It had too few resources for consideration by many other governments and had too few outstanding biological specimens to be worth noting by republic scientific authorities. To a small refugee band of aliens known to a select few as Terroare, the planet was paradise. After having the original Exford obliterated during the great hyperspace war, the Terrans simply wished for a place to settle down and put down roots again. 200 years after landing, the Terroare Colonial Initiative is dissolved and only a few years after that, the TFIS and Milagso are established as independent and sovereign states
