Hanger Facilities/Starfighter Capacity:
Other: The Wastehound follows the pattern set by the typical Dynamic-class vessel, though it has recieved quite a few modifications in it's lifetime. The engines have been replaced by a Mechanic on Nar Shadaa as payment for a delivery, scrap plates of Durasteel have been welded over vulnerable areas as well as those that take more wear from every-day use, and numerous storage compartments have been added in order to hide things from prying eyes and authorities. An improved sensor system has also been smacked onto the front of the ship just under the cockpit, which has added great range and power to the existing system.
Statistics-
Speed: 6
Maneuverability: 5
Effectiveness vs. Starfighters: 4
Effectiveness vs. Capital Ships: 2
Armor: 5
Shielding: 4
Sensors: 6
Reliability: 6
Description/role:
The function of the Wastehound remains largely the same as a stock model of the Dynamic, though it's form has largely changed to suit the life of a scavenger, smuggler, and spacer. It's owner's need for a more improved and practical ship is reflected in the ship itself, but it isn't pretty by any means. In fact the rag-tag assortment of things attached to it makes it quite ugly in comparison, but it's a functional ugly. It's the kind of ugly that shows high-quality craftsmanship, and that says "I can get the job done, even if it means I won't be walking down the runway. Ever.". It's even got a practical paint-job on it, dark grey with black detailing. All the better to visually hide from other ships with.
