I am thinking of submitting a profile for a character that is a remnant of the past in The Clone Wars and that character is a Super Battle Droid that malfunctioned when the order to disable the droid factories was issued by Emperor Palpatine. Now he spends his time salvaging spare parts to keep himself maintained. Sort like a mechanic vampire. Not sure if he will target other droids since he is kind of like L3-37 from Solo: A Star Wars Story. He wants equal rights for his kind and is very ambitious in achieving that.
