Returned to the council... Different. He lost a little faith in the Jedi. He was distraught for two weeks until Kaleen talked to him, they had a small affair that night, but Akiar knew he couldn't let temptation take him like that again. He explained that life wasn't over that for him, for Avros he needed to continue life. That he needed to keep hope and dreams. The Jedi put him with another master to make sure he wasn't tainted by the dark side. his new master and him grew to be friends but not like him and Avros.
It was time for his trials
He was to be a Knight
The council deemed that he faced his trials after defeating the fallen Jedi, but he still had to face one trial... The Trial of Spirit.
Akiar was handed a holocron made by his former master Avros. As he focused on it he fell into a dream like state. It was cold and dark and the area he was in was dark. He felt something move in the shadows, something familiar... It was him. A corrupted version of himself stepped out of the shadows. His red eyes blazed bright at Akiar.
He tried to corrupt Akiar with the promise of power and the power to bring back his master. It killed Akiar that maybe he was passing a chance to bring back his master. But, he knew nothing could and he stood with the light side. He was close to swaying though. It worried him that he did almost sway, he talked to the council about it.
He became a Knight.
The Jedi Council, at the request of Akiln Gedo a politician, sent Akiar to Ord Mantell to investigate a break-in and slaughter at one of the planet's security compounds. Upon arriving at the Mantell security compound, Akiar was attacked by a group of elite raiders. Fending them off narrowly, Akiar was soon joined by his former Master Halkin, who had been sent by the Council to watch over Akiar, and together the two were able to send the raiders running. (More came though, they held out thought and were holed up in a cave. His former master was blind and he taught him how to see through the force when he was his master. He was catching on but it was slow and hard.)
They found out that a bounty hunter was responsible. Akiar followed the trail to Tatooine, to a small palace where a crime lord lived. He found the bounty hunter and almost died in the process. The crime lord was a Feeorin with the name of Vikr, he attacked Akiar. Akiar escaped with little more than his life.
He roamed the Jundland Wastes for weeks until he was found by his old friend Kaleen who was on a mission. Akiar traveled with Kaleen, who as they walked through the sand told Akiar that all this time he loved Akair. He was perfect, strong, smart. He was so charming and he could understand. Akiar kissed him, but told him they couldn't pursue it and he was so sorry. But, also that he forever and always would love him. Akiar loved him because he was handsome, easy to connect to and also knew what to say for everything. He helped Akiar fight through the tough times.
Akiar wanted to stay with him on Tatooine, but he knew that was the wrong thing to do. It hurt Akiar a small amount to leave Kaleen there on the planet to his mission. He felt sad that he wasn't allowed to love. He thought the Jedi should be allowed to love. They're supposed to be the keepers of truth and justice, but what's more pure than love?
He was sent all over the galaxy for missions and finally took up training of a Padawan, Falen. After a couple years of training him, they were sent to the outer rim. It was supposed to be a blue milk run. They found a group of gangsters that were making loads of trouble for the republic. They were trained way better than reports had said. Both him and Falen attempted to breach the compound. After a night of fighting they made it to the center... A Dark Jedi stood there waiting for them. Akiar and Falen attacked the Dark Jedi. The Dark Jedi was too powerful for the Padawan, but with Akiar they could have won, but his Padawan became too brash and ran in and was struck down. Akiar froze because he knew this happened before with his former master Avros, he choked. Akiar calmed himself, telling himself that he made a mistake but he can't let it ruin him and fought with extreme clarity, finally striking him down but not without injury. He was caught on his right eye with a lightsaber and was now blind. Also he had burns and scars all over his body.
He returned to the council and learned to accept Falen's death. That life could still go on and he needed to control his emotions. He also learned more of force sense to cope with his sight.
Years have past and the Council want him to take another Padawan.

Bio:
::Birth::
Akiar Ventor was born to, two parents on the world of Nar Shaddaa. At the age of four he watched his father die at the hands of some gangster. Akiar blocked the memory. But, soon his mother grew ill. That's when a Jedi name Avos found him by accident, through a mission. Avos could sense he was strong with the Force so he talked with his mother. His mother told him just to make her proud. Those were the last words she ever said to him, she died a year later.
The Jedi Avros took him to the council where he became a youngling. He had an innate ability with a blade, which he learned how to hone his skills through the rigorous training they made the younglings go through. Avros continued to watch his progress from afar.
::Padawan::
As Akiar kept growing so did his skills with a blade. But, those weren't the only skills that Akiar was brilliant at, but also shone to be very clever. Finally he reached the age that he was to be picked to be a Padawan. That's when Avros showed up first to choose him. He was a little hesitant though, as Akiar's natural abilities could be a danger to himself, as he might grow to be cocky. He finally picked him, so he could teach him how to control his feelings. That was the first time in a long time that Akiar felt close to someone.
Avros took him to all sorts of planets, all sorts of missions. He enjoyed the adventure, the learning that sated his lust for knowledge. He slowly became a father to Akiar. Akiar once fell in love with a fellow Padawan Kaleen. He loved him but he knew that he had to focus on his training and upholding Jedi values, but he would always love him. He told Avros about this. Avros simply said that he did a good job figuring out what he should do, that is was right for the Jedi Order. But he should never lose the love, but stay friends. Akiar learned a lesson that day, he also grew closer to his master, he knew now he could tell him anything. Through the years he would tell him whatever was troubling him, it let him get his feelings out. His master would teach him how to control the extreme urges, but he also explained that some emotion was good because it was needed to understand the universe, but he need to control it.
Through his training he became quite brilliant with a lightsaber always sparing with his master, learning all he could about fighting with a blade. To Akiar it was like a dance to him, he analyzed everything about his fighting to make himself better.
Akiar had a lot to learn from Avros, he taught him about cultures, about tech, about social interactions. He went across the galaxy with him. Every step of it was brilliant and new and just the learning made Akiar happy. Finally, it was time for Akiar to make a lightsaber. Both of them traveled to Illum to the caves there that held the lightsaber crystals. They entered the cave, Akiar focused and felt close to a crystal. He picked a blue color crystal. That's when he sat down and put his materials on a stone altar. He focused and entered a trance, and the lightsaber was being made in front of him. While in the trance he had a vision of his master dying. After his time on Ilum he was troubled by the vision he had, he told his master. Avros told him that visions don't always come true, that the force can try to test people. Still Akiar was never content.
Akiar grew to be a powerful Padawan with the direction of Avros. It was time for another test. Avros and Akiar went all the way back to Nar Shaddaa where a fallen Jedi was causing trouble. Akiar tried to remain calm through the mission as he knew he could not see his mother. Finally they reached the fallen Jedi. Avros tried to talk to him, tried to be diplomatic, but it failed. The fallen Jedi threw Avros with the force and lept at Akiar. Akiar blocked it with his lightsaber and fought back as Avros caught up. The fallen Jedi kicked Akiar, knocking him back. Avros continued to fight him but was caught off-guard. Avros could have won but he miscalculated and was thrown offguard. he was forced choked and killed right in front of Akiar. Akiar lost control, barely escaping with his life defeated the fallen Jedi, yet he still got away. He ran over to Avros who still clung to a small thread of life.

Akiar felt a dark presence within the building. He was worried, he had never faced a fallen Jedi before. His master knew he could handle it, but he was worried that he would disappoint his master. Avros looked at him with his deep green eyes, "Are you ready my Padawan? Can you feel the presence?" Avros said looking at Akiar. "Yes Master I can. I am ready." Akiar said and unclipped his lightsaber from his belt on his deep brown robes. The presence was easy to sense, there was a dark touch about the fallen Jedi. It made the hairs on his neck stand up. Slowly, the both of them continued into the large circular room. It was yellow in color and giant glass windows dotted the walls. In the center was a man in a dark robe.
"Welcome, Jedi. Lay down your weapons and your deaths shall be quick and painless." The fallen Jedi's voice slithered out across the room.
"I shall not give up anything, come with us." Avros pointed pulled out his blade and ignited it.
"No, master Jedi." The fallen Jedi lifted his hand and with the force Avros was slammed against the wall.
Akiar tensed up as he saw his master hit the wall. His eyes quickly darted around, sweat beaded around his forehead. For the first time he can really remember, he was scared. He couldn't believe that his master was thrown like that. He thought his master was better than that. With the scared feelings, he grew angry. He didn't like that he was scared, he felt weak. Jedi shouldn't feel weak. With his anger Akiar jumped at the fallen Jedi, but with a quick finesse he blocked Akiar's blade and kicked him. Akiar fell backwards against the hard floor, shocked from the boot to his chest, that's when he saw his master leap at him. They dueled as the Padawan struggled to reach them. As Akiar ran to the acton his master cut at him but missed. The fallen Jedi looked at him from behind the hood and reached out with the force and started to choke Avros. Akiar used the force and jumped towards the fallen Jedi... But, it was too late... He pierced his master through the chest.
"NOOOOOO!" Akiar screamed and with all his rage attacked the fallen Jedi and unleashed a flurry of lightsaber attacks until he impaled him. He looked at the body for a second and then ran to his master who clung to life. Tears ran down the young Padawan's face as his master was dying before him. He was like a father to Akiar, he was taught so many things by him. He was scared that he would fall to the Dark Side, that he wouldn't know what to do after this. A part of him died a little.
"It's okay... I taught you everything I could... One part brave, Three parts fool. Never give up hope... You were the closest thing I had to a son... I... Lo.." Avros coughed out and then faded into the Force.
Akiar knew he had let go his feelings of pain, of grief. But actually, be happy for his master, for he is in a better place now. He felt a small comfort in that, that his master was part of the Force now.
