Faction: Republic Military
Department: Special Forces
Rank: Sergeant
Name: Analla Illesar
Race: Human, Naboo
Age: 22
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 135 lbs
Birth place: Naboo, Keren
Appearance: Analla has matching brown eyes and hair, her facial structure is the average for all Naboo except that her ears are rather small. Her face is the average pale Caucasian of most Naboo. She keeps her hair in a loose ponytail at all times except when she is wearing a helmet. Although she is not a beauty queen so to speak so can be seen as rather attractive when done up properly though you'd be lucky to see her like that as a high proportion of the time she's in her military uniform. Her uniform is standard Republic issue, she hasn't modified it in any way to seem at one with the soldiers under her command. When off duty she is normally seen in either her light wear military uniform or clothes with a military theme, she wears neutral colours that don't stand out as she is often happy to blend into any crowd. She walks with an aura of confidence when on duty but when in her free time she often walks too quickly, always wanting to get somewhere to do something even when she's not. She'll often slump against walls, bored of even standing straight yet when she's with her men or superior officers she manages to control her natural stance and posture to stand perfectly upright. Analla consistently tries to be 'the perfect soldier' in her own eyes and hopefully in the eyes of others too.
Personality: Although when put into a combat situation she hides her personality to the best of her ability and concentrates on being a strong, unmoving, and unnerving leader, Analla happens to be quite shy. From a young age her sister always outshined her and throughout her education she was always an outcast for one reason or another. Even at the start of her military career she was shunned by the others for having had trained at her academy. Despite this Analla can be kind and warm-hearted to those who really get to know her, however even having learnt to control it she still has a temper and can quickly flare to cold anger when she allows it. She is quick to loose attention and gets bored very easily, unless something truly interests her or can be found useful by her she will not give anything or anyone more than a second glance. When meeting somebody new she will always want to smile and give them a handshake but will often stop herself from doing so. She feels the need to hide her true self a high majority of the time and although she wants to be kind and friendly at almost every moment she more often than not will decide not to be.

Bio: Analla was born in the year 3622 ABY to a wealthy merchant family in the city of Keren on Naboo. Her father had made his fortune buying all sorts of things from exotic goods to designer clothes and then selling them for maximum profit. Although he didn't always keep to the legal agenda if the risk was worth the profit his family and the authorities in Keren never found out. Although Analla had a rich family it was always her older sister that was spoiled by her parents, she would have been jealous had she not been brought up with it.
Although her parents weren't the richest on Naboo; or even within Keren, her sister was the typical spoiled brat who got everything she wanted and being her little sister Analla was an outcast at school and was bullied duly. She tried hard to concentrate on her studies and although she was quite clever she couldn't get over everything her fellow classmates did, and everything her teachers ignored. She was shy having no friends, and being far too timid to go to anybody about the things everyone was doing to her she simply let them, and complied with her own suffering. However she wasn't in herself a pushover. She lashed out far too often and her own anger would lend her power enough to scare off any potential friendly faces, however with thousands of kids attending her school Analla kept an unbroken spirit.
The years flickered by one by one and as she and her classmates aged the bullying withered and died like an unattended plant in winter. She still wasn't popular and although she had hope she still didn't have any friends. She was respected as what she was though, and was left to her lonesome more out of courtesy than unkindness. Even without the unwelcome attention of bullying though Analla still failed in her classes as most of the time she was bored out of her mind. Although in class she was often found looking out of a window daydreaming she occasionally came alive outside when doing sports. She wasn't exactly overly strong of quick in terms of flat out speed but her agility earned her respect and she had a natural ability at archery and shooting, though she had only tried the latter one time as it was banned within her school.
However just as things seemed to finally be going her way, Analla's world collapsed. Her older sister was slain by a vile blackmarket dealer her father owed money to, and yet her family would never learn this much. With his money being made on ever more risky deals Analla's father spent more and more time away and her mother just shut down with grief at the death of her eldest daughter. Feeling sadness yet not without loathing at her sister's death Analla grew to spite her memory evermore and both of her parents felt shocked at what was happening. Although it might not have seemed possible her grades at school drooped ever lower and all chances of making at least one happy friendship was grinded to dust. As she lost control and more often than not her temper too, her parents found her get worse and started looking for an alternative. They tried being nice to her, strict with her, friendly. They tried everything, and eventually she took it too far and they sent her away, far away.
Analla was 16 at the time, she was sent to a private military academy on Coruscant. She was to stay there for 4 years of vigorous military training and then enter military service for at least a decade, and then after all of that she would be allowed home to her parents on Naboo. At first it was hard for Analla, she was still in mourning for her elder sister in her own way. She still lost her temper and when she did she was punished for it. Her only happiness was when she learnt what her talent was, vehicles. Unlike other human beings they could understand her, the only things that could truly know her. When driving or flying she was at one with the metallic beast, and it was an extension of her. Seeing this as her natural talent the Academy pushed Analla to her limits, and she went past them time after time. She wasn't the best, no not at all but she enjoyed it and in moments of true madness excelled beyond expectation. She always thought outside the box, attempting things nobody else would even consider and on the occasions she succeeded in them it was glorious.
Other than her skills at vehicular use her only other true skill was at ranged weaponry, although she wouldn't always hit the target in the exact right spot she would always put down enough shots that there was no way anything could survive. Where others would take 10 seconds for a shot, and mind you that shot would go right between the eyes. Analla would prefer to fire 10 shots in 3 seconds, and have them all go though the torso in one place or the other. It wasn't just automatic weapons though, the academy trained her in all manner of equipment. Once Analla could learn how to do something she would repeat it in her spare time till not only she got it perfect continuously but until she could do it quicker than she thought was possible. Monotonous actions such as exchanging magazines in a rifle, or replacing the rocket in it's launcher became second nature and she did them quickly and precisely.
However when it came to everything else she lacked her enthusiasm and once bored wouldn't strive to be better. She ignored most of what she was taught in lessons and that of which she took in would be forgotten by the next day. Where other students could do with a knife spectacular things she was lucky to not cut her own hand off on more than one occasion. And then when it came to unarmed combat she couldn't pull of any of the fancy moves. However what she lacked in skill she could make up for in speed. When she learnt to morph her anger into cold calm execution she could remain unmoved by pain temporarily. And even basic moves like a left hook, or an elbow slam when done by her in quick succession could allow Analla to hold her own in a fight.
After 3 years of vigorous training The Republic, wary of a new war issued the order for the academy to end after 3 years. Analla having just finished her 3rd year was sent off into the grand Republic Army, and seeing as she was trained by one of the most prestigious academies of Coruscant she was made a Corporal in the Republic's Special Forces. At only the age of 19 and having superseded regular recruits into the very same department she was disliked instantly. The nickname of 'Princess' emerged after hearing she was from Naboo; a planet with a constitutional monarchy twinned with the fact she was only a corporal because 'her daddy was richer than theirs' allowing her to be sent to a private academy.
2 years later however, in a battle somewhere in the loneliness of the outer rim she earned her stripes. Part of her unit were the garrison of a lone navy frigate, it was silly really. How the crew didn't manage to expect the pirate ambush was surprising, as it was obvious it was going to happen. In the opening volley that announced their presence the shields failed and, no longer protected, scores of pirates boarded. Caught off guard, their squad's sergeant died from a lucky shot in the moment after the pirates came aboard. It took merely a heartbeat for Analla to notice and to know she had to take command. She lead the handful of republic soldiers that were there to slay at least half a dozen of the pirates before diving into cover. After another half a minute or so half of the scum were either dead or lying on the floor dying, and to cut their losses they began to retreat. With the opening of this fatal error and the fact they all just turned and ran, Analla ordered a charge and took the fight back to the pirate's ship. By the time they realized what was happening it was too late. The skirmish ended quickly, and with a few more republic soldiers hit and wounded they took the ship. The toll on the enemy was great, with less that 10 prisoners. Analla wasn't brutal but she didn't know the protocol for any of this and as the death of her superior finally kicked in she ordered the remaining pirates into an airlock and shot them into the coldness of deep space. Returning to the frigate Analla closed the dead Sergeant's eyes and took his insignia of rank for use on her own uniform, only one soldier had taken the initiative to follow her back whilst the others were all looting the pirate ship. Now a Sergeant she decided to make this lone soldier her Corporal seeing as she'd need one, yet decided not to punish the others for their looting. Upon their return Analla picked two of them to help her carry the dead officer's body onto the pirate ship and set a timed charge on their engine's core. As her frigate pulled away Analla looked out of the rear view port to see her predecessor's funeral in the explosion of twisted metal, yet then the stars flew by as they accelerated into light speed and she returned to thinking upon what to do next.
To this very day Analla remains a sergeant in the Republic Special Forces.
RP Sample: Analla took a deep breath and then jumped out of the shuttle's wide open doors. She could see her squad-mates below her already starting a fierce firefight and she was eager to join them. Even with her helmet on she could feel the wind rush past her face and she decided to enjoy the moment while it lasted, which wasn't long. As she neared the hillside she opened up her grav-chute slowing her fall, just enough to avoid any serious injury. She jolted on the hard impact and forgot to roll, speaking to herself as there was nobody immediately around her.
"That's going to leave a bruise."
She pressed the button to pull her chute back in and hoped she wouldn't have to use it a second time. Finger already on the trigger of her assault rife she got up onto one knee and took in the surroundings. Just meters from her feet the hillside ended in a cliff face, and below that a few unlucky rookies had landed in the lake by a harsh gust of wind or maybe just lack of skill. Above her was where they were meant to land, on the huge castle's walls. Although she had avoided getting wet; and only just done that, she would still need to climb a long way before getting into the action. She swore under her breath and then took the grappling hook of her belt.
"Next time, I won't miss the landing."
Was all she said before firing the line up into the darkness and hoping it went over the wall, if she missed she would have to rewind it and that would take far too long. Although fate obviously wasn't on her side it decided to let her start her climb quickly, and she was thankful to the rest of her squad that as she took the achingly long climb to the top there were no stray shots being aimed down at her. Actually there were no shots at all, she stopped to listen and heard nothing at all. Her pace quickened and as she reached the top she feared the mission had already finished without her. When she climbed over the lip of the wall she saw it was littered with bodies on the other side, and not all of them were the enemy. Exhausted and panting she walked up to her superior officer who just happened to be having a cup off tea sitting infront of the fortress's gates.
"Hurry up then soldier, we don't have all day." He called out to her and she jogged the final few meters before almost collapsing on the ground.
"Don't tell me... I missed all of it?"
"Oh I'm afraid I have to, this isn't Naboo darling this is a Military Academy. If this were a real mission your absence in the battle could have cost lives."
Analla squirmed, this was her first training exercise after arriving at Coruscant. She had been hoping to impress the others and to prove to her superiors she was worthy. However she had done the exact opposite and had only proved to herself that she really should be more fit. The climb had exhausted her and the punishment laps that followed felt like the death of her. As her fellow students sat eating their dinner she was running, or at least attempting to and as they all laughed at her failure her mood worsened.
"One day, I'll prove to them I'm worth it. One day, I'll be the one laughing at them. One day, I'll be the one dishing out punishments."
And then Analla was given another lap for talking, and with a silent moan, she decided it was better not to talk and pushed herself to just go a bit further.
