As such the ships were equipped with armories, briefing rooms, lodging for the troopers, a sickbay to tend the wounds and a decent cargo hold for supplies. Despite the transport and support of troops being a core element of it's design. The Prudii-class has proved to be reliable and highly modifiable altering their configuration from a transport vessel to an interceptor or missile platforms. On it's standard configuration the ship sacrifices speed for greater shields and armor. While being in used mostly for military operations, some numbers of the ship have managed to find themselves in the hands of mercenary, pirate and criminal groups that utilize the ship for their own personal interests.
