However, I am not the father (read: mother). My friend is having a baby boy and her baby shower is coming up in a month or so. She's due May 4th, which as all of you should know is Star Wars day. Despite an exhaustive campaign to get her and her husband to name the baby Luke he shall be named, Liam (I LOVE that name). Since the little kiddie's due date is Star Wars day, I thought my gift for the shower should be Star Wars themed. However, I am not sure what I should get. I have no idea what new parents need or want and what sorts of things are always given at baby showers. If anyone can give me tips please tell me!
