Overall Looks • Like all chiss, his face is characterized by his blue skin and red eyes, however Agent Fall has his long dark hair tied back as to look presentable within the Imperial Military. He wears his intelligence uniform with pride when on home turf. Which is a modified variant of the standard officer’s uniform, including features such as an officer’s field jacket that doubles as a cape, a wrist device, a holosight built into a fake eye patch and a stealth module. However when infiltrating will he adorn more appropriate garb to fit the situation. Whilst a skilled officer and commander of small assorted strike forces, Major Fall still personally acts as a field agent, and keeps himself in supreme shape, which is hardly masked by his physique.
Supremely inquisitive, the Major’s desire to investigate anything that raises even the faintest alarm bells has not only almost gotten him killed but also got him his place and rank within Intelligence. His inquisitive nature also led him to become a major purveyor of the holonet, gathering vast amounts of likely pointless information in the repositories of his mind.
His sense of loyalty towards the Empire and the Sith has been reflected in two ways, firstly his desire to hold himself up to impossibly high standards. A trait often beaten into young Chiss within the Ascendency and one that continued to be harbored under the often misbegotten aims of the Sith Aristocracy. However this cuts both ways, he also holds every single individual with any status within the Empire, or even its rivals to the very standard to which he was held. Since the bar the Sith have set intelligence given their resources, very few individuals can ever gain Major Fall’s approval.
Whilst loyal to the Sith Empire, it is clear that Lee’s strategies tend to be more humane than that of his superiors. He has been trained to see the meaning behind every move, and has thus become quite empathetic towards the Republic and its leaders. His loyalty may keep him onside for the moment, but the corruption, and inherent bias within his field against aliens from the Sith, will eventually catch up to him, and cause him to question Sith directives when they are less beneficial to the Empire at large.
Lee Fall is extremely attentive yet reserved, only speaking up normally when it is the only path to gathering further information from a conversation. His ability to carouse and blend into a cantina atmosphere is more of an act than a personality trait, as he prefers to think his options through rather than rush into a situation.

Overall History •
Born within the Chiss ascendency on Csilla, Lee was raised under harsh conditions. Not only was the frozen arctic climate of his home world unforgiving, but those who raised children for service within the ascendency were even more cold and harsh than Csilla itself. In their early teens, Lee was offered as a recruit to a new Imperial military program seeking to make loyal internal investigators out of impressionable young children. Seperated from his parents and sister, Lee would become somewhat of an introvert, having lost any friends and family who were with him for his childhood. Growing up in the academy brought about new challenges, namely the prejudice that his instructors had against aliens, even those which were willing subjects of the Empire. The internal affairs division was highly xenophobic, partially as a result of the idea that Sith lords and Moffs would potentially be subject to the scrutiny of an alien. This disgusted the brass, and they set increasingly challenging tasks for Lee, each he met with growing excellence until eventually it became clear to even them, that he outclassed his fellow students.
At the age of 16 he was graduated to Imperial Intelligence’s internal affairs division as a field agent. His harsh upbringing and brutal training regimen didn’t completely prepare him for the cutthroat world of being one of the Empire’s sanitary workers, cleaning up Sith messes and military blunders without being caught. Promotions came as swiftly as those who held station died within the service, and people died all the time in Intelligence. In a few short years, the young Chiss operative had managed to survive his way into the rank of Colonel. The highest field rank possible within the imperial military. Now whilst intelligence was separate from the military and the ranks were named differently, it was often easier to consider them connected as one large entity, for with his rank in Intelligence, he was able to pull some serious weight with the imperial army and navy.
During his station in internal affairs, Lee Fall stopped a terrorist organization planning to destroy the power grid of Kaas city, rid dromond Kaas of a rogue Sith Lord and his followers, and unearthed a treasonous plot by a cadre of imperial Moffs against the Empress herself. These highlights, whilst demonstrating Lee’s adept skill as a field operative and commander, also solidified a large cadre of enemies within the organisations that Vurae'Lee'Fall infiltrated. These were enemies that would eventually track him down thanks to leaks from within Intelligence itself.
However his meteoric rise would be stopped before Lee would ever take over the rank of Minister of Intelligence as a group of Moffs, a pissed off Sith lord and some of his rivals he’s flown by in rank within intelligence conspired to see him disgraced. He was sent on assignment to the moon of Yavin IV where a number of Sith temples were present. In one of these Sith temples lay an artifact that would turn every man who came near it to deluded madness. Lee was assigned to escort a group of Sith archaeologists into the tomb to acquire some vital lost knowledge from the days of the ancient Sith Lords. Lee, unaware of the sith artifact within, personally led the team into the temple but was also the only sane member of the expedition to return having clung to his sanity through the assistance of his techno service droid, Todo 64. However such a loss was unacceptable for intelligence. Lee was swiftly demoted to the rank of Major and placed under the direct command of the Minister of Security, separate from the Internal Affairs division. His connections within Intelligence stopped him from being outright court marshaled; after all whilst his superiors were certain it was set up, they couldn’t protect him from the whole consequence.
Under the command of Grand Moff Havlen Torrik, Major Fall’s expertise as a political commissar used to fighting rogue Sith and assorted traitors to the Empire had to suddenly be utilized in the fight against Jedi and the SIS, he adapted quickly and earned at least a modicum of respect from his new superior for his intelligence and candid assessments of Imperial doctrine. War with the Republic however was a brief conflict for Lee who was part of the massive strategic redeployment to deal with the Rising Chorus. It was during this period where the Major really shone. With an uneasy truce with the republic now building bridges between the two states, Lee began to establish connections with his old rivals in SIS. Working together, the Major was instrumental in relaying vital strategic information between the two, and maintaining up to date military doctrines for the Empire as the battles raged on.
Even though it was under the Major’s guidance that such coordinated efforts were successful, the Major was unable to overcome the stigma that came with his name being run through the dirt years earlier. In his current station, he was paralyzed, unable to advance due to being a strategic asset to the Grand Moff. As the galactic crisis was overcome and the Republic and Empire entered a brief period of cold war, the SIS exploited Lee Fall’s discontent and made an attempt to recruit him as a double agent. The Major agreed to the offer and began assisting the SIS in securing the Imperial Navy’s encryption ciphers, with which all of the navy’s droids and remote defence systems would be vulnerable to jamming. However when put into practice, these signals will not work, a fake cipher was handed to the republic, and in return the Major now had given the element of surprise to the Empire, when republic jamming fails, next time the war between the two factions would reunite.
It was not long after this stint as a triple agent that war would indeed reignite between the Empire and the Republic. However the circumstances of the conflict were strange for the Empire. It would seem an unaffiliated group stole imperial vessels and attacked the Republic. Whilst the Major would petition to inform the Republic that the vessels were not under Imperial control, his superiors did not wish to show weakness before the Galaxy. As a result, the conflict has only escalated. Yet the question of who stole those vessels and initiated the conflict remains. Without ‘official’ Imperial backing it is down to the Major and those under his command to find this terrorist faction and eliminate them as a further threat to the safety and security of the Sith Empire.
