The purple Twi'lek Jedi Master left his quarters in the Jedi Temple for a small stroll before he had to meet a group of younglings. Tov was going to show the younglings some basic saber techniques that afternoon. He was asked by oneof the other masters that took his place ad instructor when he got another Padawan. He missed teaching the younger members of the Order. Though he wouldn't want to take back taking Padawan Ran as his apprentice either. The Jedi didn't have a destination in mind at the moment, he just wanted to stretchhis llegs after the several hours of meditation he had just done. He had been doing more and more meditation ever since he had lost his hand.
Rounding a corner he saw a group of young knights standing talking in a corridor. As he passed them they addressed him and he nodded out of politeness. He had garnered a little recognition from his fight with the Sjtb o. Ambria. Master Anas had to keep reminding them that if hadn't been for his Padawan he wouldn't have made it out alive. The Devironian Sith had him beaten until Gharassk jumped in and blocked the strike. Walking up a flight of stairs he made it to a large foyer that had many branchkng paths. Tova'nas stood for a few moments trying to figure which way to go.

((OOC---Sorry it took me a little bit to get to this, between life being... life, and me losing my star wars muse for a while i needed a bit of a break.))
While his Jedi master was out for his own walk, Gharassk was still getting ready for the day, remembering that his master had been scheduled to meet and train a group of younglings for the day, to which Gharassk could only assume he was to be part of. The only problem? Gharassk had over slept... in fact he had been over sleeping a lot lately. Ever sense the encounter with the Sith, or Dark Jedi, or whatever that blasted Deveronian had been... The physical pain from the attacks were gone now; leaving only a scar on his forehead above is eye and on his right arm and torso from when the crystals had exploded both into him and acted as conductors for the electricity that Sith had attacked him with.
But the physical pain hadn't been the only thing to deal with after that... there had been some emotional stress even if he was supposed to be a Jedi in Training and not supposed to let emotions get in the way like that. He hadn't really confided in Tov, his master sense Gharassk could tell he had been going through the same thing himself. Instead Gharassk had used up what time he could to train and practice, either in the public areas such as the training rooms or even in the private of his own room. He had built a second lightsaber at his master's suggestions, but had yet to fully get the hand of using both, always relying on one over the other.
Forcing himself into this regiment though only tired the young Jedi, always appearing exhausted. He was pulling his outer cloak on finally as he was leaving his room, closing the door behind him and starting into the halls at a rush, skipping the breakfast halls after getting into the routine of bringing a little food with him each night to his room in order to eat it in the morning and safe himself a little time. He walked with a small rush, eating some of the food he had wrapped up as he walked speedily down the halls, hoping to the force he wasn't late to meet the younglings and wait for his master with them...

He had chosen a path that looped back toward the training rooms that his ultimate destination was. He hope that Gharassk was there already and not late like had been the other time. It was understandable they had gone through a horrific event with the Sith. But by his time they should have been over it. But looking a limb like Tov had and being scared like his Padawan would make the most veteran of warriors confidence fail. Tov stood in an elevator now and nodded to the Bith Padawan that was in with him. "Good morning Master Anas" the Bith said.
"Good morning."
He didn't know the young Jedi by name be did recognized him for a class before he took Gharassk on as a Padawan. He wasn't sure who the Biths master was so he wasn't going to inquiry on how they were. Now that Tova'nas had a Padawan again he only taught a class every now and then to the younglings. It was the older ones, ones that were about ready to be picked by Knights and Masters for there next step on becoming full members of the Jedi Order. The lift stopped and the Bith bowed to Tov and exited. Returning the bow the Twi'lek remained in the lift to tide it one floor further.
The lift stopped once again and door swooshes open and the Master stepped out. Quickly making his way down the hall he could sense hen Younglings in the room. They were excited and one was nervous, Anas smiled at the thought of his first saber class. If the saber wasn't a training saber his Lekku would be a lot shorter than they are. Approaching the door he picked up a presents, it was his Padawan and he was anxious. Tov smiled and spoke.
"Your late again. Let me guess you over slept? "

Gharassk took a few moments to look around the training room, seeing the group of younglings that he and his master had been assigned to. He took a moment to get to know each of them, all younger then he was and informed them that his master would be arriving to begin the lesson soon before he was returning to the edge of the training halls and looking back down to his wrist comm. No messages, which meant he wasn't holding his master up somewhere, that was good. He took a sigh of relief and looked to the time on the same device, arching what would have passed as a human eyebrow before looking around again.
Thanks to his skipped meal he had managed to arrive early for a change, but only barely. After a few moments the lift was opening to reveal his master who exited the small elevator and entered into the room, obviously taking in his surroundings with both his physical and internal senses. After less then a few seconds Tov'Anas arrived at Gharassk's side and was speaking, though he quickly identified a hint of humor.
"Me? Late?" Gharassk shot up a look that was a cross between hurt and innocent. "Never." He replied with an obviously light tone before continuing, now taking a few steps toward the training room again. "I was here first for you're information." He replied, making it clear that there was a little bit of a role reversal this morning between the master and apprentice.

"I had to clear my head. Had another one last night. That's three nights in a row."
Tov said now with a more serious tone. He was talking about the nightmares about the duel. The emotional scars loosing a hand was still there after nearly six months. The Twi'lek couldn't get it out of his head and he owed his Padawan his life. He would ever he grateful to the young Togruta. Switching tones onto a teaching. He turned to the class and pulled back his cloak revealing his two saber. He took his single phase lightsaber out and activated it. The cyan blade light up and the younglings jumped a little. Turning to Gharassk he motioned for him to pull his out and join him in the center of the room. As he waited for his Padawan to do so be addressed the class.
"My name is Master Tova'nas and this is my Padawan Gharassk Ran. He is too g to to assist me in a demonstration of some saber techniques. Even though we will be using out own sabers, later you will be using training sabers during your duels. Even though the training sabers cannot harm you severally they will leave burns on your bodies. So be careful, Master Caelum is away at the moment I believe. So well have to take you to the infirmary to treat your wounds."
The youngling stood there listening and clingling to every word the Twi'lek Master said. Not that was said he squared off with his Padawan. Smiling before he made three simi swift strikes starting with the left then right then left again driving the young Togruta back as he moved forward.
"Gharassk, give me all you got."
The Twi'lek said shuffling his feet back to the center of the room awaiting the boys attack. He knew what the boy was capable.

It didn't take any prying for Gharassk to be following his master into the training room further, something he took too normally as almost natural by now. He looked up in worry to his master when he made his comment about having another the night before. Even without saying anything specific, it was clear to Gharassk what his master was talking about. More Nightmares. At the thought his mind too flashed just a little back to that duel that had left all three of them scarred for life. The Devoronian had lost one of his... horn things. Gharassk was disfigured if only a little on his body, and his master Tov had lost his hand. Something they could only cope with, but would always be forced to remember from the scars they were left with.
Gharassk silently nodded, not saying anything else to his master for a second as he continued to walk in step with him until they stopped at the training room. Gharassk broke off a little to head to the edge of the training ring, believing at the moment that all he would be doing for the time was watch and assist when he needed to. When his master however silently suggested that Gharassk take his own sabers out, and then turned to the students and informed them what was about to happen, Gharassk nodded and swiftly followed suit, removing his own Jedi Cloak and then pulled for only one of his sabers much like his master had done. He wasn't ready to make a display of ANY kind with the second one yet. At least not in the conventional ways.
He then crossed over the line on the floor, adjusting the settings on his lightsaber to a safety; not noticing his master hadn't done the same yet. He igniting the blade while Tov'Anas was yet speaking to the students and then spun the blade experimentally in his hand to get a feel for the familiar weapon. He turned and listened as His master finished speaking; and then the duel would begin. The attacks were rather simple really, only three basic attacks and the orders to give it everything Gharassk could. At the moment he wasn't sure what that really meant. Did he mean just in Shii-Cho like these Younglings would be able to relate to? Or EVERYTHING? No he was certain the meaning was clear... after all if he was to stand even the smallest chance to his master he would have to try every trick in his own playbook.
With a spin of his lightsaber he nodded in return to his master's comment, spinning on a heel making it appear he would go all the way around for a strike intending to overpower his master from his right. Mid-way through the spin though he stopped and reversed the force to attack now from the left, his hopes being that Tov would put up a defense on the right, leaving his left open now.

Watching as his Padawan stepped back at his attacks. He was getting better at the defence. This was not just a demonstration for the Younglings it was also a test for Gharassk. It had been a few weeks since Tov had tested him. TThough he wasn't going to let Ran know that it was a test until after the sparing match. He did notice that the Togruta did turn his safety on. Tov was trusting in his ability not to touch the young boy with his saber. But before Gharassk responded he did switch the safety on.
Watching he movement of his Padawans feet and the hesitation just before he switched from spinning to his right then to his left. Tov blocked the attack and pushed the saber way with his. Holding his stance as he studied his opponent. Being his Padawan they knew each others styles and almost could predict what they were going to do next. Tov stepped forward with both hands on his saber, lifting it above his head he came straightdown at his Padawan. After that he made four swift attacks. One from the right at the head, then three to the torso. One from each side and the last one was a stabbing action.
The younglings watched on with wonderment at the two spar. They stood there in silence waiting for the duo to finish. It was going to be a bit longer before they would be able to get out there and pair up.

As was expected his opening attack, though possibly a little unorthodox and distracting was quickly blocked without much effort from his master. Gharassk took a step back of course, and despite being told that he should give it his all, he was also well aware that his master wouldn't just leave the fighting to him, as he was soon taking his own offensive stance and releasing a series of strikes. Gharassk took a step back with each one, ducking under the first so it flew over his head quite literally then was making an swing to block each attack aimed at his body.
Finally Gharassk was left to side step out of the way when the stabbing attack was used finally. With a fluster he attempted to his the hilt or his master's hand as it plunged past him, hoping that the strike might meet it's target, but suspecting it wouldn't. And so he spun away from the blade as well, and closer to Tov with a low swing in hopes of using Tov's forward momentum against him in a way, though he was suspecting this also would be jumped over perhaps.
