Hunter is a white human male with shaggy dark brown hair that goes down to his eyebrows which he usually does nothing with. Hunter usually is wearing his armor which is made up of a high density durasteel alloy. He is always wearing his cape over his armor for no other reason than he thinks it makes him look cooler. His helmet covers his entire head with a special visor covering his eyes which has a special GUI giving him night vision, thermal vision, and oxygen tank allowing him to breath in space and underwater, and aim assist. His chestplate covers only his chest, stomach and back while he counts on his gauntlets to protect his arms and his leggings to protect his legs. The top of his gauntlets have a row of spikes going down them allowing for him to slash and cut his opponents while engaging in hand-to-hand combat, while his leggings have boosters in the bottom of his boots allowing for limited flight and short burst of enhanced speed. He is equipped with two hand cannons that are highly upgraded which he usually uses in close quarter combat. He also has a highly powerful sniper rifle which he uses to kill his targets from long distance range.


Personality:
Hunter enjoys joking around usually taking his jokes too far and pissing someone off which usually leads to a fight and considering he is usually drunk during this he almost never wins. He enjoys his job highly usually getting into fights with people who call him a scumbag for what he does. Hunter's favorite hobby is target practice usually challenging everyone he can to a match and after which he decides if he is willing to get along with them or not. Hunter is barely ever serious and when asked if he ever stops joking he usually says nah then shuts up for a good thirty minutes while going deep in thought.

Biography:

Hunter was born on the planet of Tatooine into a family of commoners where he was taught by his father how to take care of himself and hopefully one day get off the planet and go travel the universe. But when he reached the age of five disaster struck when his village was raided by some Tusken Raiders. During the raid his father hid him in a box then took the him and hid him outside of the village, after doing so he was killed by one of the raiders. After waiting out the raiders Hunter came out of the box to see the ruins that were his village. Hunter began to want revenge so went and found his uncle in a nearby city where he had his uncle train him how to use a blaster and fight without any weapons. After training for a good nine years Hunter went out and bought himself two extremely powerful hand cannons and a sniper rifle then grabbed some armor and a cape, then he went hunting for the raiders who killed his village. After searching for a week straight Hunter finally found their camp and prepared to slaughter them all. But before he had the chance to kill them he was knocked out by a slave trader who locked him up and prepared to sell hi to the highest bidder. Unfortunately Hunter was unable to escape and ended up as a slave to a abusive slave driver who forced Hunter to work in a mine for the next eight years of his life. Once Hunter turned twenty eight he finally snapped and during one of his shifts took a pickaxe and killed the slave driver after which he slaughtered all the other slaves. Once he got out of there he spent the next five years of his life attempting to get back on track during which he got his hands back on his guns as well as some better armor equipping it and setting back out on his mission. But after an unfortunate encounter with a Rancor, Hunter nearly died if it weren't for some people who turned him into a cyborg but at a cost. Hunter was forced to be in a cyborg only arena where he fought in gladiator style battles to see who was the best. Hunter was lucky though and the people who made him into a cyborg increased his strength and speed as well as his reaction time making him a great assassin especially thanks to the weapons and armor they gave him which helped make him even deadlier in battle. Once he had paid off his debt he bought an assassin speeder and a
Version-2 Phoenix Interceptor from the black market so he may start over this time as a gun-for-hire.
Roleplay Sample: Hunter arrives on one of Coruscant's moons where he had been sent in order to kill a run away slave Wookie. Once Hunter gets on the moon he grabs his speeder and sets off searching for the slave. After finding the Wookie Hunter pulls out his SR and aims his sight on the Wookie. Hunter fires his first shot hitting the slave in the arm enraging him. The Wookie turns and pulls out his crossbow blaster firing multiple shots at Hunter who barely most of them and turns firing another shot this time hitting in the chest. This angers the Wookie even more who starts running at Hunter and once he gets within range of Hunter he starts firing rapidly at him hitting Hunter in the chest. Luckily Hunter's armor protects him from the shot and only pisses him off. Hunter puts away his SR and brings out his two hand cannons firing multiple shots at the Wookie finally killing him. But the battle irritated a nearby gang who come and see Hunter kill the Wookie and start shooting at him. Hunter narrowly dodges most of the shots and nearly gets hit in the head by one but teleports three feet to the right, then he pulls out his SR and starts shooting the gang members each in the head killing them. After finishing them off he returns to the guy who hired him and collects his payment. "Next time warn me about how strong they are and tell me if they got friends or not. Speaking of which I want extra because I had to take out some extra people who helped your guy get away." Hunter says the his employer. "Very well I guess I have to thank you they have taken to many of my slaves before." Says the Slave Master who chuckles. Hunter glares at the man before slitting his neck with his gauntlets. "May that be a lesson to whoever thinks it's a good idea to enslave other creatures." Yells Hunter before leaving the Cantina.

Hey, let's take a look at this character; hopefully we can get him through and get you playing.

Basics: All look good, though I'm curious as to how far this cyborg thing goes; are we talking some prosthetic limbs, or some internal augmentation things? If so, keep in mind that it's going to come with its ups and downs; added weight, electricity/magnetic interference might be a problem, things like that. 

Otherwise, cool.

Appearance: Fair enough, but the oxygen tank part makes me curious; is Hunter's armour suit watertight or airtight? Being able to breathe and being properly insulated are two different things, not to mention that, taking it to the extreme of being out in space, there's other factors. Minor detail, but if the armour he's wearing is that variable, it might be worth looking at the Technology Section to app some personal armour.

Keep in mind, too; cyborg or not, armour is going to be restrictive to hand to hand fighting and general mobility. To do its job, it has to be; there's really no going around that, with protection and movement generally being on opposite ends of the tradeoff. Especially if this is an airtight suit, that he could be ejected into space or dumped into water with it on, I'd wager he's not going to be doing cartwheels in it anytime soon.

Personality: Cool; he's a bit of an ass by the sound of it, but there's no reason for that to change, I like it. However, and it might be personal, I find Personality's the section often overlooked; this is what makes Hunter who he is. Not only should it reflect that, but it helps to be a bit more broad; what makes him tick, what does he like and what does he hate, things like that. You've mentioned he's usually drunk, but is there a particular reason he drinks like that? Does he go looking for fights, or do they find him? Things like that to think about. 

Other than that, sure, looks okay.

Equipment: Two hand cannons and a sniper rifle, fair enough. High impact weapons makes sense for a gun-for-hire, but just remember these weapons have limits. The teleporter, though, is gonna need a bit of extra work. Fro, one of the other staffers, has suggested you put in a tech application for it, so feel free to head to the Technology section and tell us all about it in a bit more detail.

Stats: A thirty six year old guy from Tattooine, fair enough, is going to be fairly strong. Lots of physical labour to be had, lots of enduring heat and tolerating rough living. So in that sense, I can see where he's got the above average strength. What I don't see is the superior level agility; keep in mind that doesn't just refer to speed, but balance and flexibility. By human standands, which Hunter is bound to, Superior agility would be akin to an Olympic-level gymnast; someone who's had a LOT of practice -specifically- for that, which I don't see him taking on, and that's before putting a restrictive suit of armour on him.

My advice, bump Agility down to Average, or Above Average if it's a lighter suit of armour, though keep in mind that with more mobility comes less protection.

Combat Skills: No need to list lightsaber skill here, he's not force sensitive, he'd not be able to hold an active lightsaber easily, letalone swing it. As for his skill in Echani martial arts, I'm curious as to where he learned it from; this is a big point to look to in the bio. Same with the very, very high skill in Blasters, which I'm honestly going to suggest you bring down to Expert level. Sure, it's still high, but there's a lot of the bio that Hunter can't continue to practice his marksmanship, which for a Master level shot, would require lots of it.

Other Training: Expert piloting? How'd he learn such a high degree of flight? If it's simply to go from system to system, bring it down. If it's to control things like speeder bikes, etc, be specific; piloting a starship is different to a speeder.

Bio: Okay, the real meat of the character's here. As I said, personality describes -who- Hunter is, the bio should explain -why-. Unfortunately, if anything, I get a bit of a different vibe from it; there's no mention of why Hunter's the sort of guy to push humour beyond its bounds, why he's suddenly so introspective, anything like that at all.

It's a good story, sure, and I could pass you on it, but I'd honestly be looking for more details. Who's Hunter's uncle; how'd he know how to shoot and how to fight unarmed? Who was it who captured Hunter? Who turned him into a cyborg and why? Was it willing or unwilling? How did Hunter even have the money to purchase his weaponry and armour? All of these details are lacking, and it's these that can be expanded on to really enlighten us as to what Hunter's gone through in his thirty-six years or so.

That said, it's a functional story, so sure, it works. It's up to you if you want to add more to it, which you'd need to let me know about if you did so I can re-review, but yeah, looks fine to me. Other than that teleporter tech-app, I'd say it's all good.
