Canus is an elegant man, and it shows in his appearance. His hair is always neatly trimmed and immaculately ordered. His clothes, often tailor made, fit his form exactly. His usual attire consists of a a black double breasted coat with a tail that falls to his legs. Beneath that he wears a dress shirt, usually some shade of blue, and blue dress pants. He almost always wears a blue cloth tied around his left bicep; a memento from days gone by.
The years have generally been kind to Canus. His skin is smooth and relatively free from blemish, save a bit of scarring around his lower back. His frame is long; he's somewhat tall and finely, if not overly so, muscled. He is generally clean and proper, as a man of means should be.
Canus' face is fair. His teeth are white and straight. His hair his snowy white, as fits his people, though colored by the occasional darkened silver strand. His eyes are grey, like mountain heights, and sometimes show hints of the cunning, clever mind that lurks below the open, friendly front.
