before the nanny had put the young Celsati to sleep she'd sing her a melody of sort to remind her that she was never a bother or an inconvenience to anyone including her own family. " You are kind, you are special, and you are important."And till the age of seven she had that phrase stuck in her mind that she is someone
special even though she was constantly alone she held onto that idea for the longest time... until the of ten.Her parents thought she had outgrown the need for such nannies and thought a maid and teachers would be far more suitable for her age. Celsati cried in her pillow every night until the time had come for her nanny to leave her.
She screamed at her parents and had shouted to the world that they had never loved her the way the nanny had and refused to come out of her room. Her mother followed her in pursuit and had punished the girl severely, a few smacks across her mouth had done the trick . Her black and blue swollen pout had been cared for by a maid afterwards with some ice and child painkillers whilst her mother cursed about and yelled at her.
"You ungrateful little brat how dare you take that tone with me and your father , whom you should be thankful too to have a beautiful roof over your head and food in your fat belly not many of the world and galaxy is fortunate as you! To have an education and etiquette as you! So ungrateful! I should have you sent to an orphanage so there you can learn to appreciate what you have."
It was the longest her mother had spoken to her and it was all insults, but she took it in stride for she was strong and knew that this life wasn't for her. Celsati would have rather lived with the nanny than her own family. It was that day she separated herself from her mother and began to acknowledged her own existence is worth far more than her mothers.
The Scars
Election year came and another senator would have to step down from his seat for his term was up. With Taris in such a bad shape their wasn't few whom where brave enough to take on such a hefty task. So the Forfax family put on their best show by participating in the Taris Rehabilitation Act like they did ever few years, pretending to help those in need and in desperation. Handing out boxes filled with clothing, food, medical supplies to families living in the lower class that had no means to afford things.Always making sure the media and press where on hand ready to take some pictures or a hologram for election propaganda.
To out shine the competition they would make the entire family join.Though her brothers already in their late teens had not been in the best of moods and slacked off like always though making sure to smile at the camera, had drifted off to sleep in a nearby tent where the camera and crew had their equipment. Whilst the preteen Celsati was enjoying doing good for others as she handed out the supplies to the family, although she avoided the camera crew as much as possible she hustled and bustled , making a good sweat she felt proud of herself and made it a regular habit of volunteering for the Rehabilitation Act whenever she had time between her studies. For the next two years she had volunteered and helped out anyway she could, she had at one point brought all her toys and clothing she had either outgrown or never had worn. The girls often thanked her with hugs or sweet kisses on the cheek, which was more than enough of a reward for the thirteen year old Celsati.
At that age she had also began to notice boys but of course with the parents she had she probably wasn't even allowed to date. So instead of focusing her attention on the opposite sex she had put more hard work into volunteering and also studies. She had grown fond of reading, wither it be from datapads or the latest paper back novel.Constantly getting lost in the adventures and dramas the books had to offer she had grown attached to these fictional characters, for how long she had wished to be swept off her feet by some handsome space pirate or rouge jedi. Yes the young Celsati clearly indulged in forbidden love and also fanfiction.Though with such long periods of reading her eye sight tended to go astray so she had to wear glasses and of course read some more and also eventually graduated from her home studies at top marks.
She had been so proud of herself she had worked a double shift at the Rehabilitation Center, not caring to notice the lingering hungry eyes that had watched her from a distance. Constantly keeping an eye on her , the eyes that had been watching her for a while, months even years in fact they have watched her and grown so desperate enough that right before she began to set up to head home she was taken. Powerful arms had grabbed the girl from the shadows not even able to produce a scream she kicked and clawed as hard as she could, but alas it was no use. The scrawny awkward thirteen year old couldn't put up much off a fight before a forearm wrapped around her neck, the air was getting so tight, her lungs on fire she had passed out.
Celsati didn't know how long she had been out or where she was. All of her limbs where tied to a chair , her mouth gagged with a dirty rag. She cried and pleaded like any child would, hell at one point she even pleaded for her mother and father. Her muffled screams only added to the taunting and teasing her kidnappers where giving her,her face pointing at what she could see is an old hologram recorder she could see herself, eyes widen, desperate,alone....yes alone...no one to help her. For days the girl sat in that chair whilst her kidnappers held knives to her throat demanding that her family give money for her life. Each day she had gone without food and only dirty water ,she became weaker and weaker. One night the gag had been removed so that she could be given a slice of stale crust of bread she had asked the one of the dozen masked kidnappers why he would do this to her.
" Your family...the Forfax family has done nothing for the lower class.... for us, they act like they have given us everything we needed then some...the money that comes into the rehabilitation act they take half or more of the money for themselves and recycle dirty clothing , out dated food and expired medical supplies...they spend more money making sure the packages and boxes look new so we could believe that each year things would get better for us but no its the same every year. For the past ten years we have struggled more than ever so in order to get what we need to survive..so we had to take something of theirs...to negotiate."
That is when the holocam turned on and when she had received her first scar. The pain was so severe she could not for the like of her remember the screams that followed. For each day that past other cut was delivered to her abdomen lower back or thighs. She was soaked in her own blood and urine for she was so scared she began to piss on herself. When she could she tried to defend herself, screaming that she wasn't like her family and she'd do anything for them. Pleading for her life it became apparent that her family wasn't coming for her and the kidnappers realized at well. Some began to argue that if they didn't pay soon they would have to kill the Forfax girl. Celsati could only pray that someone would come for her, like the novels she had read the girl would always get saved in the end....
It had been approximately three weeks since her abduction, when her kidnappers had grown tired of her,it was during that day she had received her first hot meal in a while, a bowl of broth and bits of meat sewn in a bread roll. She had wondered if her parents paid as she looked up with hope in her eyes asking if she would be let go. One masked man shook his head and replied.
" They stated they don't negotiate with kidnappers or terrorists and that they assume we have already killed you so we cant let you go and we certainly cant let you live..sorry girl."
A gun nestled between her brows was ready to end her life, when a burst of light entered the room, a flash bomb, blinding her but also causing enough of a distraction for her to run, to where, she had no idea.Pupils dilated she couldn't make out a thing as she tucked herself between a box and trash bin. The sound of gun beams blazzing and a vibrating hum filled the room soon followed by smoke, cries of injures or death and hard thumps on the floor. A battle scene had taken over her once prison and soon the room fell to a eerie silence, for a moment she thought she had lost her hearing, when a hand easily touched her shoulder. Jerking from the touch she had screamed and tucked her small framed body tighter into the corner of the trash bin.
Celsati wept softly as she continued to repeat herself like a broken record, constantly begging not for them to kill her. A few minutes had passed by before the boxes and trash bin where removed slowly, the young tarisan opened her eyes, her glasses cracked she saw before her three brown cloaked men with a kind and sorrow filled look on their faces.Their lightsabers tucked away as one walked closer to her, out stretching his hand, a smile on his alien face." Its Ok Celsati Forfax...your safe now...we're jedi assigned to rescue you and protect you...no one is going to hurt you anymore."
Shaky hands grabbed his as she tried to stand up but with the lack of strength she fell into his arms and continued to sob on his chest dampening his tunic. The young padawan smiled and patted her back gently as he swept her off her feet and carried her bridal style toward the older Jedi. They glanced her over and notice the torture like cuts on her bare skin, a woeful sigh escaped their lips, Celsati knew she wasn't in the best of shape and was ever thankful to them as she drifted off to sleep whispering " thank you."
Recovery and Rebirth
What a long year it had been for the young Tarisan first the initial shock of what had happened to her , then taking multiple trips to both physician and mental therapists, and the constant pressure from the media had put a damper on Celsati's spirit. From the moment she was brought home her parents had hoarded her from the outside world, sheltering the girl to the point where she was forbidden to leave her house without an escort.
The constant smothering had left her feeling so copped up , so now at the age of fourteen she took her first step out of her house alone, regardless of her parents wishes or wants, sure they had been paying her for own rehabilitation but it was because of them she had to suffer for so long in the hands of her attackers. According to what information she had gathered it was her parents idea to not involve the media with her abduction but with her not showing up for her shift at the center and her absence at school, people began to ask questions.
About the second week in her family had informed the Jedi and also went public with the information that their daughter had been taken ,this was was around the time they had received videos on her torture they had done to her, not a pretty sight was it? Finally finding her location she was saved and ever grateful but it sure didn't stop the young girl to feel a sudden sadness for her attackers death like everyone else, whom didn't have things handed to them, where just trying to survive on this broken planet. To feed their families and with the decline of jobs placements it was hard for a lower class citizen to find work and support themselves. It had reminded her of what once a teacher had said.
"When people become desperate they are willing to do what is necessary to survive even if it means doing something horrible or what they don't believe in." These words ringing in her head she had began to wonder about the families the attackers had been left behind, had they been prosecuted and arrested for "suspected" involvement in the plot to kidnap her? Celsati didn't have all the answers but she knew if they had any family they where either dead or struggling more than ever now that she knew that all her attackers where all men, the soul providers of each family.
Her anger mixed with guilt she vented it out the only way possible was through more charity and volunteer work, Celsati ignored the stares and comments of many whom had assumed she would never return to work at the center. That she would would become just like her family whom had been apparently taking donation money from such charity and putting it in their own pockets but did she believe that? She didn't know nor had the answers for it so she kept her head low and continued to do what she loved to do best.
For the next three years nothing of significance had happened to Celsati, for all she did was study, work, go to school and return home each night. She had not the time to socialize with the girls her age or chase boys or attend parties, or maybe she simply didn't want to, not many her age where as mature at her and she had notice that right away. Even her mother whom she barely spoke to even had mentioned the idea of getting out more and acting her age and even meeting boys but it just wasn't her cup of tea. She was more motivated into helping people than to go dress shopping with immature girls.
Nearly at the age of seventeen she had began to nitpick at the flaws of others and was thankful that she didn't turn into such a snob like most of the young women her age or in fact ended up like her brothers who where already in college and already getting into hefty trouble. Celsati had grown more impatient when things didn't get done done and once graduated from school at the top of her class her hard work at the Center had paid off to because at the start of summer she had been contacted by a world renowned Relief Mission official that had heard of her story. He was astonished by her passion and that it didn't falter even though she had been kidnapped, he said they needed more people in the world like her that are willing to do anything to get Taris back up off its feet. Having such an offer Celsati made no hesitation not to take it.
For a year she had traveled around the planet along with other talented youth such as herself in order to try and help those in need with job placement, the planets depopulation and re-commercialized. Even at times she would help take care of children in run down orphanage whilst her fellow co workers where either rebuilding or often times just providing funds to help the needy. Though more than often they wouldn't be able to provide for anyone due to the lack of funding but that was all done by the Senator himself. To add more problems to the list with the war and the Republics need for using Taris as a hub for Outer Rim forces and fleets it was hard for anyone to get certain funding and to help anyone at this point was a sheer miracle.
After an exciting year it was time to return back home being able to help so many people Celsati had made up her mind into what she wanted to do with her life. Even though it had been already in her blood she wanted to have a political career and help try to just restore this planet.
The Career
The first step back home was of course the far more difficult than she thought not only had she been gone for a while thus making the Forfax family become more of annoyance than ever but also because Celsati had finally grown into her looks. The five foot eight inches Tarisan had not only had grown out of that teenage lanky appearance but had began to look more like a woman having developed that S-shape curve to her body, the buxom figure had drawn in unwanted male and female attention. Celsati had not only gained a womanly figure but also an entirely new wardrobe, her mother, being very suspicious of late had given her a motive to dress better. Ideally for the past few years she had just dressed like a earth bound hippy with the baggy clothing and sandals and large framed glasses.
With a new wardrobe and looks it had given Celsati the confidence she needed to pursue the career she wanted but her mother had other motives, often setting Celsati up with sons of a fellow politician or monarch from other planets trying to persuade the eighteen year old toward a possible marriage but of course its not just for her quote "happiness" but also to help her family gain more power but like the stubborn young woman she was Celsati of course refused and denied any man that stepped her way.
Dating and men where simply not on her mind the book worm and now college bound woman was determined than ever to get a seat in political office and try to some how gain funding toward charities such as the Rehabilitation act and World Relief Mission, to help this sad and broken planet of hers. Enrolling in Taris University she majored in Humanitarian and Alien studies to gain an understanding into what each citizen essentially needed to thrive in such a recovering planet, along with that she had also applied for the Legislative Youth Program and Apprentice Legislature Program. With her impressive resume and the lists upon lists of charitable acts and volunteer work Celsati had no trouble fitting in but with such a work load she had but given up her social life into graduating not only early but at top of her class, sure there was the occasional few "flings" but there was simply no man that could catch her attention.
Her hypocritical self she judged every male that had walked through the door of the university, sure some where sweet and caring but most where there because their father had paid for the tuition and was simply blowing it off on partying and Celsati simply had no time and effort for that. Now as for the political programs she continued to excel but also grow worried into what type of trouble Taris was in. With the population decline, the lack of jobs, the constant fight for funding for reconstruction, and with the list continuing on and on she knew that if she was to be in any political seat that she would have her hands full and also be a very busy body. With her associate degree almost in hand some family drama followed, the eldest brother had gotten a girl pregnant was now deciding to live off planet with her and the baby so the once hopeful senator was now gone.
It was up to the middle brother whom had some anger issues to carry on the family legacy, so with that in hand her parents continued to force this idea of her being married off to a politician son considering she hadn't dated nor was ever in a physical relationship, so the idea of the perfect educated beautiful pure woman was indeed quite a catch for any young man. So to humor her parents she agreed to go on a few dates, sure they all had incredible features and qualities but they all had that one flaw, the power hungry greed which she quickly red flagged and ran for the hills. Once the dating scene was over she graduated at twenty one with her degree in humanitarian and alien studies so she celebrated gaining her degree and her birthday.
Having decided to meet up with some of her old mission relief buddies, sharing stories and living it up Celsati had loosen up and given into having fun and being a woman her age. Sure the fun was good while it lasted but she know how had to get her other degree, but before going back to school a friend of her had suggested she should intern for the senator of Taris if she wanted to gain notoriety and spread her name it would be a good move considering she had an impressive resume to began with. With that in mind she had went back to school and majored in Galactic Politics and a Minor in Business looking forward to her bright and potential hopeful future.
Hit the Ground Running
The hustle and bustle of the days that followed Celsati's success of achieving her first degree was overloading the bright student as her social life declined the more she got done but with everything she had went through, she owed it to herself to finish what she started. Her degree challenging as it was she still managed to get through the day, though the lack of sleep was apparent she still kept that pretty little head of hers held high.
Once her first two semesters where done she had taken her friends advice and applied for an internship for the Senator of Taris, she knew the list of applicants where long but she was hopeful. Denied. That is what her application said, the dedication that followed those few weeks seemed like hell for the prideful and proud Celsati as her slump soon turned into depression as the young woman either abused her body either by liquor or massive amounts of junk food. She felt like a failure as she rolled around hr bed and lounged in her night gown all day.
For once it seemed Celsati was defeated the sound of any professor lecture felt like a waste of time as she began to skip classes and fall into a deeper depression, often fighting the urge to wanting drop out completely. During this little hiccup of hers even her parents took notice of her slipping grades and had bought her a new speed bike, though she was more of a public transportation girl they had urged her to use it and consider it more of an apologetic gift considering their lack of presence in her life had put a damper on their relationship.
Oh yes its exactly what she needed, sarcasm heavily added here, what she needed most in her failure into at least stepping into the doors of the political house was a lavish apologetic gift from her clueless parents. Oh yea just continued to lavish me parents, Celsati thought as she rolled her eyes at their kind gestures, and started to get back to her school work after enough of her pestering parents. Getting her grades back up she continued to out shine many of the students but of course she ad become more hard of a person and more cynical, often ignoring most people even her friends.
Her behavior had turned depression into recklessness, often taking risks and attending most parties night clubs and taverns living it up mostly. With the denied application Celsati had seen her future in political office thrown out of the window so the girl began to live it up a bit. Often waking up from several hang overs and sleepless eyes she continued onward, blending in with the other young women of the campus she made her way to class and get some what of a good grade. It had been several months when it was near her twenty second birthday when Celsati had received a letter from the Office of the Political House, explaining that the newest intern had dropped his internship due to personal reasons and she had been second choice and would like to reconsider for the position.
Her hopes and wants all suddenly rushed back to her as she accepted the offer and was now the intern to the Senator of Taris, praying to her higher calling that she got the job. Once it was confirmed she would start on the following week she got her self together, new clothing ,hair cut, paper work organized and ready to go. Once the week had come she was ready to dive into work and start working on big political issues, boy was she wrong. The once again disappointment setting in, first it started off just running errands, getting refreshments or lunch orders, getting paper work she needed to go, yes Celsati had indeed gotten the job she wanted but it was nothing like she expected.
First couple of months flew by easily but the one disappointment was she had not met the senator yet, she was simply taking command by his personal assistants and not by him personally but she held her tongue and did her job well and also maintaining her school work and grades. Basically she was the bottom of the food chain, through all the assistant and his personal body guard and his campaign official and lawyers...yea she was the bottom, unfortunately. As time progressed and with the disappointment still lingering in her heart she had wanted to call it quits a few times but the optimist in her refused to give up.
Upon her twenty third birthday she had woken up late for an official meeting and on her way there she had taken the nearest elevator, stumbling in she had came face to face with the Senator himself, unguarded, with no assistants, just himself. This stunned the young woman as all she could do was stand there and smile. He smiled and answered to her unasked questions that he too was indeed running late himself. He and her introduced themselves officially to avoid any awkwardness during the long elevator ride. He made small talk asking how she was liking her job and of course being known for his unwavering kindness he began to ask her if anyone had given her a hard time but with no compliant coming from Celsati he had began to ask about herself.
Before even answering another question she blurted out that she was tired of her job and she would prefer doing more for the people and trying to assist him personally rather than getting coffee for everyone. That is when Celsati apologized and prayed she didn't get fired for speaking so bluntly, but instead of scolding her he simply smiled and stated he loved the passion she had and that he needed people like that working for him. Within a elevator ride she had went from the bottom of just getting lunch orders to the Senators personal assistant and with that she couldn't help but to lower her head and give herself a victory smile.
The Junior Senator
Man did she rise quickly. Soon Celsati found herself in a world of information, along with the information she gathered from the countless hours of school and the senator himself. She began to understand more and more, regardless of how much effort had been put into the planet restoration it would still take beyond her life time to be able to fix and help her beloved planet. Celsati put her faith in someone she came to idolize. The Senator did his best to do what he could with shortage and budget cuts, but he still maintained his image and was still loved by the people of Taris. He was respected and a proper gentleman. Celsati could only wonder if her own political father had acted more like the senator, would he be in the Senators seat today.
The silly little idea caused her to have a faint laugh as she continued to do her duties. As the months progressed Celsati's hard work and determination hardly faded as she continued to strive for her education and fulfill any of the tasks the Senator appointed to her. One of her favorite opportunities would be to travel with the Senator and his arsenal of guards and other assistant. The other assistant had hated Celsati for her name and often gave her a hard time or even made up such ridiculous false rumors that she was his favorite and probably shared his bed with the young woman. Celsati's blood often boiled over which caused her hands to cramp often by imagining harm done onto the people that caused her to have such a temper with them. However, she was often a silent person and every once in a while she would lose her temper and run her mouth over to those that would produce such false accusations toward her.
Often while these events would occur something would suspiciously break or often fall around her. She took it as being nothing and sheer coincidence, but little did she know of her force sensitive abilities that was stored deep inside her and the secret that her parents would take to the grave. Once the confrontations of her accusers were over she'd often escape to a local high end tavern. It was bad enough she had work and school, but unnecessary stress thrown into the mix was not something she wanted to deal with on a regular basis. So with a cocktail in hand she would unwind and relax, often making it a regular thing to do after work. As the days and months and seasons continued to pass by so did her years. Celsati had the most fortunate job anyone could ask for, the travel, the pay, and the utmost whirlwind of information. For each day that passed she grew wiser and more knowledgeable about the world around her. Her eyes were wide open to the possibility of what she could accomplish in her life time and hopefully future generations would be able to enjoy the small fraction that is being put into this broken world of hers.
A year had passed and soon her twenty fourth birthday had came and went and also the gain of her latest degree. With her new degree in hand came a new opportunity. The Senator would chose a Junior Senator to tutor beneath him and would one day be given an opportunity to take his seat if the people of Taris thought his choice was wise and would vote them in as their new senator. Though her chance of being senator was decades away, considering the senator himself was still young. She remain diligent with her work, constantly running errands and tending to her normal duties such as accompanying him where he needed to be. Even if it was off planet to other systems that often traded with Taris for imports of foodstuffs and raw materials that was most needed as well as their major export which was the famous Tarisan Ale. She had learned so much within the few years she had worked for the senator.
With another year gone she had accompanied the Senator to Coruscant, where it was then and there that he announce that she would be his junior senator. With all the doubt, with all her history, her pains and struggles had all paid off for this opportunity that she had actually wept in shock and a mix of utter joy. For the tears that flowed down her cheeks it seem certain for once in her life that she knew where she belonged and it was in this moment where she had felt like a normal human being and not like a robot constantly working and ignoring the world around her. It was in that moment she felt that her life had finally begun.
Race: Human
