Y'all can expect an opening post for the thread in the next few days (hopefully tomorrow). In the mean time, coordinate! Chat! Socialize! Lobotomize! Etcete- Wait...

... anyway, yeah! Also, for the record, seeing as how poor lion is by himself with the 'Pubs, I think we can all agree that he's entitled to some NPC back-up of substantial degrees. Keep in mind that the Field of Tombs is where we're having skirmishes; the Republic forces are marching toward the main fortress on the planet through the frozen tundras and ominous mountain ranges, and therefore the Mandos are punishing them for it with ambushes and the like. We're talking in-and-out hits, traps, attacking mobile camps, sabotaging siege equipment, blocking paths, etc.

That said, get formulating mi amici.

So pretty much during Field of Tombs we're employing Guerilla Tactics, Harassing the pubs so they don't fell comfy? Sneaking in and making supplies burn or go boom?

Naw, jokes aside, I'm happy for this to go whatever way it will; some Vanquo cat-and-mouse could be fun. Zrask's a scout for the most part, so I'm happy to have him forward of actual marching formations if some asymmetrical fighting's the call; if not, he can be part of a convoy or camp, though regardless I'm sure he's caused some issues for the Mando teams coming out to play. Maybe a few nice clan-mates came back with holes in 'em they didn't have before; maybe some didn't come back at all. ;p


Whichever way it goes, it's all good; you guys have the numerical advantage so we'll see what happens with what you guys decide to go with. Just remember, don't expect those traps you tin-men are setting up to work without a hitch; the Republic's coming!

Yup Harukei . Think of it like Napoleon's march to Moscow; the grand army being harassed on all sides every day by quick, hard-hitting, highly mobile units. The main difference is that where the Russians burned Moscow rather than let it fall, the Mandos will fight to the last.

With that said, I like the idea of a raiding party with Gerry, D'Vhex, and Anya stumbling across Zrask's recon party (or vice versa, doesn't matter). Gives us a nice set-up for a scrap with approximately equal numbers.

Hm, well. Seeing as Lyon will be backed by the inevitable movie army of faceless minions sent wave after wave to expend themselves, we have a good chance hehe. All that aside, Anya and I can probably cause a lot of havoc sniper wise and possibly play Lyon and Mando with Lion. All in all, this'll be fun. As for sabotage, We can definitely form a raiding party and compromise supplies and any siege weapons they may have. Heck, we could even take out their regular infantry weapon stores if we wanted to. An added plus would be to use the cover of a blizzard and take out a few of their transport ships.

1. Mandos are returning from hitting a Republic supply line.
2. 'Pubs are returning from a scouting mission.
3. Worlds collide, bros deride, etc.
4. Everyone gets the snot beaten out of them, manages to get away to tell their respecitve side that stuff's going down.
