star wars battlefront 3

I know that every time its been said its being made it was just a rumor but i have at game stop pre-ordered star wars battlefront 3 for dec 2009
does anyone have any info on that

To be honest i'm not entirely sure it'll be that different but they're bound to throw in a few othere units. Perhaps's theyll yake a leaf from COD's book and allow you to customise you characters

didn't they have custom characters in Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron?

Anyway, I'm assuming that they'll combine the best parts from all of the other Battlefront games, and then add in a few extra things.

ya costom characters in renegade squadron that would be fun in battlefront 3
exept in renegade squadron the sith and jedi were horrible slow and hard to handle

Yeah i diddn't play renagade squadren. Hardly heard about it until recently.

The company that is supposed to make Battlefront 3, as they made 2, has been working on "Lord of the Rings: Battlefront", though it's real name is Lord of the Rings: Conquest. It's basically Battlefront 2 but set in the Lord of the Rings universe, archers instead of sharpshooters, swordsmen instead of rifleman, mages instead of pilots, etc.

I have been waiting for Battlefront 3 ever since #2, hell I still play it on my 360 from time to time. I think it would be kinda tight if they put in EU eras, like the Jedi Civil War and the YV, how BA would that be to run around slaughtering the masses as a YV warrior. -smiles with sick and twisted delight-

Has anyone ever played LOTR: Battlefront... err LOTR Conquest? I have the demo on xbox and, despite its lack of inginuety and balance, it is a fun game.

i think its a different company acculy working on battlefront 3
and ya it would be cool to play YV and Eu heros

I honestly think it would more fun if they made the Jedi/Sith 's Force powers mroe interactive. You know Force Grip and all, like off of FU. It would be fun if you could make your own char.

For what we can see it presents, apart from awesome graphics, many new features:
-Character customization (I think)
-Order 66 game mode
-Better sized AT-ATs
-Reallistic explosions and deaths.
-Many units but the elite units % is lower than in BF 1 and 2, more reallistic.
-Connected battles: ground-air-space.
-Space bases.
-Many heros.
-And a better music selection for what we can hear.

If this is real I will be able to die happy when this comes out
