Completely random shot in the dark with my eyes closed and both hands tied behind my back on this one, but, hey, here goes.

I have a small mob of Mandalorians mobbing around the stars with no affiliation whatsoever with the current Mandalorian "military" as you know it, the head of which would be more than happy to try and change a few people's opinions about his own people.

Not really a fan of the treaty condemning his people to slowly fade into memory, ya' know?

Haha that's funny because I actually had it on my agenda to try and make peace with SOME Mandolorians before the war. I'd really like to actually talk to the group. If that's what you had in mind?

Getting into Republic space without trouble won't be much of a big deal, even in the current state of things (these are professionals, after all). Just have to come up with a reason as to how they come into contact with your senator. Could be chance as we try to get in touch with a senator, could be by way of your man putting out the word. Either way works for me, or if you have any suggestions, I'm open.

If it's a military alliance your looking for Donald would be the one to talk to. He is the head Military spokesman for the senate as well as the main senator from Corellia. He would be a reasonable person to talk to. He also has a good reputation thoughout the galaxy as a warhero and a good man. So he's trustworthy and wouldn't rip you off and shows you respect for you fighting abilities. He could send the offer to you and your group of vice versa. What do you plan to really discuss?

Well, first and foremost in Raynes' mind would be employment. He's a mercenary who currently leads ten other men and women full-time, after all. Employment under the Republic really doesn't bother him much. Next to that, he'd be more than willing to discuss the current Mandalorian "situation", as it were, from the Mandalorian attacks to the treaty. Give the views of probably the least biased Mando in the galaxy.

Having the Senate believe his people aren't all bloodthirsty maniacs with giant guns is kind of a long-term goal of his.

I see, that would probably work. We might use you as a way to get into contact with the other mandolorains or use you for special missions. Just depends on what you want. I'm willing to negotate

Both of the above would work. To the first, while my mercs may have been a little, well, out of the loop, so to speak, and out of contact with most other Mandalorians, finding more wouldn't really be too hard (PC's willing), and most Mandalorians would probably be more receptive of us than just you.

As to the second...hell, that's what they do. This is a group of, simply put, elite bad-ass Mandalorian mofos who will do just about anything for anyone if the pay is good.
