The Shiritoku Botanical Facility sits on a large track of land far removed from any settlements on the planet. The facility is entirely self-sufficient, with it's own docking bay for transporting produce.
The complex houses a number of facilites, covering all aspects of agricultural production, processing, and shipment. This facility is one of the first of it's kind, being run almost exlcusively by Jedi Service Corps members. These members have been selected for service to aid in the research and production of produce on Bakura.
These corps members use their force abilities to help the produce grow quicker, healthier, and also bluster the plants' abilities to produce more food products. Aiding them is a small contingent of scientists and farmers.
Guarding the facility is a small group of Republic comandos with orders to simply patrol the facility and protect against attacks, as unlikely as they might be.
