anyway, Jade could be seen as a traitor, i didn't mean they would get into a shoot out or anything that bad, but...there are possibilities. anyway, Jade wouldn't use a gun unless he had to

well, hmm...the major is his sister.....so he might tip you off that something's gone wrong with her. he is able to use the force to some degree, so....
if you wanted to go after her...it could involve both of them, Jade and Aunna

I would recommend you talk to a few people who have republic military characters or those you'd be interested rping with, even if they don't have the required character but they have a free slot, you may be able to persuade them. That way you can form a squad and have fun rping.
Just an idea.
