Described in a joint emergency press conference by both Empress Renata and Chancellor Vrieska, the treaty has taken shape in the form of a united military force entitled Joint Military Operations Command, which will immediately deploy on a campaign into Hutt space. The stated goal of the alliance is, in no uncertain terms, "the immediate containment, counteraction, and nullification of the Archeri Chorus and the threats it poses to the galaxy at large". Stipulations in the alliance also reportedly lay groundwork for the appliance of political influence and prohibition of territorial gains during the campaign, with both sides set to clarify their national positions on political inference in Hutt politics via independent statements.
