Lately, we have had to consider our first leadership character demotion. It has been made clear that leadership inactivity needs a concrete definition and procedure. These changes will go into effect starting today, March 31st, meaning everyone begins with a fresh counter.
From now on, in order to maintain an IC leadership position you must:
We realize real life often gets in the way of posting – and that is both fine and appropriate. This is a purely recreational endeavor, after all! However ...
If you know that you will be unable to make your posts for any reason, please leave an absence notice on the forum by creating a new thread here, or by PMing one of our staff members. Due to the volume of chat on our Discord server, we cannot guarantee that our staff will see any given message -- do not make that your only point of contact!
As long as notice is given, we will postpone IC demotion for up to six months.
If you lose your IC leadership position(s) due to inactivity, you may reapply at a later date. In such an event, we ask that you complete the initial posting requirements again from scratch: fifteen posts and at least one complete thread.
If your old position has been filled by someone else while you were away, we do apologize but there’s nothing we can do. Hopefully there are other positions that meet your interests.
If you've been tagged here, it means you have at least one leadership character. Our first activity check will take place May 31st.
