While he is still growing into his body he is in shape and healthy thanks to a constant diet and exercise provided by the Jedi Order. He does look more lanky in his robes due to the growth spurt at the age of 14, so his body is still catching up. He has light brown hair that he keeps shaven close to his head and the traditional Jedi Padawan braid that hangs down to his shoulder. He has no distinguishable scars on his body that set him apart from anyone, nothing except very bright baby blue eyes. He wears nothing but the traditional Jedi robes provided to him by the Jedi.
Personality:
Silas is outwardly a model Jedi who adheres to the Jedi code very rigidly. He is obedient, trustworthy, and does exactly as he is told without question. To some he can be a bit of a prude, but to the Jedi, he is a model of efficiency. Despite this, questions have begun to arise within his head, questioning the ethics of the Jedi and how they do things. He spends his free time dreaming of a life of freedom, exploring the Galaxy, and meeting different people. Despite his desires, he keeps them in check, his destiny is to become a Jedi and he refuses to compromise his life's work over a desire of freedom. He tries to maintain a very professional relationship with all other Jedi, not befriending anyone too closely, as much as he can at least. He has grown attached to his Masters and a few other students around his age but he does not let it go any further than his thoughts.

Biography:
Silas was, like most Jedi, was taken by the Jedi at an early age due to his force affinity. Though he never knew his parents, he came to discover that they were both Republic Officers who served in the Galactic Republic. He always dreamed of meeting them one day, but, he did not think he could handle his emotions if that were the case so he never sought them out.
He was trained like any other Jedi and he never excelled above anyone else. He was always just right in the middle of the pack. Not bad but not great either. This was good for him because he liked to keep his head down and do his own thing without a target on his back. He was very focused on his training, namely with a lightsaber, which fascinated him greatly from a young age.
Though he never excelled at force techniques, he was always one of the best with a lightsaber. He was speedy and quick witted so even if he was outclassed he could usually out think his opponent. He preferred more defensive fighting style where he could sit back and force his opponent to make a mistake. He was very dedicated to his training and quickly became one of the most defensive fighters among other Jedi Younglings.
When he was eleven years old he was finally made a Jedi Padawan after being chosen by a young Jedi Knight. The two quickly became close friends and Silas looked up to his Master greatly. The spent most of their time, in the beginning, focusing on his force abilities and lightsaber combat. Most of their mission in the beginning were simple negotiation missions and never delved into combat much to both of their excitements as Silas never felt as if he was ready.
His years were spent following around his master and doing various mission. They became excellent at diverting anger and talking people down without resorting to violence. Mostly due to both of their affinities for understanding other people and their needs without seeming demeaning.
When Silas was sixteen, his master went on a mission without Silas, and he never returned. Silas felt that if he had been there then maybe he would not have gone missing, but, he tried not to let the thoughts bother him. Now he is a Padawan without a Master looking to continue his training.
Roleplay Sample:
Silas sat cross legged in his designated room on Tython, his eyes closed, and his lightsaber floating in front of him. His thoughts were a bit distracted today, and it showed, the lightsaber hovered up and down unable to find a spot to stay for more than a few seconds. He tried to press the frustrations from his mind, intrusive thoughts of his former master continued to insert themselves into his head. Where was he? Was he alive? Or was he suffering and waiting for the day someone would come and save him?
The clanking of his lightsaber against the ground made his eyes snap open and he let out a sigh. It has been this way ever since he had come back to Tython and he could not clear his mind. Things were easier when he had someone to go to, someone to listen to his thoughts, but now he seemed so alone again. Even in the Jedi Order he felt as if he had no one to go to. He was the product of a system that only cared in protecting other people, if one of theirs went missing or died then it was just one of the many sacrifices they had to make.
No, those were thoughts of the darkside, he was letting his emotions influence his decisions and he could not allow that. Grunting, he pushed himself up, and he clipped his lightsaber to his hip strolling over to the window with light flowing through it, hitting the floor and creating a pattern. Out in the courtyard younglings and older Jedi alike trained. Some meditated while others practiced their force abilities. The sound of training saber on training saber were illegible from his window, complete silence in the rooms, he liked it that way.
He feared the summons for Jedi Corps, he did not want to be one of the Jedi who were tossed aside, he wanted to make a name for himself and help usher in a new generation of Jedi himself. He did not aspire to become Grandmaster, or even a Master for that matter, just a Jedi Knight would suffice for him.
Still, he could not help but wonder what life would be like outside of the Jedi, to be free to do as he pleased without the restraint of the Jedi Council. Maybe be a pilot and fly in the Navy as his father or live a simple life running a tavern of sorts maybe? His hand touched the window to feel the heat of the sun on the glass on his fingers.
No sense moping, he had to get back to work, so he took one last look out the window and then he returned to his spot on the floor. Closing his eyes, he reached out with the force, and he grabbed his lightsaber. The mind was his tool and he would have to refine it before he could do anything else.
