The dusty last beams of the sun flicker through the hazy over this pirate port in the outer rim it's high balconies strewn in red leather cloth surrounded by ships seemingly mooring half hazardously throughout the city. Captain Lucian Kinder versus Rah Boralis Duration: Five rounds Pirate vs Pirate Let the Challenger begin.

The Shock Hammer jumped into the system just above the surface of a dark planet. Bring us in, rumor has it that there's a port down there. One that has managed to gain the eye of many who share our, ah, "profession."
As the heavy layer of clouds obscuring their vision began to dissipate, Rah could begin to discern the port below. It was a true slum. Ships were moored everywhere with no apparent order. Rah was scanning these craft when his eyes widened suddenly. There moored alongside a makeshift shelter apparently constructed from the rusting remains of a small frigate was the Phantom. Lucian was down there.
Rah's eyes narrowed again as he turned and strode wordlessly from the bridge. One of the bridge crew stood as if to question him but was waved away with a gesture the crew had learned to associate with "none your bloody business". Rah flicked the power switch on and the small hangar was illuminated slowly revealing the sleek and lethal-looking Tear Runner. Rah climbed into the spacious cockpit and was beginning to begin pre-flight procedures when the beat of leathery wings and the clack of claws on metal signaled the presence of Tssslk.
Isss it him? The tulvaree asked in it's low hissing voice.
I believe it is, however I wish you to remain here. Tell the crew to maintain an altitude of 35,000 feet but do not allow them to interfere. I must settle this, alone.
Tssslk hopped of the small craft as the cockpit swung closed and the engines began to warm up. Not a minute later, the hangar was open and the Tear Runner was darting towards the location of his rival. It was time to end this once and for all.
The cockpit was open before the craft even touched down. Rah leapt heavily from the confines of his ship and began to look about for Lucian. His hand was secured tightly on the hilt of his vibroblade which hummed expectantly in its sheath. He was wearing what little body armor he had and the blade was his only weapons, other than his bare hands of course, which were lethal weapons on their own in a pinch.
Lucian, you son of a boar wolf, come and fight me! Let us end this bitter rivalry with your blood upon the blade of my sword!

Lucian had come to the port a few days ago to lie low for a while. He was currently in the bar drinking, having fun, and listening the music, which filled the air. The air itself was crisp with pipe smoke and alcohol aromas. Suddenly, the music stopped as someone outside hollered out. Lucian's name was screamed. He stood up, gathering his hat. He placed it on his head and wobbled a little out the door. To his gruesome surprise, Rah Boralis was standing there. "Oh, hello, my old friend," Lucian said with a smile, attempting to charm his way out of this.
Obviously it didn't work. "So where's your leathery little friend?" While asking the question, Lucian attempted to step by Rah and get into his ship. It didn't work, however. Smiling innocently, Lucian tried to step past him on the other side. "I suppose I won't be charming my way out of this one."
Lucian reached under his jacket and pulled the cutlass-style virbosword from its leather sheath. "Just try not to bleed all over my hat, mate." Lucian pulled his sword to the right and struck at Rah. Was he clinically insane to actually fight this man? This was not jsut another of those fights between two pirates. This fight was for blood!

The hall in which the two combatants stood was dim creating distorted shadows upon the dank walls each time the blades sparked together. Besides the steady hum of the swords, the area was completely silent. Several tenants of the surrounding ramshackle shelters peeked out their windows and doors to watch the confrontation. It probably wasn't anything new to them. All the same, nobody dared move from the safety of their homes. All eyes were on the two pirates locked in serious combat. This was no petty bar fight...
Rah narrowly parried a blow to his shoulder and stepped back slightly. He sneered at his rival. Lucian was obviously drunk but it didn't seem to impair his reaction time a bit. I'm afraid Tssslk couldn't make it this evening, though I promised I'd take a piece of you back with me for him. As for the "charm" I'm afraid yours has just about expired!
Rah parried Lucian's blade away hard and thrashed out hard with his cybernetic leg; the wicked talons gleaming in the flashes of light being emitted by the clashed Vibroblades.

Lucian parried a few of Rah's blows, as did Rah to his blows. Lucian kept the vibrosword in front of him, doing his best to block Rah's. Every time the blades would hit the walls were illuminated for a moment. As Lucian blocked another blow from Rah, an idea struck him. Then, Rah kicked out his taloned cybernetic leg. Lucian thought fast. He side stepped, then brought one of his feet down on the leg, pinning it momentarily to the ground.
As the leg thrashed to be free, Lucian struck Rah's other leg. Lucian picked up on the golden leg and ran for the bar. Rah came after him. Now Lucian could use the tables and whatnot to his advantage.

Rah was caught off guard as his leg was pinned to the ground. He swung around with his blade for a backhand but it merely clattered off the wall where Lucian's neck had been moments before. By the time Rah had reoriented himself, his opponent had already fled for cover amongst the various tables and chairs that littered the small cantina they had wandered into.
Patrons fled the building and hid behind counters as Lucian dove among them, Rah following slowly as he causally shoved a passing ruffian into a table. One raggedly dressed patron drew a blaster but doubled over clutching at the vibroblade in his gut before he could fire a shot. Now now, this little duel is personal. Don't interfere.
The feeorin whipped the blade from the gurgling man and nonchalantly wiped the blood off each side with a napkin he picked up off a nearby table. As for you, Lucian! The air hummed as Rah hurled the vibroblade at his rival which embedded itself into the wall up to it's hilt not 4 inches from his head. You believe that you can gain the advantage amongst these obstacles simply because you are smaller in stature? Rah drew back his arm and sent a small group tables flying into splinters with a swift backhand.
Is this the only way you feel you can defeat me? By fleeing for cover like a wounded durni? Come at me! Prove to me you are not a pathetic whelp! Rah reached down and drew a vibrodagger from a small compartment in his cybernetic leg. He brandished it menacingly at Lucian and waited.

Lucian quickly ducked the vibroblade. He got up to find it only four menacing inches from his face. Eyeing it wildly, Lucian looked at Rah. You could've poked someone's eye out with that thing! But, I was hoping you'd discard it. Lucian turned to the vibroblade. He gripped the hilt with his left hand and tugged. Nothing. He turned around to Rah, holding up his index finger One minute, mate. He pulled one of his blasters out and shot a circle around the hilt.
He pushed the blaster back into his sash of a belt. He pulled the vibroblade out of the wall this time. A small wooden ring was just above the hilt. Lucian kicked it off. He held both blades up and swung his around to meet the small vibrodagger. Then, he swung the other on the pirate's left flank. This was part of Lucian's plan. He stopped the blade inches from Rah's first wiggling blue tentacle and stuck it into the floor.
Then, he grabbed hold of a half empty ale bottle. He swung it straight down onto Rah's head. It smashed, sending glass and ale everywhere, but mostly on Rah. Lucian turned and sprinted for the stairs leading up to the upper level of the cantina. When Rah persisted in the chase, Lucian took a quick, yet steady aim at a crate full of flamable, alcholic beverages. He sent a few blaster shot sizzling into the crate. He ran up the stairs as the crate caught fire, quickly spreading through the lower level.
Lucian slumped against a wall; but then he ehard the talons of Rah's cybernetic leg. Do you ever give up?! Lucian shouted at the blue pirate.
