okay....so....

there's been a few....>.>....erm....setbacks....as far as that pic. *grumbles* Well, apparently it's been a tough few work weeks for everyone, especially with thanksgiving coming up and such. Wicked works at a gas station so the rush to get the hell outta Dodge for the holiday is big and he's been getting home wiped out and crashing soon as he gets there. Didn't help any that jack (the house hold dog...no, they didn't name the monkey Jack) chewed through the wire for his phone charger so he just got a new one this past weekend. *sighs and shrugs* I'm keeping on him about it though since I'm like a little kid on christmas eve waiting for their santa.

"wicked...*whine*.....made any progress yet?"

"Wicked....O.o why are the zombies outside your store begging for cash instead of brains?" (oh wait, wrong conversation...>.>)
"Wickeeeeed.....you know i'm not gonna be the one miffed if it isn't done and posted up by tuesday right?"

*cough*vex*cough* ....anyway, I DID manage to wrestle a few sketches away from him (wicked that is)....though most of them are of Axle, and the others are just mask sketches and a super creepy one of vex >.>

okay, so...real fast post before i'm off again to do more chores....(yay.../sarcasm)

You know that pic wicked was working on? yeah....i gots it....right here in my hot little hand....and i'mma post up the black and white for you, but....it isn't done yet! (not fully) I'm still going to do a bit more shading on it and then color it up, stick it on something spiffy et voila...new sig....*crosses fingers* only trouble is....>.> it's super big...so i had to scan it in two sections.

normally this wouldn't be a bad thing but...well...you can see where the halves meet....*eyes big ol' dark line* I still don't know what i'mma do about that. Hopefully I can edit it out >.> hopefully... Me gusta mucho la pictura, however...so i think i'll try to be clever...if push comes to shove (and god knows i hope it doesn't come to this) I'll take it down to someplace with a paper cutter so i can get a nice clean edge and two halves that won't make such a dark line. *mentally hisses at the thought of cutting the pic, then sighs* well...i don't know, either way I'll think of something...

So...without further delay (Vex'll kill me if I do) here's the first draft of the pic:

Oh! Tis verreh nice! Don't fret too hard about the dark line and DON'T cut it!! If you need, shoot me the file over e-mail or something. I'll use Photoshop to edit out the line and send it back. It would be a shame to cut it up.

@ Otterling: I totally agree, hence my working to find other solutions. Paintshop Pro can work wonders, but as i said it isn't done yet so i'm not worried about this version for coloring. I am going to cut it though...just not the characters. There's a good bit of white area at the bottom and sides i can take off to help the pic fit the scanner better and help me judge where to position it on there...hell, might just take it down to a staples and see if I cant scan it there >.> mas dinero, but...worth it. who knows, even a church i go to might have a scanner big enough...Will be smarter than the large picture ^.^

This is by request from Lat for Axle. It's also just the lineart...Dalan's working on shading it (do <3 my fiance) and then I can try my hand at some coloring. >_> We'll see how that goes....
