Alright peeps, so, we're getting ready to get a little mini event going and are opening up signups!
Here's the dealio:
The Sith are out to get payback after a certain eager padawan (*cough*Jazen*cough*) blew up a spaceport. On Muunilinst - the Sith capital world as the Republic helped a Sith aristocrat defect.
Now, the nature of that attack is such that the sith will strike back in a similar manner. That's where this comes in. We're going to handle the reprisal in two threads.
In one, the Republic will be holding a fancy charity dinner-esque thing one a (to be determined) Core World (or some other fancy party for the rich and famous - black tie affair, by invite only, etc) that Novus and some handpicked operatives will infiltrate to cause trouble.
Now we've already got some people in mind for that; there is room for feeeeeew more people, but that thread's close to full.
Now, at the same time, an undercover team of a few Sith agents will attack and boomify something off in the city. This team will probably mostly be made up of disposable NPCs, but we're having a separate thread for any baddies who want to be mixed in or good guys who want to try to help stop them or general people caught in the chaos. That thread is wiiiiide open
This is going to be something that's going to be major enough to be significant news, but not a full on battle. Hit, make a scene, retreat. So this will be smaller than your normal battle thread (though some of those are in the pipe ;] ).
