Selia Fain is best described with two words: Terrible and Beautiful.
She is a tall woman, with a lean, yet elegant, build. Her skin is fair and devoid of blemishes, due in no small part to her father's Hapan bloodline. Selia's face is slightly angular, yet still attractive. She has full, pink lips below a small nose. Above them are a pair of emerald green irises crowned with gently arching brown eyebrows. Selia keeps her wavy, dark brown hair at shoulder length; it can usually be seen down or in a practical bun.
Like most Jedi, Selia's wardrobe is largely limited to mundane tunics and robes. She doesn't particularly mind because she likes the freedom of movement they allow. When travelling, she dons the iconic, if stereotypical, brown robes of her Order. If, for whatever reason, she expects to be in real combat, Selia wears lightly padded dueling leathers. They closely resemble standard Jedi garb and provide limited protection from blasters and bladed weapons.
Personality:
Selia is a duelist at heart: focused and patient, yet swift and decisive. She exudes a quiet air of humility and dedication, though internally she is very confident. However, the Jedi is careful to avoid being arrogant or pretentious and does her best to follow the Code. Indeed, she believes that as a Master of the Order, she is held to a special standard and must always serve as an example to junior members.
Selia has a great passion for lightsaber combat. She views it as her preferred art form rather than a purely martial practice. That being said, she is a fierce warrior and has no qualms using force when the situation warrants. Like most Jedi, Selia does attempt to take the peaceful route when possible. She is not a philosopher or diplomat by any stretch of the imagination, so more often than not the duelist has to rely on her prowess with the saber rather than the tongue.
