Crack-shot swindler lookin' for friends

So my first character just got accepted. >Insert link here<

He's a suave, street-wise smuggler who's never above a good time or an adventure. If anybody has any characters they think could get along with (or not) with him, or any plot ideas, lay 'em on me.

I think I'll see your crack-shot swindler... and raise you one treasure-hunting gambler that looks a whole heck of a lot like these words right here that you can click and stuff so click them.

Rase may sound pristine being a professor and all, but his job actually rarely sees him in any sort of classroom, and frankly gambling tables and the less polished parts of the galaxy are where he made and still makes his living. Perhaps Jack would up for a nice, "fair" game of Pazaak or some such jolly good sporting? Know that if he tries to swindle Rase, he'll be swindled right back

Well, of all my characters, Pak probably is the best fit. He tried smuggling himself for a bit, but now he's mostly just a pilot/ship-for-hire. Most of his time not on the job is spent drinking in cantinas, and quite honestly, he's rarely completely sober, and quite a fun-loving guy.


But if you'd like to meet up with a complete 180 of Pak, I have a request up, where he's absolutely sober, and not happy about it. -here-



Or I'd be up for any other ideas you'd have. With Pak, or one of my other characters.

To Fro: Sounds like a great idea. We could get a thread going under Nar Shaddaa sometime.

To Mara: I read that request, and that seems like a fun idea. I imagine it'd also be somewhere like Nar Shaddaa as well where he runs into Jack, whom I think would be able to identify with a problem like that.

Awesome. With that said though, would you just like it to be a chance encounter over cards? Or perhaps Ysmir could be well-versed in some sort of old legend or story? Basically, Rase would love to get anything regarding history out of him.

I say to that, why not both? They meet each other over a game of pazaak, get talking, and the conversation comes to Jack's former occupation as a treasure hunter.

Not sure if it'll be Nar Shaddaa...  The premise is that he just types in some random numbers/coordinates. And being who he is, I'd think that would be a location he'd know, or at least recognize. I mean,  yeah, he won't really be himself at the time, but... I dunno.  I suppose it's possible. I'm really just hoping for something one jump away from Prazhi, lol.
