Character Name: Avirod Sarala
Character Faction: Galactic Senate
Number Of People Wanted: No Limit
Reason For Roleplay: I have an idea for a roleplay involving the kidnapping and subsequent ransom of Senator Sarala. I need to run it by a few people, but still, I'd like to get the first stage started (as it will still be able to go ahead, even if the second bit doesn't work).
Other: Preferably pirates or other crimelords etc. I'm sure the Senate, or the government of Naboo will pay BIG money for his safe return.
I'm going to start the thread, feel free to post in it once I've given you the go ahead. (It will be called, "A Bad Day To be Avirod Sarala of Naboo").

The only issue with this is after the return of their official, The Planet would work to eliminate those involved in her capture... I don't want to have my Pirates face certain doom at the hands of a planet wide witch hunt!

I was thinking that perhaps Avirod (who, incidentally, is a man  ), could be bought from the pirates by someone worse than pirates (for example, a Hutt or a Dark Jedi). Actually, I'll PM you a basic plotline so you can see what you think. |

I've got a Dark Jedi that's looking for people with influence that he can use to further his own ends. He's off annoying a Republic Major at the moment, but it wouldn't be hard to work out him getting in contact with the pirates in order to request the kidnapping and/or possibly act as scape goats for him.

Oh, I like that idea. So perhaps if the Dark Jedi found out about some knowledge that the Senator had access to, and also found out that he would be relaxing in his (fairly security-less) retreat on Naboo, and so ordered his kidnap?

Hmm... My character isn't quite finished yet, but I figured for whatever the plan, that when he gets accepted, I'll have a Mercenary open for business. After all, nothing like a bit of muscle to help get the point through.
