Just wanted to get a few things out of the way very quickly, before you get any further.
You really, really need to check out Naboo on the wiki. Click here for link. I understand wanting to alter things for the sake of your backstory, but we try to stay as close to canon as we can. The current year is 3600 BBY, meaning humans have only lived there for about 400 years, largely as a collection of city-states. This means no human-gungan integration, and probably no being Queen of anything larger than one of said city-states. Although I'd recommend you check that with someone on a higher pay grade than me.
Your intelligence and leadership are too high for the age of this character. Six in any combat skill is too high for a literal child, whether her dad taught her to shoot or not.
The person you describe, both in the bio and in her stats, is not 'shy' by any definition of the word.
Edit: Also, the images you're trying to use aren't working. You need to upload them on a hosting site like imgur.
