Arena: The grass is a golden yellow as the season rolls in, tending to crackle every once in a while under foot. The many hills have an advantage over the lower valleys, and there isn’t a tree in sight. The wind is vicious as it forces the clouds in, and the clouds are heavily darkened. There’s a threat of rain, but it could be some time yet. Hopefully it’s a finicky hour. As a quiet setting away from civilization, it expects nothing. However, fate is not on nature’s side, and soon the rolling plains of grass shall be scarred. Cassandra Libertas versus Jerek Kahn Duration: Five rounds D. Jedi vs D. Jedi Let the Challenger begin.

Translucent skin seemed to sparkle under the Overbearing sun as the Female moved through the Field, the grasses underneath giving way to her sticklike limbs with ease. Leaning on her walking stick, Cassandra Libertas Looked up from the Ground, then looked around, giving the world a clear view of the pale Silken swatch of cloth that covered her eye sockets from sight.
Taking a Quick, hurried breath in one sharp intake, She stepped back, landing silently on her feet, her long white hair floating around her, driven by the wind itself. I can Feel your Presence, I knew you would come here she said to the Winds, Cryptically as she tapped her Staff's hand-hold with her finger, causing a Bright red blade, it's sheen almost pink, to rise from the Upper Part of it.
Weak though I may Be, I shall not stand by and allow you to merely slaughter me. Come, COME I say she commanded, her voice cracking as she Grinned in a Near-evil fashion, bringing her saberstaff into a defensive stance.

Jerek walked the fields. He had not intended any evl purpose this day. He ahd just been walking, when his senses spiked up. Someone was here in the field with him. Someone with a connection with the Force. A younger person than himself, perhaps. He walked into some tall grass and crouched down. a frail girl stepped into the opening beyond him. She had white hair, a piece of white clothe covering her eyes and had to steady herself with a cane. She was the exact opposite of the "Picture of health". That wouldn't stop Jerek from slaying her.
She'd jsut be one less obsticle in his way. Then, she lept backwards, landing, surprisingly, on her feet. She yanked her walking stick from under her arm and activated what appeared to be a lightsaber hidden within it. She began calling out to the wind, having had sensed Jerek's presence.
No need to hide any long. He stepped out from the grass and looked down at her. She was at least several feet away from him. A small gust of wind caught Jerek's cloak from underneath. It lifted it up to show his belt, which ahd a lightsaber clipped firmly onto it. Very surprisingly the girl wasn't lifted up by the wind and drifted somewhere else. She was stronge than she looked, Jerek knew.
He stripped hismelf of his cloak and pulled his lightsaber from his belt. The blade that exited the cylindrical handle was an errie glowing yellow, barely visible in the golden sunlight. His eyes suddenly flashed a crisp golden color. He dropped into an Ataru stance and jumped into the air. He cleared the several feet between him and the frail girl with that one leap of faith. He touched down behind her. With his eye flashing with malice, he swung his blade down at the hide of her neck.

Round 1
Eclipse: Effort: 2/5 Fairness: 3/5 Detail: 2/5 Coolness: 2/5 Bonus: 0/2 Comments: I expected a little more out of it, to be honest. You stated her full name, and usually accompanying an introduction is a little more about them. I also sensed a lack of purpose, other than running into Jerek. You also didn't state how she was able to sense Jerek, or when for that fact.
Jerek Effort: 3/5 Fairness: 3/5 Detail: 3/5 Coolness: 2/5 Bonus: 0/2 Comments: There could of been a little more detail in that, such as your jump. I was lead to see a little more of skipping/ teleporting motion and then read (and reread) that he had flipped over her head and attempted to severe her at the neck. And unnecessarily dropping down into a stance only to leap back up. Purpose, my dears.

Despite herself, her own knowing of Jerek's Imminent Arrival, Cassandra was momentarily stunned by his appearance, unsure of the man, for the feeling of his intentions went from one extreme to another so Quickly that she barely had time to react. That is, she wouldn't have if the Force hadn't shown her that she would need to Duck down, and Rapidly. Doing so, she could hear the sizzling of Jerek's blade as it arced in the air above her, destroying the molecular bonds of the Air itself and creating Ozone in it's wake.
Having taken a deep breath, the Frail-looking Girl Lashed out, Slamming the Back of her staff behind her, Aimed for her foe's gut, more notably, his Solar Plexus, at the same time, pushing forward off of the balls of her feet and Rolling, her strike receding with her movement. Lightweight bodies move further when pushed to, and Cassandra's was the same, her roll easing into a spinning leap off of her feet, her decent quick and strangely Sure-Footed upon a small, flat, rock that sat in the meadow.
Using one hand, the Dark Jedi removed her blindfold, revealing two empty holes where ocular orbs should have been, yet as the eyes of a Dark Jedi glow with the power they feel, so too did her empty sockets, swirling fire seeming to grow from their center as she focused her gaze upon Jerek, her staff's bladed end coming to point at him. You who judges who lives or dies! O seeker of His own Selfish Justice...begone from this existance she stated, Raising her staff into the air before making a dash, her steps surefooted, for she was guided by the Force, as she slashed through the air with her Short Bladed staff.

Jerek gripped his stomach as the small girl swung her cane back. Jerek just barely swung his blade before she rolled all the way. A piece of her cane hit the meadow, crunching down the grass. He limped forward a little, still gripping his stomach. He was shocked to see that she had no eyes. Then, she basically cursed him.
Jerek merely smirked, then laughed to himself. He put his left leg behind him and his right leg forward. He pushed off of the ground and ran at the girl, enhancing his movements with the Force. The medow's grass crunched under him like so many bones he urned to break in the frail girl's body.
The winds seemed to slide off of his slick body. His movments were as fluid as water. He came up on the girl, slashing his lightsaber at her torso violently in an arc to th left. the yellow blade hummed through the air, making a bueatiful golden half circle.

Round 2
Eclipse Effort: 4/5 Fairness: 3/5 Detail: 3/5 Coolness: 4/5 Bonus: 0/2 Comments: Doing MUCH better with a purpose in there now. ^.^ I did get a little confused in that first paragraph however, FYI.
Jerek Effort: 3/5 Fairness: 5/5 Detail: 4/5 Coolness: 2/5 Bonus: 0/2 Comments: I gave you a four in detail only because you described relating to nature, and with a DArk Jedi no less. >.< It was less entertaining, however.

If Jerek was the Wind, the water, Cassandra was the Earth beneath her, the stone on which she stood. For every strike that Jerek Flung at her, she would whip her cane around, the Saber's blade intercepting the Blows at what seemed like the last moment, tiny pieces of cloth from her wide sleeves and filmy blouse coming off at each of his Blades strikes, almost as though she were trying to undress by using his saber.
At one point, her staff was late, a barest moment short in trying to block the wide slash, a basic move that she hadn't expected from him, he had seemed so into his advanced movements, her cane, which was shorter now, didn't have time to clear one blow before his Blade slashed again, cutting a line beneath her pitiful bosum and leaving a Burn where the blade barely touched her skin
Licking her lips, Cassandra smiled slightly, as though the pain were something that made her happy. Fantastic She muttered, inhaling as she slashed out with her bladed end in the wake of Jerek's own. At the same time though, she was stepping back, until she touched the earth below her, her bare toes digging into the soil as she felt the Force Roiling around her, around the planet, a sea of life and death in which she could swim, of which she could focus.
And Focus she did, now, her hands rising quickly, stones rising behind her, small bits of rock that had eroded away for the most part, leaving the rich soil of the Meadow and these tiny reminders. With a Flicking motion of her fingertips, the small swarm of Rocks flung themselves at Jerek, whizzing past Cassandra with a Whistling sound.

Jerek noticed the girl's movements. She had no vision of her own, only what the Force told her. He smirked at the smell of her burnt flesh. That was just a start. Merely a stepping stone up the mountain, to eventually bring it crumbling down in the form of the girl's limp body. As the blades connected again, Jerek was brought out of his visions of the girl's corpse. The crackling of the blades was the only sound on the meadow.
His eyes snapped forward as the girl stepped down onto the golden grass, then lifted stones up. If it were not for his heightened senses, Jerek would not have been able to dodge the first one. He kept his lightsaber ignited as he jumped off to the left, dodging another stone. He sliced through one as it was inches from his face. Sediments of it flew into the grass, tarnishing its purity further.
Jerek formed a plan in his head as he ducked a rather small stone. As one of the biggest stones flew for him, he gathered the Force into his legs. Then, he pushed off from the ground, the force aiding in his jump. He did a small flip in midair to land on top of the boulder. He crouched down, using the Force to keep it in the air. He slide his right leg out some to keep his balance.
Then, he extended his right arm behind him, grabbing a flying rock with the Force. He swung his arm around, the still ignited lightsaber humming through the air. The lightsaber was his baton and Jerek was the conductor of the stones, of the Force. The rock's destination was obvious; the girl. Not even waiting to see if it hit, Jerek flipped around under the rock he was on, gripping it harder with the Force. Using his lightsaber as a baton again, he did another flip, sending the boulder for the girl as well. He landed on his feet like a feline, ready for more. He looked himself over once. He had minimal scars from flying rock sediments and the girl's lightsaber slashes.

Round 3
Eclipse Effort: 5/5 Fairness: 5/5 Detail: 4/5 Coolness: 5/5 Bonus: 1/2 Comments: -clap- We're doing much better now, yay. =) I did get a little confused on exactly what you meant right there at the end of the first paragraph and stretched to about the middle of the second. I had to reread it several times. Bonus for displaying Cassie's insanity that she has at the oddest of times. Hehe.
Jerek Effort: 5/5 Fairness: 5/5 Detail: 5/5 Coolness: 5/5 Bonus: 1/2 Comments: Okay, first, fan girl squeal: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Second, good stuff. I like the conducting reference. I made me bubbly picturing a Dark Jedi waving his lightsaber around, commanding objects to do his bidding. Nice, very nice.

As the Rocks approached Cassandra, the emaciated girl took a step back, then bent. Rather then bending at the knees however, she just seemed to Drop to the ground, the first of the Boulders Flying over her and into the distance. Rising up again, her Staff's bladed end Sliced through the Next one, Sending the pieces flying off at Obliques. Really? Is throwing rocks and Leaping about waving your shiny stick the best you can do? Cassie taunted, smirking as she popped her neck to each side, a sickening series of Cracks filling the air over the stirring hum of their Sabers.
Pulling her hand back, the Seer, inhaled deeply, gathering the Force into her hand. The air before her was the sea, and she was a Fisher, casting her net as she threw her hand foreward, sending the collected Force out like a net, Seeing the threads in her mind as she pushed it with force at Jerek's form, then leaped behind it, Slashing out with the staff, using it to extend her reach.

Jerek, brushing sediments off of himself, cackled softly at the small girl's taunts. He gripped his lightsaber tighter, anger flowing through him. It was one of many emotions that drove him to stride for great achievements. Hatred, Lust, Power; all emotions that drove Jerek Kahn's body forward towards the girl's frail form. He sensed her gathering the force.
He saw her extend her arm rapidly. Jerek, smirking, gathered the force himself and pushed out with it. He saw the grass buffeted under the power of the two Force-Users' energy. Then, the two masses of energy met. Jerek heard the boom as they collided.
He looked up in time to see the girl hurtling for him. He blocked her slash, then rolled away. He smirked again, setting his glowing eyes on her, his prey. He pointed his lightsaber blade at her heart. You will not survive this day, girl! His voice carried over the howling winds to her ears.
Suddenly a tree in behind her was torn from its sanctuary on the ground and hurled itself at her back. As it stayed to its course, Jerek did a flip off to the right side, to avoid being hit himself. Then, he looked up at the cliff behind him. He pointed both hands, clenched partially, out to it. He tore the face from it.
It crumbled into many small boulder projectiles. He lifted his hands high above his head, boulders following suit, then brought his hands down to point at the girl. The boulders all flew for her. Jerek could taste the power in the air, the raw power he, himself was emanating.

Eclipse Effort: 5/5 Fairness: 5/5 Detail: 4/5 Coolness: 5/5 Bonus: 0/2 Comments: Decent. Keep it up. Watch that you don't jumble your words again.
Jerek Effort: 4/5 Fairness: 4/5 Detail: 4/5 Coolness: 5/5 Bonus: 0/2 Comments: What's hurting you here, Jerek, is that my description of the plains included:
And therefore, unfortunately, I'm going have to bump you down a few points. I'll give you the cliff, though, as a bit of leeway. But, might I make a point on your ending: I wasn't... satisfied. After reading the post, I expected to continue reading onto at least another paragraph. I point this out to bring to your consciousness mistakes in your writing so that you may improve upon it. The ending to your post was far too open. Attempt at finalizing, but you also, considering this IS like a roleplay, have to leave it open, like opening a crack in the door so someone else may step in and enter.
