Well, most of us should by now know that Squee is taking art this semester in school. If you didn't, now ya do. People like looking at my art when I mention it. From here on out, I will put it here.
All right, first thing's first. The first project in school was to create a superhero, or villain, with a human body. The human body was what we all learned to draw first. I created the only super villain/hero. Yes, a hero/villain. Maybe I'll put the story below so you know what I'm talking about.
I named her Shira. She's kind of cool. I liked drawing and writing her. I loved this project, to say. Two weeks worth of work. Most of the time spent in a one and a half hour classes. And then spent another two hours finishing her at home.

The lighting is a bit off. The art teacher kept this one to place in the art show and to use in future classes.
If anyone knows how to do the gawddamn link thing, let me know so I don't feel like such an idiot.

Next was the face portrait. He wanted us to practice our shading. We took a face and made it black and white, then used a grid process.
I funked up the lips a little. I didn't notice how crooked they were until I had already begun to shade. I was so made. Otherwise, I don't think the face turned out too bad. ^.^ Mom fell in love with it. Told me the teacher couldn't have this one. xD
^- Finished product.
v- Work in progress
