How specifically did the Sith Order take over the Sith Empire? Also, what is the current state of affairs on Ziost? I'm thinking about setting up an RP involving the temple being built there, so any details on how far along construction has gone would be very useful. Thanks in advance.

Question for the mods....
Can a Sith train a Dark Jedi?
It is probably like a Jedi training a Gray fringer force user. As they start would that dark Jedi no longer be a dark one but a sith initiate?

I don't think a Sith would train a dark jedi unless it was to recruit him as an Initiate. After all, why would he want to strengthen those who are outside of (and may oppose) the Order?

Say a 15 year old Padawan was born blind, but has (obviously) been taught to use the Force to compensate for this. The Padawan tends to be better at commanding the Force than using a lightsaber (so far), perhaps even having sacrificed a year or two of Shii-Cho training to better learn to navigate on his own. What score would his Force Senses have?

I'd say about a six. :3 It'd make sense for such a padawan to be above-average at Sense, especially with a bit of Shii-cho sacrificed. However, Force Sight =/= sense, rather, the actual sense stat is more of a composite their innate talent and taught skills. Just something to keep in mind. :3

Cool, thanks for the help. ^^ And I understand that there is more to Force Sense than using Force Sight. Just to clarify however: Would a Force-user with a six in Sense be able to use Force Sight at all, or is it a more powerful and harder-to-learn ability than I thought?

It really just depends on when the Jedi begins to learn the skill. Force sight is listed as a specialized Force ability, and most Jedi don't learn it until they're older, because they have other things to learn, but a blind Jedi is at a distinct disadvantage aware-ness wise, so they'll make Sight a priority in their learning. Force Sight is more limited by time, than latent ability/learned skill, unlike most specialized Force abilities. :3

Can someone describe the movements/blade work of Shien(not Djem So) for me? You see, I plan on having my character start to learn form V once he gets a 2 in shi-cho and it would really be helpful if I know the movements/blade work for role playing purposes.

starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Shien#Known_moves_and_maneuversThe wookieepedia page provides some good general info as well some stuff on known blade positions in maneuvers. Simply put, Form V is Form III with a more aggressive bent, designed to defend and then counterattack instead of relying on pure defense and waiting for an opening to appear. Shien is more suited for blaster deflection (though it can still certainly be used in a lightsaber duel), with particular emphasis on redirecting bolts back to their source. On the other hand, Djem So is more geared for the lightsaber duelist, with emphasis on powerful attacks to beat down an opponent's defense.

Sparrow, I use wookieepdia constantly when I look up Star Wars related, but the information it provided on Shien didn't satisfy me because I didn't know what it's offense looked like. And Kozeph, thanks for showing me that Ashi completed his description on the lightsaber forms. The description that the thread gave was exactly what I was looking for.

Ok, so I've looked at Wookieepedia and I've read through the information on lightsaber forms here on this site, but I'm still having some problems. I've been working on a Jedi character recently and she's a Consular, so I think I want her to learn Niman. Despite doing the aforementioned, I'm still having trouble actually visualizing what learning/using Niman would look like.
Does anyone have a character that uses Niman, or have any good ideas as far as writing what it looks like? Halp meh plz. ._.

Niman is a bit different than the other forms. It's not rigid like the others are, and as such, it mostly comes down to the creativeness of the user. So, that being said, there's not really a set way to write it, since, by its nature, it varies from person to person. While (obviously) every form would differ a bit from user to user in some regard, none really do to the degree that Niman does. It's a fairly unique form, in that regard.

Just keep in mind that it is supposed to be a mediation form. It doesn't necessarily excel at one thing specifically or have a more offensive/defensive focus.
Thus my point being when thinking about moves, remember that they won't be too aggressive nor overly passive. But as Rugs stated, it will be up to the users disposition to on how their form turns out.

Nope. Force ghosts are rather rare and usually come from some of the most powerful canon characters (in the movies it's a technique that only the likes of Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, Anakin and Yoda achieved and was meant to be truly becoming one with the force or some such).
Tend to avoid them as much as is possible, even when related to characters. As an actual character? Certainly no.

According to the announcements and the updated list, more force powers have been added to those not allowed. I currently have a character with 'Phase' who is Pending but has had this power on his list for yet awhile. Since he has had it for at least a month and a half now but no mod directed me ahead of time, would the grandfather clause protect me from having to re-edit him? I know he's pending so that might nullify it, and my understanding of that clause is somewhat minimal as to what it applies on. Some clarification would be much appreciated, if anyone would be gracious enough to answer me.

I'm sorry to say that it will not be allowed. The grandfather clause only applies to applications that are approved before a rule/ban/etc. are put into place.
