"The Sith are absolute. Regimes fall every day, but the Sith persist. We are not some simple conglomerate, we are an ideal; peace is a lie."
Name: Kyron Novar (Lord Vindictus)
Race: Human
Age: 58
Birth place: Tatooine
Height: 6'6
Weight: Normal: 272 lbs, In Armor: 345 lbs
Appearance: Although at one point in time he appeared youthful and vibrant, nearly 40 years of devotion to the Dark Side has corrupted and tainted the Sith Lord's appearance. Vindictus' skin is a light tone of gray, quite apart from the light peach color it used to be. His eyes, piercing and calculating, are the characteristic yellow of a Sith. When his mask is removed, one can see he has a strong jaw with defined, almost pointed features. His cheeks, unlike some others corrupted by the Dark Side, are full and pronounced rather than sunken and shallow. He has thin lips that are almost always curled into an unamused scowl. The skin around his eyes is dark and menacing, as though he is perpetually fueled by rage.
Standing at 6 feet, 6 inches, and weighing over 270 pounds, Vindictus is an imposing and commanding figure if ever there was one. Following the Sith philosophy of strength, he forgoes concerning himself with speed and agility and replaces those traits with brute force. Nearly all of his weight is muscle, and if one were ever to see him with his armor removed, his physique would reflect that; he is a walking oak tree, with powerful legs, large arms, and a broad chest.
Vindictus is hardly ever seen out of his customized armor. Although it does little in the way of protecting from a weapon such as a lightsaber, it does provide a great deal of protection against all other sources of damage, such as blasters and explosives. The armor, with two shoulder plates and a large, black cape hanging from the back only adds to his intimidating figure. He wears on his face a metallic mask inscribed with different characters in the Sith language. It provides little more than added protection. If nothing else, he wears it to appear even less human than he already does.
Personality: An "old-fashioned" practitioner of the ways of the Sith Empire, and a devout follower of the Dark Side, Vindictus embodies many of the ideals and philosophies that the Sith hold dear. He is as ruthless as he is cunning, willing to slay allies on a whim if it means his personal goals are furthered. His voice is deep, somewhat raspy from behind his mask, but it is delivered in such a calm and controlled manner, it almost seems soothing. Although he does channel his rage into his combat, he is not one to let his emotions get the better of him, understanding that a clear mind is very important to success.
Vindictus is an anomaly among his fellow Sith in that he is not quite as concerned with power as many others are. Although he does desire a seat in the Inner Sanctum, this is only so he can further his own goals. His true mission is to eradicate not so much the Republic, but the Jedi, whom he views as hypocrites. This stems from his fall to the Dark Side, when he slew his Jedi Master for being unwilling to allow Vindictus to track down slave traders that they knew were in the area. Vindictus grew up on Tatooine until the age of 5 as a slave, and over this course of time, he developed a deep-seated hatred for slavery in all forms, to the point where he refuses outright to perform any actions relating to it. His disgust is such that whenever he catches wind of slavers operating within Sith space, he will take it upon himself to track them down and slaughter them all. This has lead to some conflicts with his peers, though he pays their objections no mind.
He despises the Jedi Order and their views, though he does admit that they and the Republic are not weak, otherwise the Sith would have already won the war. As such, he shows a degree of respect for them when on the battlefield, but still holds no qualms about slaughtering them. He regards the Sith Code with honor, as he views it to be superior to the Jedi Code. Vindictus has convinced himself through the Code that true peace will never be achieved in a galaxy where two opposing Orders exist. He likens it to the fact that there is a Light and Dark Side of the Force; neither side will just disappear one day, and so both sides are destined to forever be in conflict, just like the Sith and Jedi. Pertaining to these views, Vindictus sees his purpose as a counter-weight on the scale, simply aiming to tip it more towards the Sith's favor. He does not disillusion himself with the idea that he is bound by glorious responsibility, and that is what keeps him in check.
All of this in mind, Vindictus is still very much evil in the general sense of the word. He does not hold many in high regard, and the only people he truly respects and trusts are the members of the Inner Sanctum, as to him, they are the rebuilders of the Sith Order. However, although he does respect them, he still views them warily due to their young age. All others below him he views as expendable. To this extent, being under his payroll is not exactly a safe nor steady occupation, as you will more than likely end up dead.
At a baseline, he is a driven, ruthless, and clear-headed Sith Lord with the best interests of the Sith Order in mind, who is willing to do whatever it takes to preserve it.

Specialized Skills: Tràkata - Vindictus is a practitioner of the unorthodox style of lightsaber combat known as Tràkata. This style of combat involves such techniques as "Pass the Blade", deactivating the lightsaber blade before parrying the blade of an opponent, only to reactivate it instantly after. This form of combat requires immense concentration, and Vindictus only utilizes it near the beginning of a duel to try and quickly dispatch his foe; afterwards, he will usually forgo attempting it once more.
