“ To dream anything that you want to dream. That's the beauty of the Human mind. To do anything that you want to do. That is the strength of the Human will. To trust yourself to keep testing your limits. That is the pinnacle of the Human existence.
Sapience curses the wise and the knowing into believing Human potential has an apex, and absolution. I think, therefore I am; A man can become what he believes himself to be, and with the chains of lethargy burst asunder, his boundaries are only what he cannot imagine.”

Appearance:
Triston Neros holds almost the textbook appearance of an ideal Human male, with bistre hair, teal blue eyes and handsome features, heavily betraying his aristocratic ancestry. Lean and muscular with minimal body fat, a condition required of him due to the stain of his bionics, Triston sports a "slicked-back" haircut and consistently keeps himself very cleanly shaven, but his most distinguishing trait are the surgical scars over the proximity of his skull, specifically near his cranial lobes. Due to significant birth defective complications, which were unable to be rectified during development as a child until he reached a certain age and physical maturity, Triston has had numerous surgeries and bionic implementations and augmentations in order for him to counteract the rare genetic disease that exists in his mother's side of the family, known as kenosaisthesis syndrome.
Outside of his military garb, Triston habitually wears fine clothing respective to his aristocratic position. While frequently sporting nobleman attire styled after Alderaanian and Serennian fashions, his personal favorite lies with Onderonian garb. Specifically, Triston's choice outfit is an all-white suit, which he wears in his casual time. For official family-centered matters, especially diplomatically based, Triston wears a customary Vjunite tunic. The only consistent element on Triston's person regardless of his outfit is his pendent, upon which is written "Forever" in High Galactic, which he received after joining the Imperial Navy's Eclipse Squadron.
Personality: Triston Neros has some signs to indicate a very limited form of autism, such as his seeming isolationist attitude, sharp bluntness, and apparent lack of interest in the politics of the very war he fights to support. However, these traits are typically overlooked in retrospect of his previous medical condition. Due to his being born with the rare genetic disease of kenosaisthesis syndrome, Triston initially lacked a strong reception to his five senses, resulting in a near numbness in his sense of touch, nigh-blindness, lack of a sense of taste and smell and virtual deafness, including a deficient intellect. When he was finally old enough to undergo the surgeries, in which he was implemented with multiple bionic-cerebral implants to boost neural pathway creation, activity, reception and intensity, Triston was reevaluated from his prior condition and found to possess a truly gifted mind as a result.
Triston has since been rated as a tenth-level intellect according to the Kresov Intellectual Inquiry and Empirical Assessment (KIIEA) twelve-scale test, which technically marked his intellectual capacity as being well into the area of a genius. His mind works highly analytically, with him often approaching a problem via quantification, weighing the likely results of a particular action, as well as the successive effects and consequences of what each action could potentially produce, all to ultimately decide what he would consider to be the most prudent action to take. Ironically, Triston's intellect often falls short in more practical situations, such as common conversation with another person, and he habitually comes off as cold, calculating or apathetic. There did exist some basis in this regard as Triston's prefrontal cortex still never fully developed, resulting in him lacking a degree of empathy, feelings of guilt, or high moral conscience.

Broken Genesis
Twenty-Four Years Ago
Twenty-Four Years Ago
Even prior to birth, Triston's neural pathways were unusually inchoative, indicative of kenosaisthesis syndrome
Triston Jaydos Hyrcain Teramo-Neros was born on Vjun, in the capital of the Saevon District twenty-four years ago. Born to two major nobles of grand houses, Derivun Zakren Hyrcain Neros, duke of the Vjunite Great House of Neros and Irabelle Deena Eshala Teramo, marchioness of the Serrenian Great House of Teramo, Triston was a descendant of one of the Sith Empire's most influential and affluent aristocratic families. Six of his uncles and aunts hold significant positions in the Sith Empire's military hierarchy, nine are major politicians and ambassadors, and several of his cousins even hold positions of power within the Sith Order. In the midst of the legacy of his family, Triston was born as the black sheep - the first of many generations - and a stain on his family's otherwise spotless reputation. In spite of the eugenic breeding and highborn status of his heritage, Triston was born with the regressive genetic defect of his mother's bloodline; kenosaisthesis syndrome. While undetected in utero, Triston was discovered almost immediately as having a lack of response with his five senses. He was virtually blind, lacked any detectable sense of smell or taste, and was by all accounts deaf and numb. The neural pathways of his brain were found the be underdeveloped and immature, as if its formations of neural paths suddenly halted at some point of his development as an embryo.
It was then that a dark secret of Triston's family line was discovered; the grand House of Teramo, high nobility of Serenno, possessed a grave and exceedingly rare genetic defect that sporadically appeared once between every three to five generations. It did not directly pass on hereditary, remaining dormant and undetectable through child, grandchild and great-grandchild alike, revealing itself again only in the sons of the sons and daughters of the daughters. Kenosaisthesis syndrome, House Teramo's curse, had struck out against Triston's family once more, with his as its victim. By all historical accounts claiming it untreatable by genetic therapy or eugenic measures, Triston started life in retardation and darkness, lacking developed intelligence or common sensory abilities. With time unknowable, alien and unmeasurable, the young Triston became lost in his own mind from his earliest years, losing all sanity before he could even grasp hold of it. With his mother fully aware of his status, Triston's mother's side of the family attempted to beckon him to Serenno, where he could be cared for in his condition, only to find refusal in his father.
Using his family's connections throughout the Empire, Trison's father gathered specialists in genetic reconditioning from across over a dozen worlds, even extending invitations toward independent scientific research divisions outside the Sith Empire's domain. While Triston was still an infant, scarcely a year of age, his father had accumulated nearly one hundred and thirty of some of the best geneticists, cyberneticist, biologists, microbiologists and biochemists that the galaxy had to offer, all working on finding a viable way to rectify Triston's condition. With the status of his birth defect too complex to be treated by modern genetic therapy and too resilient for the foundational chemical alterations to be a viable method, cybernetic augmentation stood out as the final possible resort. It was then that arrangements had been made for Triston to be transported to a medical starbase called Empyria, where his cranium was thoroughly examined, from his frontal and temporal lobes, to his brain stem, to his parietal and occipital lobes, to his cerebellum and cerebral cortex, and beyond.
By the time Triston's examinations were completed and the damage kenosaisthesis syndrome had caused to his mental faculties, the medical examiners informed Triston's father that he would need a minimum of thirteen separate neurological surgeries for viable results to flourish and bloom. However, as he was, Triston's body and mind were far too fragile and malleable for him to survive the strain such surgeries and implants would take, and marked the minimal age possible as six galactic standard years. From that point on, Triston's father took him from Empyria back to Vjun, where an invalid Triston would etch out a semblance of a childhood life for the successive six years.
