Appearance:
(Image by me, taken with camera)
A giant among giants, Kron was as big as any Herglic could get. He stood at a whopping twelve feet, four inches, his body a collection of bone, sinew and blubber straight from hell. His skin was smooth and hairless, with distinct, black and white patterns across his body. He had ochre eyes, which was surrounded by the blackness of his cornea, under two blowholes on top of his head. A huge claw mark left behind by a Rancor stretched across the left side of his face, forming three parallel vertical lines.
Unlike most other Herglics, Kron’s mass was mostly attributed to his well-developed muscles, and he had less blubber than one would expect from his kind, though he was still wide. He was normally seen wearing a black traditional Herglic outfit during battle, as it allowed him to move unhindered. Outside of battle, he was normally seen wearing a hooded, tattered black robe, with red trims at the end of his sleeves.
Personality:
Kron respected strength above all else, and believed that those he found lacking in it were not worthy of being given the privilege to live within the galaxy. As such, he has great disdain against those weaker than he was, and took great pleasure in bullying them. Kron was the type of person who has known strength all his life and thus, easily takes it for granted. This attitude of his has gotten him into trouble numerous times, being defeated due to him overestimating his abilities one too many times.
During battle, Kron isn’t below name-calling and taunting his opponents. As such, he is quite vocal during combat.
Birth place: Shachi Compound, Giju
Faction: Sith
Rank: Marauder
Previous Faction: Jedi Order, Dark Jedi
Previous Rank: Knight
Bio:
Kron was born into the Herglese Shachi clan on 3643 B.B.Y. on the planet Giju. He was the largest calf born into the clan that year, even his parents, Fugu Shachi and Hana Shachi, were surprised of the enormity of their child.
The Shachi clan was a well-known and well-respected clan within the Herglese trade guild. They were extremely successful and rich and they spared no expense in raising their children, Kron more so than others. He was treated and brought up as an heir to his clan’s business empire. He was given everything that he needed and more, spoiled to the point of fault. At the time, it seemed that Kron, being the primary heir to the clan’s trade empire, would live the life of a merchant, growing fat with all the riches that flowed into his hands. Nothing would have prepared his family of the events that led to his acceptance into Jedi training.
On 3638 B.B.Y., at the age of five, Kron’s strong affinity to the force was unearthed by a Jedi during his family’s trip to Coruscant. Whilst spending time on their private penthouse overlooking the city, Kron’s family was stunned by the revelation when a Jedi unexpectedly sought audience with his parents. This was considered a crushing blow to the pod, as Force-sensitive children were not allowed by tradition to be given the privilege of inheriting the clan’s business empire, as this was considered a bad omen within the Hurglese community. At that very instant, Kron was considered to be a failed investment. Believing that there was no other future for their child, Kron’s parents allowed the Jedi to take him to the Temple to hone his abilities, not as a merchant, but as a disciple of the Force.
During his first years as a Youngling, Kron’s phenomenal strength became apparent, mostly attributed to his size. At five years of age, he was already taller and wider than most of his instructors, and he was still growing. He wasn’t the most brilliant student, but what made Kron shine during his Youngling years were his physical strength and his enthusiasm to show his worth during lightsaber training, particularly, the Shii-Cho form.
While most of his kin would have been sensitive of their size, Kron never cared of his mass and acted as if every other person was another Herglic, capable of accommodating his massive proportions. What became apparent to Kron, because of this attitude, was that any other youngling, or organic for that matter, was indeed significantly weaker than him. Contempt soon developed for his fellow Initiates, as he saw them as being coddled, treated like fragile glass, despite the contrary.
This way of thinking developed through the years, growing in strength along with his immense body. He began bullying his fellow Younglings and was constantly being reprimanded, even punished, for his actions. These measures made against Kron only moved to strengthen his outlook that other Younglings were indeed babied, which in turn, encouraged them not to improve themselves, becoming weak their entire lives. Other Jedi saw his actions as problematic, and by the time he was ready to be taken as a Padawan, not all were enthusiastic to take him as a learner.
At eleven years of age, Kron was ready to be taken in as a Padawan. But given his history within the temple, most thought it would be best to simply let him leave the order. One Jedi knight, however, saw Kron’s potential in his colossal strength, potential that outweighed his issues, and decided to take him in as a Padawan learner, to teach him of compassion.
The Jedi Knight, a wookiee by the name of Quwaggor, offered to take Kron as his apprentice. Kron, however, believed that he would only allow himself to be mentored by a Jedi capable of matching his strength. Kron sought to refuse at first, but soon changed his tune the moment he saw Quwaggor’s skills in lightsaber combat.
While walking down the halls of the temple to practice his lightsaber combat skills, Kron saw Quwaggor sparring with another Jedi Knight, a Twi’lek, in the training room. While the Twi’lek attacked with finesse and dexterity, compensating his lack of ferocity with numerous, fast blows, Quwaggor attacked with pure strength, something Kron greatly respected. It wasn’t long until the Twi’lek yielded, as the shocks from each of the wookiee’s strikes fatigued him greatly, despite having blocked all of them. Kron felt a bit disappointed that the sparring match didn’t go any further.
Convinced that Quwaggor was indeed the perfect warrior, Kron approached him and begged the wookiee, which he discovered to be a Jedi combat specialist known as a Battle Master, to take him as an apprentice. Quwaggor accepted Kron’s request and took him in as a Padawan learner. From that point on, Kron began his apprenticeship, gaining respect for his new master’s strength. He graciously accepted all the teachings the Wookiee had to offer as he aimed to be stronger than he already was.

Shortly after taking Kron in as a Padawan, Quwaggor immediately deemed him ready to create his own lightsaber, as his current training lightsaber was too small for him to wield with any proper skill. As Kron was his first apprentice, Quwaggor gave him the crystal he needed, with which Kron meditated with for days before integrating them within the lightsaber. The end product was a twenty-five-inch lightsaber hilt that produced a blue blade, something that was associated with combat prowess at the time.
Kron’s Padawan years were mostly filled with harsh, self-imposed physical training. His master saw this as an improvement in his discipline, not knowing the true nature of this training was actually a sign of defiance; defiance to the huge gap in power between Kron and his master. Kron aimed to be stronger, to be the most powerful Jedi in the galaxy, and his Wookiee master was an obstacle to that goal; an obstacle he needs to surpass.
Kron’s training also focused more on Force powers that allowed him to enhance his body, namely his swiftness. Kron was well aware of his lack in agility and speed, and he knew, with the density of his muscles and the weight of his body, that he can do little to improve that aspect of his build. He therefore focused his physical training on improving his strength and endurance and used his knowledge of the Force to supplement his lacks on nimbleness and speed.
Despite Kron pushing himself, despite his determination to prove his strength, Quwaggor never gave him any chance to demonstrate how much he has grown, as the Wookie never took Kron along missions that had a high risk of conflict occurring. Quwaggor wasn’t aware of the source, but he felt darkness within Kron’s heart and it troubled him greatly.
But despite instructing Kron on how to build his own lightsaber, the Jedi knight didn’t give his apprentice much chance to use it, as he didn’t want to risk taking Kron anywhere that might cause the dark side of his heart to surface. As such, Kron spent most of his Padawan days within the temple, either meditating or listening to whatever teachings his master gave him. This only made Kron even more contemptuous of his master, his respect ebbing away, giving way to hatred and scorn. This made Kron more resolute of his training to surpass his master, to show Quwaggor the error of suppressing his strength like a caged animal.
On 3625 B.B.Y., Quwaggor received a mission from the High Council to retrieve an ancient Jedi artifact allegedly hidden among the ruins on the planet of Cathar. The existence of the artifact itself is in question, as the information came from a deranged salvager. Nevertheless, Quwaggor took the mission and, deciding that the mission wasn’t high-risk, took Kron with him. Kron himself wasn’t enthusiastic about the assignment himself. Although he rarely gets out of the temple, let alone off Coruscant, he knew that the jobs where Quwaggor would take him meant very little work. Still, Kron relished the chance to stretch his excessively large legs.
When they landed on Cathar, Kron and his master immediately went in search for the ruins that was said to hold the artifact. Using a shuttle, it wasn’t long when they found it, a tomb of a long-dead being that stood in solitary vigil in the middle of a vast desert. The entrance into the ruin’s upper enclave was relatively easy to access, as it has been looted by numerous generations of grave diggers. The lower levels were more of a challenge that none of them expected.
As Jedi knight and apprentice stepped into the lower halls, they were almost immediately attacked by large, monstrous insects native to Cathar. The creatures’ aggressive natures made it difficult for them to advance, the darkness of the lower levels already hindering their progress even without the mammoth insects. It was in this large, dark place where Kron drew his lightsaber in battle for the first time. In the dimness of the deep halls, both Jedi’s lightsabers twirled and spun in the darkness, like two blue fireflies engaged in an ancient dance nobody knew about.
Kron relished in the bloodlust that began to emerge as he cut, slashed and chopped his saber, killing legions of the insects. He took on three of the six-foot tall monstrosities on his own, and while an ordinary person may have been overwhelmed, Kron managed to hold his ground as he hacked, deflected and stabbed away. But as the fight went on, more and more creatures poured into the dark hallway, threatening to engulf both master and apprentice. Kron was beset on all sides and was soon being pilled upon by one or two of the insects. It was during this time when Kron took a blow across his shoulders. Not long after the blood began to trickle down his back, another claw caught his abdomen, then his chest. Kron stood fast, however, his wide gait keeping him from being off-balanced.
The searing pain was the first time Kron ever felt the wounds of battle. Adrenaline began to flood his veins, giving him a temporary boost in strength and numbing the wounds he sustained. Shaking off his attackers, Kron immediately attacked again and again, his wounds merely hindering his movements somewhat. He began to draw power from the pain for the first time, and he liked it.
As the deep parts of the tomb began to empty of the monstrosities that attacked them, Quwaggor urged his apprentice to halt his attacks, to let the insects retreat into their inner refuges. But Kron turned a deaf ear to his master, continuing to bathe himself with the pain of those he slayed as he continued to kill, despite bleeding heavily. Quwaggor had to resort to hitting Kron on the jaw to get his attention.
Kron grudgingly relented and apologized insincerely to his master. Quwaggor sensed the irony in his student’s voice, but merely snapped at him, knowing that they cannot afford to lose any more time arguing, as the creatures might return, and in greater numbers. After using the Force to close up the wounds Kron has sustained, it wasn’t long before both knight and learner found the main inner sanctum within the tomb, a large, ancient room with a sarcophagus in the middle. Quwaggor instructed Kron to open the old stone coffin, to which he complied. The object they found surprised the Jedi knight.
A pyramidal Sith holocron in near-perfect condition sat on top of a mummified Cathar, its hands holding unto the artifact, as if protecting it from the outside world. It dawned to Quwaggor that the tomb they currently occupied belonged to an unknown Sith lord from ancient times. When Kron asked his master of the object’s identity, Quwaggor merely told him that it was a holocron of sinister origins, a holocron holding Sith knowledge. The word Sith then hung in the air as Kron pondered of the object’s roots. Before he could inquire any further, however, Quwaggor pocketed the object and no word was spoken further of the strange item.
When Kron returned to the temple in Coruscant, he immediately proceeded into the archives, a place that he rarely spent time in. He used the Jedi’s vast historical knowledge to do research on the Sith, where Kron was immediately in awe of the dark beings whose names and stories were, at that time, used nothing more than to scare children. Kron’s admiration of their strength was further magnified after he learned of how they have continuously brought the known galaxy into ruin in the past.
Kron continued to respect the feared Sith as he learned more of them. Quwaggor, not knowing of Kron’s purpose of visiting the archives, felt content to see his apprentice take an interest of something other than obsessively becoming strong.
The years then went by with very little happening. Kron continued to train and Quwaggor stayed content of their situation, even teaching Kron more advanced lightsaber forms, as the wookiee saw that his apprentice attacked with an utter lack of finesse. As a Jedi Battle Master, who is an expert in lightsaber combat, Quwaggor thought of this as appalling and sought to improve Kron’s techniques through the years. It was around this time, when Kron learned of the Shien form of lightsaber combat, which he continued to train on as he grew older.
The Shien form was easy for Kron to pick up as it went well with his offensive combat style. He supplemented his movements with the Force, knowing that his movements were a bit slow for the Shien to be effective for him. While shadow sparring in the training area, Kron may be seen practicing the Shien form, his movements intermittently being propelled by the Force, showing uncanny speed and agility, as if he was being held with puppet strings. As he trained further, both his command of the Force, to supplement his strength in battle, and his newly-acquired lightsaber skill vastly improved. This continued until he was twenty-two.
Once Kron reached twenty-two, he was already prepared to take the trials into knighthood.
On 3621 B.B.Y., at the age of twenty-two, Quwaggor vouched for Kron’s skills and he was allowed to take the Jedi Trials, despite the other Jedi Knights having doubts on the matter. Kron had very little difficulty and passed the trials with relative ease.
During the Trial of Skill, Kron was pitted against a Battle Master and was instructed to hold his ground for ten minutes. Though he never managed to land a blow on the Jedi, Kron did succeed on blocking most of the Battle Master’s techniques long enough for the Council to deem him worthy. Quwaggor vouched for Kron’s courage, during his Trial of Courage, enlightening the Council of the bravery he displayed during their battle within the dark depths of the Sith tomb on Cathar. The Council also deemed the wounds Kron sustained during the mission sufficient to allow him to pass the Trial of Flesh.
During Kron’s Trial of the Spirit, he was made to delve into a deep meditative trance. Here, he saw visions of himself, the past, present and his possible future. He saw his family, the ones who abandoned him, simply because of being born different. While he nearly faltered, he stayed strong, determined to prove his strength. The next vision he saw was of the Jedi temple, filled with leeches with the faces of Jedi feeding upon his skin, as he felt they were hindering his growth. He fought through that as well.
The last vision was of his possible future. It was filled with darkness, with him standing atop a mountain of corpses; his lightsaber gleamed into the darkness, evil emanating from it. While most Jedi would have fallen into despair of what they saw, Kron relished it. As he opened his eyes, his meditation finished, he stood victorious, like he did in his vision.
With this, Kron was now formally part of the order as a Jedi Guardian. To his disappointment, however, he was only allowed to take missions with the supervision from his former master, who would act as his superior, as the High Council still considered him to be a high-risk individual.
This decision infuriated Kron greatly. The Order’s need to control him in his every actions made him feel like his potential was being suppressed by those infinitely weaker than he is. His resentment was further drawn out by the fact that his former master only took missions that Kron felt were beneath him. This continued to nurture Kron’s anger through the years that would eventually lead to his betrayal, which would culminate in him permanently leaving the Order.
On 3618 B.B.Y., Quwaggor took a relief operations assignment on the planet Kwenn, where he and Kron were tasked to resupply a small settlement on the planet. The moment they reached their destination, however, Kron recognized that the mission just got complicated. The settlement has just recently been raided by pirates who made their headquarters not far from where the attack hit. Almost immediately, Kron and his former master began to argue on what to do with the situation.
While Quwaggor wanted to help evacuate the people and to tend to the wounded, Kron sought to hunt down the pirates and exterminate them. When it was apparent that his former master would not sway to his side, Kron immediately took off on his own, to strike into the heart of the raiders’ hidden base, all the while ignoring Quwaggor’s protests.
Using the Force, it didn’t take long for Kron to track his quarry down, hidden in a cave. Despite his immense size, he managed to penetrate hard into the middle of the encampment, the pillagers still under the euphoria of their recent haul. Before he even ignited his lightsaber, Kron has already slaughtered two of the raiders with his bare hands. With his lightsaber kindled, the number of dead escalated to six times that. He howled and roared, like a deranged beast from a nightmare as he reduced the group into a bloody collection of bone and tissue before they even had a chance to put up a proper fight.
As he stood over his fallen enemies, Kron breathed in the pain and death he has inflicted and bathed in the exhilaration he felt as he placed the weak creatures in their place. The pain he felt also made his victory all the better. The sting from the burns left behind by the blasters, his trembling muscles and the raw feeling from his cuts made him feel alive, relishing in the pain they caused. To feel that sort of pain and still live, this was what made Kron’s triumph sweeter. He was still a bit euphoric when Quwaggor found him, while still covered in the blood of his enemies and his own. When the wookiee began to scold Kron like an apprentice once more, he was pushed to the point where he could no longer tolerate any of it.
With an explosive burst from his arm muscles, Kron grabbed the wookiee, his large fingers easily encasing his former master’s upper body. Using the Force, Quwaggor pushed his former Padawan away, pushing Kron back a step, which managed to release Kron’s grip upon his former master. Still at a stagger, he was then pushed against the cave wall by Quwaggor’s Force powers. The Jedi battle master then ignited his lightsaber and pointed it towards his apprentice and attempted to have him relent. When it would seem that Kron wasn’t going to concede, Quwaggor raised his lightsaber for the final blow, but was unable to bring himself to kill his former apprentice, despite his evident fall into darkness.
Kron took the chance that his former master’s hesitation gave him. He immediately ignited his lighsaber and, with one arc, managed to cut off the wookiee’s saber arm. While Quwaggor writhed in pain, Kron pushed him away with the Force. He then walked towards his old master’s prone body, standing over him, staring directly into the wookiee’s eyes as he plunged his lightsaber into Quwaggor’s heart.
Remorse was no longer within Kron’s cold heart. It was replaced by the need to destroy, to place weaklings beneath his heel and crush them. As his former master gasped for air one last time, Kron made a vicious laugh, his dreams of surpassing his old master, the one who represented his repressed strength and the Order’s need to control his power, was now dead by his own hands.
After his betrayal, Kron began to stalk the known galaxy, devoid of any sort of purpose. He eventually began hunting down bounties; mostly for the sake of the pleasure that hunting those bounties down gave him. For the next few years, he continuously found himself within the outer rim, outside of the Jedi Order’s immediate reach, where he eventually made a name for himself to be a ruthless bounty hunter, despite most of his quarry never giving him much of a challenge.
By 3614 B.B.Y., he eventually gained sufficient infamy and money to live in luxury, though he preferred to be on the move, constantly sharpening his skills hunting. While on Nar Shaddaa, however, he caught the attention of a local crime syndicate. The crime lord, who was running the operations, was eager to hire Kron out as a hitman, as he had numerous enemies he wanted eliminated.
Seeing this as an opportunity to further do what he loves to do best and gain protection only a criminal organization can provide him, Kron accepted the offer, and with this, his career within the criminal underworld has begun.
Kron served his new employer, a Quarren named Brilk Nylazi, as a hitman and a bodyguard. With Kron, an infamous and bloodthirsty killer, constantly by his side, Brilk enjoyed a period of relative peace, bereft of any attempts on his life. Kron was also constantly given assignments to kill Brilk’s enemies, which made him ignore the fact that the Quarren crime lord was under the category of weakness that Kron would normally put him under. It would seem that their arrangement would continue indefinitely, as both benefitted greatly from it.
What became apparent to Brilk, however, after a few years of their relationship, was that Kron’s infamy was a double-edged sword. Despite the fact that Kron was indeed an efficient killer, he was most certainly not the most subtle. Eventually, rival crime lords discovered that the one decimating their ranks was under Brilk’s employment and sought vengeance against his operations. Brilk eventually sought to eliminate Kron, as he seemed to be too much trouble for the Quarren.
On 3611 B.B.Y., Brilk sent Kron to Ylesia to kill one of his rivals. Kron sensed that there was something amiss with the job, but he still eagerly took it, sensing that it would eventually lead him to slaughtering someone.
When he landed on Ylesia and reached the appointed place, Kron was immediately beset on all sides by those working under Brilk’s rival crime lords. It would seem that the Quarren sold off Kron to appease his enemies. While others may have begged for their lives, Kron merely laughed, as he savored the deaths that were yet to come.
Igniting his lightsaber once more after a long time, Kron viciously attacked his ambushers, deflecting and attacking in a heavy flurry of strikes. Deespite managing to deflect most of the blaster shots aimed at him, he still sustained damage from one or two blaster fires, the holes bleeding heavily and smoking. But he stubbornly continued to move, the ire against this Brilk and the pleasure he derived from the pain he felt fueled his willpower. He severed arms off sockets and broke legs as the screams of his foes filled his audial holes, giving him elation, keeping him going. When the meeting place, which he discovered was a graveyard, was devoid of life other than his own, Kron immediately booked passage back to Nar Shaddaa, where he hoped to take his revenge on his former employer.
As he walked through the halls of Brilk’s main office building, Kron was already covered with a couple of wounds from the plasma shot by those who sought his death in Ylesia. All of Brilk’s employees, from the lowly guard to his top lieutenants, only managed to look on, as they feared that they might become the object of the huge Herglic’s ire.
Once Kron entered a large circular room outside Brilk’s main office, the first thing he noticed was the strong smell of decay. The second thing he noticed was a huge object blocking the blast doors that led to the Quarren’s office. It took Kron a while to realize that the thing was actually a Rancor, a five-meter tall collection of teeth and claws that came barreling towards him. Kron barely had time to react before a huge clawed hand came crashing unto his head. The attack itself that would have killed ordinary people merely left a huge scar on Kron’s face, leaving it bleeding profusely. Using the Force, he pushed the Rancor aside, staggering it long enough for Kron to sidestep and compose himself.
Despite the admiration he had for creature’s immense physical strength, Kron knew that it was nothing more than an animal that relied purely on instinct. Igniting his lightsaber, Kron wasted no time attacking the large beast. Using the force to strengthen his body and to allow himself to be propelled to speeds he could never achieve on his own, he chopped and slashed at the Rancor, all the while feeling the brunt of the damage caused by creature’s attacks, the fatigue and the stinging sensation of his blaster wounds.
After a few minutes into the battle, Kron noticed that the creature has also begun to weaken. In a last-ditch effort to end the fight before he himself would be defeated, Kron grabbed at the creature’s throat, which exposed the Rancor’s underbelly, and began continuously plunging his lightsaber’s blade into the monstrous beast. Eventually, the Rancor stopped moving. Kron merely pushed the beast’s lifeless body aside and continued to move towards his former employer’s office. The moment he entered Brilk’s office, the Quarren immediately groveled at Kron’s massive feet, his slimy skin making contact with Kron’s bloody robes. Kron felt nothing but contempt for Brilk. With a twitch of his wrist, he cleft Brilk’s head off his shoulders and the Quarren’s lifeless body fell unto the carpeted floor.
It was at that very moment that Kron felt the strain on his body. He was bleeding all over, and he felt fatigued as he has not slept since he landed on Ylesia. Still, the prospect of rest seemed to be the furthest thing from Kron’s mind as he looked on towards the dead Quarren’s desk, overlooking the cityscape of Nar Shaddaa through glass windows. With a grunt, Kron took a seat on the Quarren’s velvet-lined chair, its legs nearly giving way to his immense weight. At that point on, Kron, a former Jedi and a former bounty hunter, continued his reign of terror as a syndicate crime lord.
Kron ruled over his criminal businesses with brutal efficiency. To protect his identity, he killed all of Brilk’s closest lieutenants who were aware of the Quarren’s identity. He never allowed himself to be seen in public and mostly kept to himself within his office. Anyone who was indeed invited into his office was never heard from again. He soon garnered a reputation of viciousness among his employees and the other crime lords on Nar Shaddaa.
Kron expanded his underworld empire. His syndicate became a major player in Nar Shaddaa, dealing in slavery, smuggling, illegal gambling and spice trade, even rivaling the Hutt clans’ own syndicates. Although Kron spent most of his criminal years in his office, he never allowed his body to atrophy, continuously training his body. He even occasionally sought training from Jedi separate from the order.
One of these Jedi, a fifty-seven-year old human named Korta Burns, was a former Battle Master who taught Kron the Niman form, due to Kron lacking any balanced style of lightsaber combat. Kron hired Korta on 3610 B.B.Y. and kept him as a tutor for the next three years until the Grey Jedi’s death. He respected Korta’s skills in lightsaber combat and his brutal training, constantly pushing Kron to his limits. As such, Kron was greatly saddened when Korta succumbed to old age on 3607 B.B.Y.
Having learned the Niman from a master he truly respected, Kron began to train intensely; more so than his training with the Shien form. He bought the services of mercenaries, even his succeeding tutors after Korta Burns, using them to practice his combat skills and killing them in the process. As balance was what Niman was for, Kron rarely used the Force to enhance his attack styles. As such, Niman became his favorite combat form, as it allowed him to duel with merely his physical strength, separate from the assistance given to him by the Force.
In Nar Shaddaa, Kron fought his way to the top of the food chain within the slimy underworld and kept this spot for a long time. There are those, however, who sought to take his place.
On 3604 B.B.Y., while reviewing the daily reports behind his desk, the blast doors that led into Kron’s office opened unexpectedly. Six fully-armed people stepped through the door, brandishing their weapons. The moment they saw Kron sitting behind his desk, they saturated his position with blaster fire.
Kron managed to duck into cover behind his desk before the torrent of plasma came his way. After he sensed the surge of blaster fire lessen, he stood up in confrontation and, with a flick of his wrist, threw the attackers off-balance with his Force powers. While his opponents were still staggering, he immediately ignited his lightsaber and used the Force to propel himself towards the blast doors in one jump, cutting three commandos in half with ease after landing. Two others were beheaded before they could even stand back up. Kron grabbed unto the last on with his massive hands, questioning the commando of who hired him. After getting information, Kron crushed the mercenary’s small frame and threw the lifeless body to the side.
It would seem that Kron’s lieutenants made a deal with his rival syndicates to bring him down from power. Apparently, his employees weren’t happy with how he ran the criminal operations, sent mercenaries to kill him, not knowing that he already replaced their former Quarren boss, and took control of the syndicate from him. Anger soon filled Kron and, with his lightsaber drawn, he slew every single employee within his building, from his top lieutenants to the lowliest grunt. He then hunted down each of their families out of spite.
After his killing spree, he sought help from the contacts he has gained within the smuggler’s moon throughout his career, to search for those who wanted him dead. He then spent the next year hunting down those who betrayed him and all those rival crime lords who sought his demise. A huge power void within the criminal underworld in Hutt space was formed as Kron took his revenge.
Though his crusade was still not over, he heard through his connections in the criminal underworld of the Sith he has long been admiring. Apparently, they have returned to the galaxy, to plunge it into chaos once more. Kron wanted in.
On 3602 B.B.Y., Kron travelled to Korriban, where he sought out the Sith he admired since he was just a Padawan learner. The moment he landed on the barren planet, Kron immediately felt the strong power of the dark side immersing him. Kron felt the same euphoria he got from killing and causing pain to his enemies. He mused about how he would love staying in Korriban.
Wasting little time, Kron sought admission into the Sith academy. He had little difficulty going through the entrance tests. Kron’s days within the academy were more than he could have hoped for. Each of the initiates had to constantly prove themselves through tests of strength, which they valued greatly. Guided by the instructors in Korriban, Kron also learned how to harness the dark side of the Force, which eventually corrupted him further, though he cared little about that aspect. He was also given the chance to use slaves, even captured Jedi, to test his abilities as often as he wanted to. This fed his sadistic enthusiasm even further.
Unlike the pacifistic teachings of the Jedi, Kron embraced the Sith teachings like he has embraced the dark side of the Force, seeing as it was indeed unadulterated power. It was also during his stay in the Sith academy when Kron learned of the seventh form in lightsaber combat from his Sith instructors after showing his mastery of his lightsaber combat forms. It was the highly erratic, malignant grace of Juyo, which Kron took to learning eagerly due to its extremely offensive nature.
Due to his eager acceptance of the dark side, it didn’t take long before Kron was ready to transcend into knighthood. For his trial, a Sith mentor instructed Kron to visit a ruin not far from the academy itself. The ruin is within a cave and is said to have been saturated in dark side energies for millennia. The cave itself was infested by numerous Shyracks and the vicious Terentatek. When Kron asked of what he needed to do, the instructor merely told him to survive; sanity was optional, but preferable.
A short walk from the academy later, Kron managed to track down the cave his instructor described. The moment he stepped into the dark cavity on the mountainside, Kron immediately noticed the presence of the dark side amplifying his powers. Before he can even relish the surge of power flowing into him, a flock of Shyracks almost instantly attacked him. Drawing his lightsaber, he disposed of the flying creatures with relative ease. As he delved deeper into the cavern, its inhabitants greeted Kron with aggression and he returned their hospitality with the edge of his lightsaber.
When he reached the ruins, as undercroft carved into the cave wall, he took his time walking into it, fumbling into the darkness while attempting to avoid any traps the ruins may hold. Once he reached the heart of the ruins, a circular room whose wall was lined with numerous stone sarcophagi, Kron immediately felt the dark side even strongly. The surge of power was almost sickening.
Suddenly, with little warning, shapes began to form from the shadows. The shadowy forms took the shapes of Jedi, brandishing lisghtsabers and throwing themselves at Kron. Kron ignited his lightsaber and cut through them. It was apparent that these shades were not as skilled as any Jedi, it was merely their shape that the specters copied. Kron hacked and slashed, as it was apparent to Kron that this fight was different from those he has gone through. Kron didn’t derive any delight from it whatsoever, even feeling sick. For the first time in his life, he wanted the fight to be over fast.
As he cut down the last of the ghostly Jedi, a new form began to coalesce in the middle of the room. It was taller than the others, but Kron readied his lightsaber nonetheless, hoping that this was going to be the last. At that moment, dread crept over him as the shadow took the form of his former master. He looked at Quwaggor’s form with terror. He seemed real, from the brown wookiee fur, to the jet-black eyes filled with sorrow.
Kron’s knees buckled as Quwaggor spoke to him in his ghostly wookiee voice. Regret began to fill Kron up. He could feel his sanity ebb away as his dead master crept into his head. But Kron would not falter. After all he went through, after all he has killed, he cannot falter. Kron needed power. Everything else was irrelevant.
With a burst of strength and a bellowing cry, he swung his lightsaber in an arc with the last of his strength, and the shade that was his former master dissipated into the dark, cold air. Kron immediately felt relief, his body instantaneously feeling lighter. With a heavy grunt, he made his way out of the ruins, eager to be as far away from the place as possible. The moment he exits the chamber, he was greeted by the instructor who sent him there, congratulating him of his success. After passing the Sith trials, Kron was given a new lightsaber to mark his transcendence into new heights of power.
On 3601 B.B.Y., as the galaxy was once again plunged into chaos, Kron Shachi, now going by the name of Stór, faces the galactic community, with its infinite number of worlds, as it trembled under the mercy of his newfound dark powers as a Sith Marauder.

A giant hooded figure stalked the crowded streets of Nar Shaddaa, the tallest of the people that walked by him barely reaching to his waist. Still, Stór ignored them. The weaklings were beneath his notice, like insects that crawled on the dirt. It has been more than a year since he joined the Sith, and his vengeance was still incomplete.
According to a contact of his, a syndicate leader already began coming out of hiding. Apparently, since Stór hasn’t been heard from for a while, his enemies have grown complacent and began to re-emerge into the open once more. The thought placed a smile across Stór’s scarred face, revealing yellow, pointed teeth. He needed test subjects for his new powers, and the maggots that betrayed him would be perfect.
Stór soon reached the place where his contact mentioned the crime lord would be: a small, derelict park in front of a condemned building. The moment he entered the enclave, however, he felt something was amiss. It was empty, and, judging by the run-down nature of the place, Stór deduced that it wasn’t a place for a crime lord to spend time in. Before he can react however, he was surrounded by about twenty mercenaries, emerging from the alleys and the building, all aiming their weapons towards him.
“What the hell was Genno thinking?! It’s a damn giant!” Exclaimed one of the mercs. Stór’s lip twitched. Genno was his contact within one of the syndicates. Apparently, the human decided to sell him off. Stór made thought to give Genno a visit once he’s done.
“It doesn’t matter! It’s all alone.” Said another mercenary. “Kill it!” Before the other mercenaries could follow the order, however, a blast of dark lightning emanated from Stór’s fingertips, the blast of which killed three individuals at once. A moment later, a huge lightsaber ignited, its red glow bathing the rest of the mercenaries of its malicious radiance. The ensuing slaughter wasn’t pretty. Stór slashed and chopped with no finesse whatsoever, like a group of Rancor feasting upon a giant corpse. Body parts flew and screams were lost in the darkness of the park as it was drenched in blood.
Once the area was clear save for the giant, Stór breathed in the death he has caused as he holstered his lightsaber. He then placed a hand over his abdomen.
“Boy, I’m hungry.” He said to himself. He then made a mental note to grab a bite to eat before giving Genno a social call.
Sith Name: Stór
Race: Herglic
Age: 42
Height: 12’4”
Weight: 850 lbs.

The Temple Years
5-11
5-11
The Darkness
[/i]11-18[/center]
The Holocron
18-22
18-22
The Treachery
22-25
22-25
The Employment
25-29
25-29
The Hitman
29-32
29-32
The Crime Lord
32-41
32-41
