Reason: A lot of work went into the three Taris threads. They're all amazing, but this is the meat, where the other two are the potatoes. It has it all, and some amazing writing has come out of it. This is the blockbuster event of the summer, people. And if you're not reading... I don't think we can be friends.

Reason: This event was a long time coming. And it's good to see the staff pushing a story thread as well as keeping it an excellent and enthralling read. This event in general has produced some member's best writing I've read, and HoT especially is filled with these wonderfully gritty, horrifying, and enthralling scenes. Bravo guys, you've done this admin proud.

Reason: There's no two ways about it. This is the thread I've been waiting to do since I first joined. As others have said, the Taris event as a whole is great. You've got your comic book style two-fisted kickass action, and you've got your survival horror. But Horror is the centerpiece, and the only event of the three where you get to play in both genres at once. Also, voting for this seems to get you a Moonfire like! And who doesn't love those?
