The Holonet News Network: A non-profit neutral organization whose goal is to free information to all those who want it in the galaxy. All holonet news groups can be found here; with the Republic News Network (RNN), the Empire News Network (ENN) and the Independent News Network (INN) being the three largest and most popular companies.
SWU staff is currently working on reviving and revamping the News Group boards, and with it an open call for anyone who wishes to become part of the News Group. Members who help the staff relay in-game reports on the galaxy. They do this with their very own team of NPC’s; an Action News Team type group compromising of anchors and reporters specializing in everything from current galactic events to that season’s hottest vacation fashions.
To become part of the NG, one must have a decent grasp on SWU’s lore and setting. Having a character accepted is all that is needed to apply, but the longer one has been active the more likely the staff will accept them. See Joining the News Group (Click!) for how to apply.
Each NG is allowed to make one team member per factions, making a total of three reporters/anchors available to them; Representing the RNN, ENN and INN. To sign up and post your NPC, click the links below and copy/paste this code into the appropriate news network thread:
