The Message {Ardenator}

The Dark Descent screamed out of hyperspace and into the atmosphere of Coruscant, whilst in hyper space Xavier activated his "art of the small" technique to hide his pressance in the force away, for if he didn't the jedi would of picked up on his arrival. He landed the ship near the offices of the senators before walking to his wardrobe. Luckily enough he had an outfit that belonged to a jedi he killed years ago, he had a feeling it may come in handy one day, his feelings served him well. He changed into his disguise, his companions probably confused but made no real fuss as xavier was quite unorthadox when the time needed for him to be.

He lowered the ramp and strode with pride and arrogance, very much like how the jedi walk, for if he was going to pull this off he would have to be identical to them, he played the part well considering he used to be a jedi along time ago, so it was easier for him, a smile and a nod here and there, no one would question or care. Xavier assumed the Chancellor, who he had made his target was either in the main senate chamber or in the offices. He decided to scout the offices.

Xavier walked up to the reception desk with a smile on his face and hatred in his heart. he took out a datapad and wrote a message to the receptionist "Good day, i am Jedi Master bin'daar... i request an imediate session with the chancelor." he smiled and nodded, the receptionist read the message before checking the system "Okay, i'm afraid he is about to address the republic through a holo recording, you can go up and wait but it might take awhile.... he is on the top floor... have a nice day master jedi" she smiled before granting him access to the turbo lifts. Xavier smiled and bowed slightly to show respect as the jedi would.

Aiden Baoont stood in the ready-room, nervously adjusting his suit in front of a mirror along one wall. He always got this way before a big speech: scared, fidgety, and in need of a bathroom break.

His aide looked up from her datapad. "You're on in five, sir." Aiden nodded in acknowledgment. "Sounds good. Let's get this over with. I want to see the faces of the Senators after this." He smiled at the thought of that. The Senate had been uncooperative with him in almost every way; in fact some were calling him a lame duck. Now he had announced a special speech to all of the Republic, an appeal to the people as well as an announcement of an emergency session of the Senate to solve all the problems currently affecting the Republic: namely the Sith Empire and Mandalorian Insurgency.

He grinned. Things were going to turn around for him, in a big way.

"Four minutes," the aide said.

"Very well."

The turbo lift finally ground to a halt on the top level of the senate offices, Xavier calm and centered. He was either ready to die or the eye of the storm. This was indeed his moment, every thing else had been a slow but sure momentum towards this day, for if he were to succeed, he would be a Sith. the power that coursed through Xavier's veins and mind was only matched by a handful in the galaxy, with the discipline and doctrine of the sith teachings, he could be more. He did not strive for galactic conquest. Knowledge was his hunger.

Xavier could sense two guards outside of the lift and many more in the corridor. He tapped on the inside of the lift catching the guards attention who inturn entered the lift to find xavier there under the guise of a master jedi. "Oh... you must be the je..." Xavier raised both hands and touch the fore head of the guards with both hands, he sent the pain and terror of his life through his fingers and into the minds of the guards causing them great pain and suffering, they fell to the floor shaking and fidgeting as if they were having an epileptic fit.

Xavier stepped over the bodies and peered round the corner. "hmm... interesting" he thought to himself. He stepped out into the corridor and walked slowly down the hall down the long corridor towards the chancellor’s chambers. It was a long corridor, probably to boast the wealth of the republic, gold, silver and other rare yet expensive materials lined the hallway, Xavier shook his head for a moment before two guards stopped him. They looked at him for a few moments, Xavier had noticed all the security cameras and likely ray shields, he would have to be diplomatic it seemed. “err… master jedi… you will have to wait a few minutes I am afraid. The Chancellor is just about to commence his holovised transmission to the republic”. Xavier smiled for a moment before taking out a datapad and writing out a message. He then indicated to the guard to take the datapad, he read out aloud “I am a mute… unfortunately, you friend is not.” The guard looked confused for a moment before realizing that quite possible, Xavier was not a jedi. He reached for his blaster to which Xavier had guessed he would do, as you did not need to use the force for most assumptions. Xavier, using the force to enhance the speed of his movements, grabbed the guards arm and twirled him round and held him against himself as a human shield, his left arm round the neck of the guard. He raised the guards blaster and let off a round into the other guards groin. He fell to the floor screaming instantly.

Xavier moved to the walls as he knew the ray shields where over looking the centre of the corridors and not the edges, he had no desire to be caught this day, he took this moment to dive into the mind of the guard “Is there a code to enter the chancellor’s chambers?” the guard looked a little scared for obvious reasons, but the voice in the mind just added to his worries “eerr….y…y…..yes…” Xavier set out a slight sigh and continued talking to him through the force “good… you will tell me the code” he told him in a stern manner. “No.n..No!” Xavier tilted his head for a moment before focusing his sight onto the back of the head of the guard, Xavier dove deep into the mind of the guard and swam about for information regarding the key code for the chancellor’s. After a couple of seconds he found the information. Xavier had gathered that the chancellor was probably not a fool and would have a lock on the door. The guard now highly disorientated and highly compliant after invasion of his mind, the stress it would cause to a none force user would be high. Xavier continued down the hallway along the edges of the corridor before coming to a corner, he peered round the corner and saw two turrets, along with two human guards and two droids. Xavier paused for a moment as he contemplated all the possible solutions to this. Yes, he could go in all guns blazing using the force and totally destroy the guards, the turrets and possibly the entire wing of the building, but that would alert the jedi and it would not talk long for a bunch of jedi knights to come waving their lightsabers. No, He would need to be relatively quiet for this particular one. Xavier looked to the belt of the guard and noticed two grenades, he smiled to himself.

Xavier quickly moved his left arm to make the guard’s neck twist and eventually snap in two, He helped the body to the floor slowly before taking the grenades “Ion grenades” he thought to himself. A few seconds later he looked up towards the ceiling, and noticed a camera turning from left to right, it had seen him and the corpse. Xavier looked up and saw an air vent. Wasting no time at all he threw the ion grenades hard round the corner of the corridor before jumping up into the vents, crashing through the vent itself, he quickly walked down the vents. The ion grenades gracefully glided through the air as if in slow motion before eventually falling to the floor and landing precisely in between the droids and the turrets before detonating and causing them to deactivate. Xavier used this diversion to smash through the vent and land behind the two human guards, He ignited both his light sabers and impaled the guards before switching them off and turning to the entrance to the Chancellor’s office. He typed in the code, he entered the office…..
