Name: Dác Crenn Zuriach (Darth Idolon)
Race: Zabrak
Age: 20
Birthplace: Iridia
Allegiance: Sith
Status: Sith Warrior
Rank: Darth
Height/Weight: 6’0 197 lbs
Appearance: Darth Idolon is usually seen wearing heavy sith battle armor along with his iconic mask. When in battle he often wears a black cloak with red sleeve markings. This connotes that he might be fighting, but he is not using all of his might. Restricting himself to lightsaber based attacks until the force is needed. Should he find a worthy opponent he then discards his cloak and proceeds to ramp up the strength of his attacks. Off the battle field he wears a black cloak minus the armor and the mask. His eyes have been yellowed by the dark side, the several horns on his head have darkened in color and his skin has faded from a healthy pale blue to a sickly icey blue color. The black markings on his body cover his face lightly making him seem less savage. He is well muscled, easily capable of tossing regular sized beings around as if they were almost weightless.
Personality: Dác otherwise known as Darth Idolon has a very single minded approach to problems. If it won't submit, or if it's in the way, it has no use. He will either attempt to use fear tactics to get what he wants. If fear tactics fails, he will usually behead the offending person and move on. If asked what the word diplomacy means, Dác would most likely stare blankly at you before sending you through a wall. Although he is single minded, he is capable of completing combat objectives in rapid succession and often leaving a trail of bodies in his wake. Dác cares for no one and no thing. Although he is aligned to the Sith and will listen to his superiors, he is more interested in carrying out the will of the dark side itself. When confronted by Jedi in battle, he will express interest in the impending fight, or if the Jedi prove to be weak, Dác will choose to crush them underfoot as they are not worth his time. Dác is in a sense deeply connected to the dark side of the force in a near religious fashion. He considers those who are not force sensitive as unworthy of life. The Jedi he equates to heretics and Grey Jedi are heathens. The only beings he will not kill outright include higher ranking Sith and any dark Jedi he might deem useful. On a normal basis outside of combat Dác is quiet and thoughtful. Always analyzing his friends and enemies for the slightest sign of weakness. However on the battle field, he regularly leaves his troops to fend for themselves and enters an enraged state. Only until the object of his rage is utterly destroyed will he collect himself and resume command.

Biography:
Early Years
Dác Crenn Zuriach was born on the Zabraki colony world of Iridia. Dác’s parents played a relatively minor role in his life. When Dác turned five he began to show some random signs of force sensitivity. When the older Zabraks decided it would be a good idea to pick on Dác, he snapped. Dác lashed out with the force and knocked the several of the children over with an arm movement that resembled a push. As Dác ran home fearing what had just transpired, his parents knew they must hide this gift, from both Jedi and Sith. Sadly for them it was too late, a Sith agent being on the world already looking for any force sensitives felt the ripple caused by such an action. The agent then tracked the source of the ripple to the Zuriach home. Just as things were settling down for the night, the agent entered the house. Both parents being Zabraki quickly assessed the threat and then attacked. Dác’s father quickly unsheathed the vibrodagger at his side and charged the then unknown threat. Just as Dác’s father reached the Sith agent, the agent knock the Zabrak backward and into the wall, he then unleashed a short burst of force lightning quickly incapacitating Dác's mother. Just as Dác's father picked himself up from the floor and charged again, the agent remarked that he was bored with them and ignited his lightsaber. With a quick stab the agent ran Dác's father through. The agent then retracted his saber and let the body of the male Zabrak fall to the floor. A scream of anguish resounded from the home, but Dác was not the one who issued it. Dác's mother then finished screaming and charged the Sith agent with nothing but her fists, hell bent on doing something to keep him away from her son. The agent then let out a heavy sigh before unleashing his force lightning upon the woman. She was at first thrown back from the force of the lightning, soon after she hit a wall. A mere second after that, her heart stopped. Dác, sitting wide eyed as he beheld the bodies of his parents slowly looked up at the agent. As the agent moved to take Dác with him, Dác then let out scream of pure anger and made a shoving motion with both hands. The agent, caught off guard was thrown out of the house through the door. Dác then ran after the agent after stopping momentarily to pick up the first sharp object he could find, his father's vibrodagger. As he reached the door he saw the Sith agent recovering his balance. With a shout Dác charged the agent and stabbed forward with the vibrodagger. The dagger managed to scratch the agents armor but that was about as far as Dác got. The agent proceeded to comment of the foolishness of children before using the force to throw Dác into the wall of his house. Dác then blacked out, and when he came to, he found himself restrained. He then noticed the agent standing in front of him, who then informed Dác they were halfway to Korriban, and that he would soon be Dács new master.
Childhood (5-13)
After arriving on Korriban, and being sent to the Sith academy, Dác was then sent through basic training. He was told he needed to pass his classes, or die trying. From that moment on, the old Dác died, and a colder, more violent version of him was born. Dác passed mental and physical classes with ease. When challenged to a duel by an older jealous classmate Dác gleefully accepted. In the ensuing battle, the older student charged Dác with his fists raised. Dác however stood still and watched silently. As the older student closed the gap, Dác then lifted the older student into the air using the force, and then threw him into a nearby wall. As the student was recovering his balance Dác sprinted forward and grabbed the older student by the throat. Dác then realized the student was in his way, and if he was to continue living, this obstacle needed to be removed. Dác made the decision and then proceeded to crush the other boys windpipe in his hand. As the boy went limp, Dác released his body and turned to walk out of the arena. As he was exiting, the very same agent that kidnapped him eight years ago told him it was time to create his lightsaber. Dác nodded and followed him into the agent's private quarters in the temple, where he then laid out all that would be needed for Dác to create his lightsaber. Dác assembled his lightsaber and inserted the red crystal the agent had provided. The lightsaber Dác had created was not the typical bulky shape of Sith lightsabers, nor did it have odd flanges. It was silver in color with a streamlined shape that flared toward the blade emitter. The single bladed hilt had ridges formed into the metal, the perfect weapon for a duelist. Due to this, Dác's master taught him Makashi after he had been taught Shi-cho. Dác loved Makashi, the way the moves were designed to fence with opponents, and how the style had elegance as well as the precision needed to kill. During the many challenges received from older and younger students alike, Dác perfected his use of Makashi to the point of specializing in the skill. He became infamous at the academy for his unmatched skill among the students as a duelist. Often being referred to in hushed whispers as “The Phantom of the arena” or simply “The Phantom”. After many years of proving himself able to survive in the cutthroat sith hierarchy Dác was finally allowed to graduate and continue his training with the sith agent. Dác was one step closer to getting revenge for his parents, and nothing would stand in his way.
Teenage years (13-18)
During Dác's training under his master, who had finally revealed himself as Darth Arcana, Dác picked up many new force skills. His force push was refined along with being taught how to better control the force. His teacher taught him the basics of Ataru, along with teaching him double bladed saber combat. Dác continued to refine his skills in Makashi, turning the form into a way of expression. Almost like the form was a part of his being, because of this, Dác trained his body relentlessly, packing on muscle along with better understanding of using the force to increase his physical abilities. As Darth Arcana had noticed this, he decided to teach his apprentice Teras Kasi, a form of martial art focused on fighting force users. Dác became proficient in this skill to the point that he could easily defeat anyone who was not a force user or who had not the same level of martial skill. As time passed, Darth Arcana Dác's physical training in order to teach him a new skill. Force lightning, a skill that required one to be on the receiving end of its power in order to learn it. For days Dác was subjected to withering torrents of lightning, physically toughening him and also giving him the needed knowledge to replicate the skill. After the final day was complete, Dác utterly hated Darth Arcana. With every fiber of his being he wanted to crush the man. However, Dác knew if he was to survive the ordeal, he must gain more knowledge of battle. Darth Arcana decided that he would give Dác a gift should he survive the upcoming days. Then Darth Arcana restrained Dác once more and subjected him to more physical torture. For seven days and Dác resisted this torture and survived. Partly due to his earlier brush with torture and his natural pain tolerance. By the end of the week, Dác was built like a tank in mind and body. He was an absolute monster, and no one at the academy dared challenge him, for they knew they would die in droves had they insisted. Soon after his physical torture training was complete, Darth Arcana told Dác his time had come. A battle was being fought in a nearby area of space. The higher ups had gained intelligence that two Jedi had joined the battle. They were to be eliminated, no mistakes. Darth Arcana and Dác set out to the battlefield. After blasting through legions of republic starfighters, Darth Arcana gained entrance to the republic flagship. The mission had now begun. After boarding the flagship, Darth Arcana used his lightsaber to devastating effect, cleaving through the republic crew as if he was taking a leisurely stroll. On the other hand, Dác was less restrained. He charged ahead of his Master and ripped through all opposition using nothing but his strength and the force. Once Dác had reached the bridge, he blew the door open before the Jedi inside could close the blast doors. Dác then charged the Jedi, but before he could deal a blow to either one, he was thrown backward by the force. Dác then crashed into the wall but managed to recover, as he stood up, the shorter of the two Jedi lowered his hand. Infuriated that he could be thrown back by a mere apprentice, Dác tore his lightsaber off his belt and ignited the crimson blade. Just before he was going to leap at the apprentice, Darth Arcana entered the room. The sith slowly looked around, and the ignited his saber. Darth Arcana gave Dác the signal to attack, and Dác did so willingly. The resulting clash was horrifying in its own right. Force lightning shot from the fingertips of both sith. The Jedi knight managed to bring his saber up in time to block the bolts, his apprentice was not so lucky. He was thrown backward by a streak of lightning and collided with the wall. Dác was on him in mere seconds, the Jedi barely had time to ignite his saber before Dác began hammering at him with his own saber. As the two fought with each other, Darth Arcana had managed to batter the Jedi knight with the force, and when the Jedi let his guard down for an instant, Darth Arcana grabbed him by the throat with the force and choked the life out of him. The apprentice faltered as he felt his master's life leave his body, but that opening was all Dác needed. Dác slipped inside the apprentices guard and knocked him back against the bridge control panel with a kick. He then jumped after the apprentice and brought his saber down on his head. The apprentice barely had time to scream before he was beheaded by Dác. Darth Arcana stepped toward Dác to congratulate him on his victory. However, Dác had another idea, he de-ignited his saber and instead pulled a second saber off his belt. However, this saber was different. It had a hilt long enough for two hands and emitted two purple blades. Dác smugly explained he had stolen the crystals from Darth Arcana’s inner sanctum earlier that month. He then told Darth Arcana he had nothing left to teach him, and that he was an object in the way of his progress to becoming a Darth, and with his death, he would avenge his parents and take his title. Darth Arcana laughed and beckoned for Dác to engage him.
The death of Dác
Dác brought all he had learned into the fight, his opening move was a force augmented sprint which put him easily in rage of Darth Arcana, Dác then attempted a swift strike to Darth Arcana's left leg. The Darth easily blocked the blow and followed through with an overhead swing aimed to cleave Dác's head from his shoulders. Dác rolled forward evading the blow and then transitioned his momentum into a sweep kick, knocking Darth Arcana off his feet. He then aimed a downward strike at his old master but, Darth Arcana easily evaded the blow by rolling away. The two sith then squared off before charging at each other. Darth Arcana opened with a thrust which Dác avoided, but received a glancing blow to his side. The blow scratched his armor, but in desperation Dác raised his hand and blasted Darth Arcana with a force shove that sent him flying into an opposing wall. As Darth Arcana regained his footing Dác slashed at him relentlessly using his fear and rage to bring both blades of his lightsaber down upon Darth Arcana's defense in rapid succession. Darth Arcana attempted to save himself by attacking back and managed to hold Dác off until he made a fatal mistake. Darth Arcana was so focused on one blade he forgot the second blade. Dác made a lightning fast succession of two strikes, one aimed to the right leg of Darth Arcana which he then blocked, the second blow was to his midsection. Darth Arcana took the hit but was seriously injured. Dác de-ignited his blades and watched his former master crawl away from him. Darth Arcana made it to an observation window before Dác decided to put the wretch down. Dác casually made a shoving gesture and sent Darth Arcana through the observation window. As the blast window closed Dác found a surviving crew member and told him to operate the guns and fire upon the now floating Darth Arcana. The crew member, not having much of a choice aimed the main guns at Darth Arcana and fired. Dác gave the man a humorless smile before choking him to death with the force. He then returned to his new shuttle as Darth Arcana wouldn't be needing it anymore. Dác boarded the shuttle, and then began the journey to Korriban.
Darth Idolon rises
Dác returned to Korriban and reported to one of the many Sith Lords. After a long heated discussion surrounding the murder of Darth Arcana, the lord could not prove Darth Arcana had been killed by Dác. Although he suspected Dác had done the deed, he officially registered the death as killed in combat with the Jedi. He then allowed Dác to take up the mantle of his dearly departed master. The name Dác chose was Idolon. To him, Dác was weak, and the weak must be culled from the Galaxy. Dác was gone, Darth Idolon had risen in his place, and he would tolerate nothing that stood in the way of the sith, nor would he allow those children the Jedi to meddle in the will of the dark side. He is a ghost, he is a phantom that lingers at the edge of sight. Waiting, to strike. Darth Idolon immediately set out to crush all who opposed his “promotion” several disgruntled sith meeting an untimely end for choosing to voice their opinions too openly. The murders were never committed by Darth Idolon as he needed to get rid of opposition yet remain innocent. He had the murders committed by outside sources, such as a “fall” off a balcony or an over ambitious apprentice.
Current
Darth Idolon resides on Korriban as the war rages on. He is contemplating going to Taris to break the republic defense on the surface. Yet he feels his time would be better spent furthering his own goals. Darth Idolon also knows he should take on an apprentice before he heads off to the battlefield but he finds the chore distasteful. Even if it would give him a loyal pawn to use. Instead he waits and watches from the shadows of Korriban. Waiting for the perfect time to strike.
Roleplay Sample:
Darth Idolon stalks down the halls of Korriban academy, furious with the dark council for sending him into the conflict. He wonders how fools such as they had come to power. He should be doing the will of the dark side, not chasing down the republic for whatever offense they had done now. An acolyte attempts to cross his path but is too slow to get out of his way. With an annoyed flick of his hand Darth Idolon sends the acolyte stumbling into a nearby wall. He continues to stomp down the hall, boots clanking harshly against the stone floor. He reaches the door at the end of the hall and opens it with a push of force energy causing the doors to nearly fly off their hinges. He then enters the room and glares angrily at his “superiors”. “Why have you summoned me all this way, I want to know before I break something” Darth Idolon stated while barely managing to contain his rage. The leader of this so called meeting let a smirk show upon his face seeing as he had managed to annoy the Zabrak to the point of anger. “ You are to go to Taris and assist in the conquest there.” The Sith Lord smugly replied. Darth Idolon glared around the room angrily before turning on his heel and heading to the door, cloak billowing behind him. This time as he reached the doors, he did blow them off their hinges in order to spite the Sith Lords inside the room. Darth Idolon then proceeded down the hall to the departure hanger and boarded his ship. Plotting a course for Taris, he then retires to his private quarters to meditate and gather dark side energy in preparation for the battles ahead.
