"The Hydra" jutted out of hyperspace, around the planet of Onderon. Chiss Sith Vice Admiral Crahstor, stood on the Command Deck and looked out of the view port. Crahstor heard bootsteps on metal, and he turned around, and saw a grey uniformed soldier standing before him.

The soldier saluted him and said "Admiral Crahstor. We have arrived near Onderon, but is this really where you want to be? Our commanders told us to be near Ryloth, to interrupt Republic trade. Why are we here?" Crahstor stared the soldier in the eyes, and replied "You have your orders soldier. And I have mine. Tell the men to prepare the guns."

The soldier looked astonished, and inquired "Sir? Are we going to attack Onderon? I heard nothing about attacks I-" Crahstor raised his hand and said sterny "QUIET! Do as I say or I will have you thrown in the brig!" The soldier saluted Crahstor and went to carry out his orders. Crahstor smiled, and waited for the confirmation.

(I know it's short, but once the battle starts, my posts will be alot longer.)

Several minutes after the Hydra had jumped out of hyperspace, a small fleet of ships jumped in as well. Freedom's Avenger, a Interdictor-class cruiser, Titan's Blade, a Hammerhead-class cruiser, and Shadow and Ravager, two Foray-class corvettes, slowly but surely pushed into the system. Davis stood at the bridge of the Freedom, staring at his sensor officer as he gave his report. "Sir, there is a small Sith fleet near the outer part of the system." Davis nodded then turned back to the viewport, staring out into space. He quickly said after several minutes.

"I want Ravager and Shadow to go on ahead at full speed. Titan and the Freedom will come along as fast as they can. All hands to battle stations and have all squadrons in the fleet ready to launch when we give them the signal. Have Ravager and Shadow coming in at the center as they approach the Sith, Titan on the left flank and we on the Freedom at the right flank. I want us there in less then 5 minutes and all gunnery and squadron crews ready for battle." The crew rushed to work. The fleet quickly split up in 3 directions, the two Foray's going straight for the Sith while the Titan curved to the left and Freedom to the right. all of them heading as quickly as they could to the enemy.

Suddenly the sensors for "The Hydra" began to ring out. Crahstor wheeled on the Bridge Commander and demanded "What was that? Why are the alarms ringing?" The Bridge Commander replied "Admiral, it appears that a rather large Republic fleet had exited hyperspace moments after us. They are sending their ships after us."

Crahstor looked angry, and yelled "SCRAMBLE ALL FIGHTERS! TELL THE MEN TO GET TO THEIR BATTLE STATIONS! WE ATTACK!" As the soldiers scrambled to carry out Crahstor's orders, he had the gunners point the guns at one of the ships, The Titan's Blade, and Crahstor yelled "FIRE!" and all at once the Hydra's guns fired.

James felt the light, familiar, vroosh of air from the doors as he walked into the command deck and saluted the Admiral.
"Sir, my squadron of around ohhh....75 men are waiting in the hangar. We just need you to give us a go on the invasion of the capital," he said just as a man came running up to th Admiral informing him of the REcently arrived Republic fleet and then watched him bark out orders at his men. He sighed, thinking on how this isn't going to make his difficault task much easier.

Crahstor looked at the soldier and then snapped "Very well Seargent. Prepare your shuttle. Be careful Seargent." and with that, Crahstor waited for news to see if The Hydra's guns had hit the Republic ship.
