(This is open for anyone interested in role playing, send me a pm if you have something extensive in mind. Otherwise this is my first rp post ;D)
Grawn stood atop a plateau, taking in his surroundings. Tatooine had been his birthplace, he remembered it well. The Dark Jedi wore a black traveling cloak that prevented sand from hitting his body, two lightsabers clipped to his belt. Smirking slightly, he patted the lightsaber that wasn’t his own. He remembered well his uncle who had trained him, not with delight though. That man had stolen his childhood from him, killing his father and whisking him to 18 years of torture and pain.
A slight wind began to pick up; Grawn wrapped the cloak around him to avoid it hitting his body and turned to glance at his ship. The Red Fury was his ship, he had taken it on various assassination missions for his uncle during his training, it served him well during that time. Outside the ship, was a speederbike that he had used for covering ground and tracking down his prey quickly. He turned away and looked out into the endless dunes, seeing in the distance a few buildings that marked civilization. “ Mos Eisley”, he muttered and walked over to his speeder. He mounted the bike and turned it on, the noise of its ignition shattering the silence and twirling sand.
Suddenly, a whisper came to him through the Force. A warning of impending danger, his hand dropped to his lightsaber quickly and he gripped it as he turned the bike off, resuming silence and dropping off of it. It was quiet for a minute, until suddenly a roar pierced the air. Grawn turned to the direction of the noise to see a masked, robed figure aim a blaster rifle at him. It fired off a round, aiming for the Dark Jedi, but he dodged to the right. Ripping off his lightsaber from his belt, he ignited the blade, its red blade humming. “Tusken Raider”, growled Grawn angerly.
Before he had been taken by his uncle to become a Dark Jedi, he had lived a peaceful existence out on the dunes with his father and mother. It had all changed when the Tusken raiders had attacked his home, killing his mother. Grawn remembered that moment well and he would spare this beast no mercy, just as they had for his mother. Using the Force, he sprung from his spot and closed the distance quickly with a force powered jump. The Tusken dropped its rifle as it realized its prey had closed the distance so quickly and grabbed a weapon from its back, a gaffi stick. It charged Grawn but the Dark Jedi force pushed it backwards, making it stumble down onto the sand. With a quick slash from his lightsaber, the gaffi stick had been severed in two.
The Tusken jumped up in time for its arm to meet Grawns lightsaber swing, severing its arm from its body. The dismembered limb fell to the sandy ground and it roared in agony. Smiling with wicked glee, Grawn swung the saber once more, but this time removing its head. The Tuskens head flew off its shoulders and hit the sand with a soft thud, the body fell to its knees and then to the ground, never to stand again.
Grawn spit in distain on the Tuskens headless corpse and walked over to his speeder, turning it on and revved the bike. He sped off towards the city of Mos Eisley, leaving the Tuskens body to whatever scavenger could stomach it.

It had been a long journey. Jeh'rad hated escort missions, but the diplomat had to reach his office safely. He landed his ship, the Gray Sparrow, behind a cliff formation, a few miles from Mos eisley. Bothe Jeh'rad and the diplomat were eager to feel some fresh air against their faces, and that made them leave rather quickly, on Jeh'rads swoop bike. The ship initiated a guarded lockdown.
Jeh'rad quickly made it to Mos eisly and delivered the diplomat, and was about to head back to his ship when he felt a disturance in the force. He decided to stick around and check out mos Eisley (which is probably a village at this time). He takes his time, checking every singleshop out and all living areas, only to conclude that what he felt was only a trace, and that the source was long gone. Disappointed, he headedback .

The air rushed past Grawn as his speeder zoomed toward the still distant settlement of Mos Eisley. He did his best to prevent sand from reaching his eyes, ultimately he used the Force to create a barrier to block his eyes from them. He was not skilled in such techniques but it was all he could do. He sighed as he scanned the landscape as he sped past, dunes, sand...and dunes. "What a pleasant planet", he muttered sarcastically to himself. It was nothing in displeasure to Korriban but it was close.
Suddenly, he felt a urge driven by the Force. He looked to the west of where he was. For some reason he felt he should head in that direction. Taking a glance at the direction he was heading, he quickly turned the speeder to the side and sped off towards the direction the Force whispered him to go. Soon he came to a cliff, he shut off his speeder and dismounted, then walked up to the cliff edge.
At the bottom of the cliff, he saw a ship with speeder bike trails leading away from it. "Why have you brought me here..", he whispered, not really expecting an answer from the Force. He closed his eyes and opened his mind, searching for the reason why he would be drawn here. Suddenly a wave of calming aura struck him, feelings of peace and harmony assaulted him. He opened his eyes and stood up. If his years of training had taught him anything, only one thing could be the source of such feelings that would affect the Force like this.
A Jedi. Grawn scanned the surronding area and sensed no life but his attention was drawn to the speeder tracks. If he had to guess, he would think the Jedi must have went to Mos Eisley for something. The Dark Jedi thought for a moment, questioning to lay an ambush for the owner of the ship or ignore this all together. He chuckled at the latter thought and began to descend the cliffside, he would see what this source was and deal with it accordingly.

Many things were on Jeh'rads mind. He wanted to be at the temple with Jaina. Why was it that e kept denying hiself the only thing he actually wanted? Oh yeah... To preserve the republic and fight for his cause. Bahh... He was certain that once he had successfully trained a padawan, and was getting to old for the riff raff, he'd retire. Jaina had said she would do the same for him... But would she now? Time would tell... He looked up at his ship, and usd the brakes just in time. "Damn..." He couldn'thelp to smile as he dismounted... But something was off...

Grawn had heard the noise of an approaching speederbike and had used the Force to mask his presense. It felt like the old days, his Assassin training had never failed him and when he saw the rider of the bike, he hoped it wouldn't now. He quietly put his hand to his lightsaber still attached to his belt as he did in an abnormally dark shadow given off by the ship thanks to the twin suns blazing over Tatooine. He watched as the rider dismounted, the feelings he had sensed as he entered the area radiated off the man in a constant aura.
A Jedi for sure, he could sense the Force potential of this person and knew he could wield it as well, if not better then Grawn. He wasnt trained extensively for such abilitys but the little training he did, he hoped wouldnt fail him. Underestimating your opponent leads to your death. The Dark Jedi smiled as he thought of his uncle, the best possible example for that phrase.
He shook his head, clearing his mind of distraction. It was time for killing. He glanced behind the Jedi and saw a large boulder, a suitable starter. Quietly he crouched down in the shadow, still maintaining his stealth and concentrated slightly, picking up the boulder with little effort. Then, he sent it speeding toward the Jedi.

Jeh'rad reacted quickly. He sent the boulder flying in another direction, and immedietly locked eyes on Grawn. Grawn would recognize the yellow, angry tormented eyes of a dark jedi. Jeh'rad wondered how he could not have senced the young man standing in front of him now. He senced much anger within him. The dark side was dominant in this one. "Who are you?!" Jeh'rad growled at Grawn, in a demanding tone. ((logging for tonight, wil respond tomorrow)

Not at all surprised with the outcome of his attack, he knew all stealth was futile now. He grinned slightly, open or stealth combat, it didnt matter to him. His lightsaber ignited, its red beam piercing the veil of dark shadow, he walked into the open. His eyes widened as he saw the eyes of the Jedi. Yellow...much like his own, he could see much torment in them. He held his saber backwards, its blade pointing behind him, he normally carried it in this fashion when combat had yet to be initated. He drew the hood back of his cloak, so it wouldnt obscure his view during battle.
"Grawn. But my name will mean little when your dead, Jedi", he said with distain. He couldnt help but continue to make eye contact with the Jedi though. Eyes so akin to his it was startling, but it mattered little. No one could have suffered as much as him. Nobody could have survived the torment he had endured for so long. His childhood ripped from him, his father dead and uncle killed by his hand, he cared little for the life of this Jedi for he couldnt have any where near the understanding of true and utter torment as he did.
He flipped the blade in his hand so that it faced toward the Jedi and darted towards him, his saber begging for blood.

Jeh'rad let out a small hiss, that was would ahve abeen a verbal curse, if he had had time. He used the force to send a cloud of sand in Grawns direction, while meaking a sideways flip out of Grawns way, being completely invisible untill the cloud was gone, Grawn was not however, as the red beam from his saber revieled his location. Jeg'rad could see the small sand paricles melting on the blade. He used the force to push Grawn back, now having a very good aim at him though. Infact, he could have missed Grawn completely, considering that he could be holding the saber in both hands and away from his body. Who the hell was this fellow? He recognized him as a typical dark jedi. Lightsaber with red synth crystal, dark clothes, yellow eyes, over confidence, rage, and way too absoloute. He could just activate the ships anit personel blasters now, that Grawn would turn his back on the ship to face Jeh'rad, but that would solve nothing. Why did he always end up in these awkward situations? He really had his way attracting the darkside. Last week it was this padawan-gone-bad on malastare who had killed his master, a young knight. It had taken almost 2 hours to convince that kid that he was way off... Jeh'rad thoguht it over. He really did NOT feel like another loong "come back to the light" speech, but it was part of the job discribtion... A single thought echoed throguh his head. I'm not even payed to do this! "What do youwan't from me?! Why do you seek me dead? I have done nothing to you!" He yelled.

As he brushed the sand from his eyes, he glared at the Jedi. He had made him look so novice, weak even. The question the Jedi posed would have made sense to someone that was rational, but Grawn didnt want to be rational. He was a Dark Jedi, an assassin at that. Killing was a simple task, he required no motivation for the most part to do what he did. This Jedi stood for everything he did not, a so called "Protector" yet even as they carry that title, millions suffered.
Like he had. Did the Jedi ever rescue him from his uncles grasp? No. He always listened to his fathers story of the rightous Jedi Order and how they were the very thing that held the galaxy together. What a joke, if these people were the thing that held the galaxy together, the galaxy was doomed for destruction.
"To answer each question in order. Your head, i require no reason to kill you and your Order has done much to me. More then you know, you beings that claim to be the protectors of the galaxy!", he replied. Then he closed his eyes and concentrated. His rage and anger began to boil as he used the Force to make the sand around the Jedi rise, swirling slowly at first but quickening with each second. As it rose, he opened his eyes and ran toward the forming tornado of sand then jumped forward into it, swinging his saber to take the Jedi's head.

Jeh'rad looks at Grawn. He raises an eyebrow as he manages to catch a glimpse at the very surfacing thoughts racing through Grawns anger filled mind. As soon as he feels the sand rise around him, he preapres a small trick of his own. He leaps up in the air ( about 5 Meters) when the sand makes him invisible once more while he keeps the sand away from his body with the force. As he is on his way up and spots the red blade covered in magma, moving forward he hurls his cloak at Grawn. Hwne he reaches top height for the weak jump he jus performed, he stops moving, hanging there, above the tornado, in mid air. The black mandalorian style armor he is wearing shines in the sun, and makes him look like a sith - re-incarnation (ofcoruse, no one would actually think these thoughts, as no one knows what a sith is ). Now both of his lightsabers are visable. He slowly levitates to a clif and lands wih a relieved mourn, as it required much concentration to lift his entire body around. He looks down on Grawn who by know would have tron the cloak apart and hurled it away. "I sence much torment in you Grawn... Thats something we have in common. Before you kill me, why don't you atleast tell me your story, so that I know why I have to die? I have the high ground right now anyways... So the ball is in my court. " While Jeh'rads demeanor is calm and displays perfect harmony, Grawn can feel the anger and impatience within Jeh'rad.

When he felt his saber go through nothing, he burst through the other side of the sand tornado and looked up. A cloak immediately wrapped itself around him. His anger welling inside him, he tore the cloak away then looked up to a nearby cliff. Suddenly hes heart fluttered for a moment as he laid his eyes on the black figure standing over him. The aura that had been of peace had suddenly shifted to impatience and rage, unusual for a Jedi.
When the Jedi asked about his past, he laughed. Why would this wretch care? Oh well, perhaps if he told his story, the Jedi's guard would be let down for Grawn to kill him. "I was born on this very planet. I lived with my father and mother, my father being a former Jedi Knight, Erfies Ianie. My mother has been slaughtered when i was very young by Tusken raiders", he began to say calmly, pacing below the cliff back and forth. His lightsaber was still active, its red blade humming as he spoke. "When i had grown older, i had lived a joyous life, hard but joyous with my father who began to teach me the Jedi arts." His face grew hard and filled with anger as he began to tell the next part. "But then, my father was killed by his own brother, my uncle who had turned to the dark side and took me away from my home. He took me to the god forsaken planet of Korriban and ripped the childhood from me.", he growled, his rage building.
He glared up at the Jedi. "For the few decades of my life, pain was all i knew. Torture and torment by my uncles hand as he taught and trained me to be what i am now. An assassin, i have killed many, including a Senator from Mon Calamari.", he smiled wickedly as the next words came. "But i had finally grown strong enough, i killed my uncle." He then patted the unused saber at his side.
Done talking, he looked up at the Jedi once again. "Take pity on me Jedi, for it makes it easier for me to take your life", he laughed then quickly he gripped the cliffside with the Force and pulled.

Jeh'rad listened patiently, hoping to gain a weapon that he could sue aganist this dark jedi, maybe to turn him to the light. This story reminded him much of himself, yet ti was disturbing somehow, that korriban was mentioned. That planet had a very dark aura. Could it be that a large score of dark jedi had fomred aroudn this potential source of energy? He was ripped from his thoguhts as he reflexes called for the bigger part of his brain capacity. The top of the cliff was severed from the buttom and he was forced to roll backwards in order to get to his feet, so that he could ride it all the way to the sandy earth. As the rock landed, so did Jeh'rad, ontop of it, he looked at Grawn as he felt the anger inside himself threatning to get the better of him. "What are you doing?! Can't you see we'r the same? You are about to destroy the only one in this universe who can relate to your feelings! " Jeh'rad shotued this in a tone similar to the one Grawn was speaking in when angered. No matter how much Grawn wanted to deny the fact, he could not ignore that Jeh'rad somehow seemed like an older version of himself. Jeh'rad enters enters a combat stance to ready himself if Grawn should attack.

Grawn chuckled as he heard the words come from the Jedi's mouth. "You can relate to me? Your eyes represent much but tell little. I have no intentions of being saved, i will not return to a power that had forsaken me! If you once strode the dark path and you still returned to the light then you werent able to tolerate its embrace! It has sheltered me during my time of suffering, what has the light done? NOTHING!", he yelled angerly, looking to his humming red lightsaber then back to the Jedi."But if you claim to be me, then tell me, what is the origin of those yellow eyes that surely represent the user of the darkside!"

Jeh'rad looks scans Grawn quickly. "I'm no servant of the light. I just think they have the better idea on how things should be. I prefer compassion over unnescesary death. The only reason the council tolerates me as a part of te order is because they know I won't betray them as long as they remain loyal to the republic, and because I am a... I'm important to many people. " Jeh'rad shakes his head. "How can you even tinhg that you have suffered more than the entire galaxy? Atleast you were a child when the torture started, your brain was not fully developed. Thats why you could adjust to that kind of life! I was a jedi, and a bad one. I was secretly seeing another knight... A healer... I loved her and I still do. But because of that rotten sith empire... " Jeh'rad lets out an angry hiss, and then continues. "I was constantly shipped on new missions. One day I entered hostile space, where a dark jedi had taken control of an entire system consisting of primitive tribes. He shot em down and tortured me is a prison for o many years. Unlike you, there was no chance to recive success. It was endless, mindless, hopeless torture, and the constant reminer, that someday he'd remove my chance of seeing my beloved completely! The jedi didn't come for me either. I was left to rot! " He pasues and calms himself completely. "In the end it drove me to the dark side, and I led the surpressed people living in the system to victory and overthrew the tyrant. I killed him. After that, I intended to to battle the republic and the jedi order... But I realized that it was no good. I could still have everything that was taken from me... And so can you! " He points at Grawn. "I never turned to the light, but I turned away from the dark. You cando that aswell and make your father complete, instead of ashaming him! You ahve avenged him, now you must complete what he started! You are a jedi! You may have been abandoned, by the order, but beng part of that order does not make you a jedi! It's the choices you make... " Jeh'rad looks him in the eyes, allowing for a moment of silence to pass between the two.

Grawn felt his knees feel weak as he heard a story that was so similar to his own. Speech was lost to him as he all absorbed it all in. " I...", he shuttered, backing away slowly. All his life he had learned hatred, he knew if his father was among the living he would be ashamed. But he had to embrace the dark side to survive, otherwise he would've died to Ibapo. For the first time ever, he questioned his path.
He remembered his father, he knew he would be ashamed. He recalled all he had taught him and Grawn repayed him by being the very thing his father had fought against. The Dark Jedi fell to his knees, sand crunching softly as he stared into nothing. His lightsaber slowly shrank away and silence filled the area. For the first time ever, he didnt know what to do.

"I understand that the dark side is the most tempting one, and I too have walekd it to survive. The dark jedi say that the jedi are servants of the lgiht... But they only say that so they can sleep better at night, knowing that they are slaves in the dark. But you don't ahve to be anymore. While the jedi order is probably too narrow minded to accept you to take voer your father place, remember that he left the order and still remained a bringer of light and a keeper of peace. Step away fom the dark future... It leads only to more pain and suffering. Instead, you should prevent others from suffering like you did. It's the dark jedi who did this to you... Make your father proud. Fight the dark side! It's not too late you know... It never is. " Jeh'rad speaks with such passion. Grawn would instantly realize that this is no jedi lie as it could be udnerstood in several ways, for example, it could sound like Jeh'rad is trying to direct Grawns anger at those who deserve it: The dark jedi. It could also sound like he wanted Grawn to become a gray jedi. Jeh'rad patiently awaits Grawns responce, or reaction to this.

Grawn milled over the Jedi's words. He wasnt sure what to do at this point, it was to much. Redemption wasnt beyond him, yet he didnt feel like he deserved it. He served dark masters and done things that most would consider beyond saving. He looked up at the jedi who stood before him and sighed. Standing up, he nodded.
"Your words ring true. But i must confront something before i can do as you have. My past still follows me, as im sure you have much knowledge of yourself. Only if i can overcome this obstacle will i be able to begin healing, if not, i dont know. As much as it pains me to admit, i have you to thank for this realization." Grawn then rose the hood of his cloak and bowed before the Jedi, his pride was stung by this but it didnt matter. "Im sure we will meet again." he added.
With that said, he concentrated and used the Force to jump up to the cliff edge. He glanced back at the Jedi one last time before he started to walk to his speeder. Mounting the bike and revving his engine, he sped off towards the desert. He had one last place to visit, a place from his past.

Jeh'rad sighs relieved. It had not ended in bloodshed. Once he returned to the council, he would make sure not to mention everything, but rather do a personal research. He had the lfie story, the first name... Or atleast an alias. Not many jedi have left the order to marry... And not many lvied on tatooine after doing so. Jeh'rad sudenly felt his throat. When he did the backflip, a small rock had hit him under his chin and had caused a bleed. Jeh'rad heads for his ship, where he is greeted by his droids, asking tons of questions. Bitterly he waves them away and tells them to prepare for takeoff, and to get his bike inside. Back to the temple... To solve this mystery. ((Hey, your welcome It was a nice scene. I hope they WILL meet again Goodluck with your solo thingy and everything else. Contact me, should you feel like a rendevouz ))

Through the Force, he followed the beacon that called to him like the song of a siren. The landscape sped past him as he rode on the speederbike, his hair flying backwards. His eyes narrowed as he searched for the destination he was looking for, the place he knew that would decide his path, once and for all.
Finally, as he came over a dune, he saw it. A lone structure marred the desert landscape, a small cottage. Its outside looked as if it had been in disrepair for a number of years, which came to no surprise to the Dark Jedi. The beacon was here, the Force had led him here and this was the place he had sought before meeting that Jedi.
His former home.
But what had formerly been a moment of bliss quickly turned to rage. Grawn's eyes narrowed and his face went to a frown as he saw several people around it, all of them wearing casual clothes and cargo vests. Most of them were an alien species, ranging from Rodian to Bothans and from the crates of cargo stacked around his former home, they were most likely of a criminal element.
The words of the Jedi echoed through his head. " It is the choices you make that make you who you are.", he whispered angerly. These people didnt know what this place was, he reasoned. He had two choices to make, one was to make peace and leave these beings alone or slaughter them all for defiling his former home. He started to slow his speeder bike as the heads of the criminals rose as he came into view, through the Force he could feel there thoughts and none of them were not hostile.
He dismounted his speeder as he drew near the home, thoughts racing through his head. Grawn walked towards the group of criminals as all of them reached to blasters that were strapped to their belts. He used the Force to manipulate his appearance to seem like a lost traveler, it was a easy task to alter himself in the presense of the weak minded. As he did, he decided what his goal in life was to be. All his life he had been known hatred, he had survived through the dark side to be what he was now and had always killed on the judgement of others.
Now HE would be the judge of who lived and who died by his hand. HE would be the judge, jury and executioner, he would decide these miserable whelps fate by there actions. "Evening gentlemen.", he said calmy as he approached. One of the Rodian's pulled out his blaster pistol and pointed it at him. "What is your business here.", it asked in its language. A Bothan came to the Rodians side and pointed a blaster at him as well. "No one must know of our presence here, he has to die.", it barked at his friend, eyes locked on Grawn.
The criminals began to circle Grawn, all five wielding blasters pointed at his head. Grawn looked around, his eyes covered by his cloak hood. "I believe we could settle this in a decent matter. Surely you dont wish to harm me.", he chuckled calmly, waiting for there reply. One Rodian laughed, "That is where you are wrong. Kill him." Before they pulled the triggers were pulled, Grawn's lightsaber shot to his hand and he ignited it, the red blade glowing across the sand and his face. The blaster bolts shot from the muzzles, he jumped into the air. He grinned wickedly as he conjured through the Force a storm of lightning and energy lanced from his fingers to shock two criminals. "It has been decided! Your fates are sealed fools! PREPARE TO DIE!", he laughed as he landed and darted toward the 3 remaining living criminals, the two he had shocked on the sandy ground convulsing violently.
The criminals screamed in there alien dialect and started to fire wildly, hoping to kill the advancing Dark Jedi. He deflected each bolt as they came simpily enough, half of them didnt even come in range of him. Inside him, he felt he was making the right decision, redemption WAS beyond him. But he would make sure that with his dark powers that no one else would fall to his point, and if they do...he would personally kill them. One of the aliens screamed as he came within lightsaber range " WHAT DO YOU WANT!". Grawn could only smile as his lightsaber cut through its shoulder, then its head, the severed body parts hitting the ground with soft sand crunching thuds, then he flipped into the air, dodging two wild flurry of shots made by the surviving criminals. He landed behind them and used the Force to lift them both in the air, both of them screaming wildly as they lifted into the air.
Without a second thought, he crushed them both simply with the Force, just as he did his uncle. Throwing the two corpses to the side, the bodies rolling as they hit the ground. Grawn looked around at the carnage he had caused and smiled. "I am the judge, jury and executioner. Woe to those who defy my will. The Jedi are to narrow minded in their guardianship, so I will be the protector they failed miserably to be." He looked to his home, memories coming to him of the past. Of events that happened so many years ago. That Grawn was dead, he had been dead for years now but he thought nothing of it. Deactivating his lightsaber, Grawn clipped it to his belt and turned away from his house. He had come to decide his destiny, and he had. He would leave his past behind once and for all, his mission now clear.
With that, he returned to his speeder and drove back to his ship, looking back to the planet that had been his beginning. Before he lifted the landing ramp of The Red Fury, he took one last look over the desert landscape. Then he pressed the button, lifting up the ramp, entered the cockpit and left the planet of Tatooine. He had a mission to begin.
