A walk in the park {Eaite, Grawn, and Gaius only}

[Midnight]

Eaite walked at a brisk pace through the halls of the Jedi Temple, the hood of his dark robes drawn up, and his lightsaber clanking at his belt. He had been thinking of what his new master would be like. Would they be male or female? Human, near-human, or alien? He didnt even want a new master, he wanted his old master back.

"Well he won't be back," Eaite said loudly to himself as he turned a corner in the halls.

[Iota]

Jedi Master Gaius Fal'kirk traversed the temple with jedi knight Erfies, debating philosophy aswell as friendly banter as they walked. Gaius stopped in mid stride as he could feel the pain of a young padawan "Him, he will be my padawan.." he mentioned to Erfies.

He diverted himself to the padawan and looked down to him "I heard about your old master.. he may of left this mortal coil.. but he is at one with the force now..rejoice the life he had, do not mourn it.. for he would not want you to." Gaius using his wisdom on the young padawan I am Jedi Weapon master Gaius Fal'kirk, i am a high member of the council..pleasure to meet you young one...""

[Grawn]

Erfies stood beside Master Gaius as he introduced himself to the young Jedi. His beard trimmed neatly and now wearing Jedi robes issued to him, the Jedi Knight felt at peace with himself. He had been physically training himself for the past few days and could already feel results. Before, his years of drinking and recluseness had weakened him to the point that he could barely go up the Jedi Temple stairs without having to breath heavily when he reached the top but all that had changed.

Mentally, he was still working on however. Using the Force took more concentration then most Jedi but it would come in time he thought and just continued on with his studies. He was currently studing the past of the Jedi Order, so far as to read on the fallen knight Exar Kun and such. Rather interesting stuff to say the least.

Clearing his thoughts, he nodded at the youth as he stood beside Gaius. "I am Erfies Ianie, Jedi Knight. The pleasure of meeting you is also mine.", he said warmly, giving the young Jedi a smile.

[Midnight]

Eaite why was a High Jedi Counsul member talkin to him? And this master was a weaponmaster! Eaite stared into the Faleen's eyes. You are right Master, he spoke. I shall mourn heim no more. He would want me to be happy. Nice to meet you both. Eaite bowed politely to both Gaius and Erfies.

[Iota]

Gaius smiled slightly before nodding "the pleasure is all mine Eaite..." He proceeded to look to grawn before back to eaite "So..quite the dilemma i see before me." Gaius cupped his hands before bending over slightly towards the young jedi.

"I am with out a padawan as you are with out a master...." Gaius knew it was a great honour for any padawan to be the pupil of a highly rated jedi, it was not often that a high council jedi would do so willingly. "come, be my padawan..learn the knowledge i have to offer..."

[Midnight]

The breath wooshed from Eaite's body. A weaponmaster wnated him as his Padawan? Eaite blinked several times. It would be an honor to be your Padawn master, he spoke, his voice cracking.

[Iota]

Gaius stood up straight as he smiled "So be it" He made a gesture for eaites and erfies to follow him. "Come.. to Illum..where the both of you shall forge your new lightsabers... i have my own ship.. its a Dantooine light freighter to which the republic have given me crew for my beck and call" Gaius smiled as they neared the hanger and headed to the ship "Her name is The Mynock" and she has been a good friend to me over the years""

(OCC: Erfies!!!! ERFIES!!! lol )

"Interesting", Erfies thought, listening to Gaius. While the Jedi Knight had never been to Illum personally, he was willing to get out of the Temple for awhile. For one to truly be attuned with the living Force, they'd need to be out more then just one location. The fact that he'd finally be able to rebuild a lightsaber was also a enlightening thing to him. While a lightsaber wasnt required to be a Jedi, it helped the Jedi do what they do. When peace couldnt be achieved by normal means and battle must be fought without an alternative, a lightsaber was a Jedi's tool to preserving peace.

Thats how Erfies felt about it anyways.

As the three came to the hangar, Erfies caught sight of the ship and raised an eyebrow as Gaius told them the name. "Rather interesting name Master Gaius.", he chuckled.
