Sith Empire Involvement: It is suspected that the Sith Empire has involvement or deals with the Devaron women in the planet's Government. As many males have rebelled, and also built up the bulk of Devaron's army, there is no military to quell the uprisings. Therefore, the Jedi suspect that there is an outside force aiding the Government. Much like the Wookies on Kashyyyk, many Devaronian males have gone missing...

The Story Behind: Cato Nemoidia
...where there is money, there is somebody who wants that money for themselves. In this case, three people want that money. The Republic, who originally funded the colonization of Cato Neimoidia, has various politicians monitoring the planet’s exports and imports, trying to make sure that the Republic gets what was agreed upon. The Banking Clan from Muunilist, spearheading the Sith Empire, has claims in every single vault on the planet, and so monitors very closely also, but moreso for the sake of monitoring the Republic forces. And what kind of world would it be without an underworld? A small group of Hutts live on Cato Neimoidia, bribing the Republic and Sith to allow them to carry out their intimidating business with the Niemoidians.....

The Story Behind: Ando
...There are three sub-species to the Aqualish: The Aquala, who live in the sea, the Quara, who hail from the wetlands, and the Ualaq, from the caves of the rainforests. These three have been at war since they met one another, and the conflict in the galaxy has only become worse. The Aquala have sided with the Republic, thus giving the planet to Republic command (The Aquala are the largest party), but the Ualaq and the Quara have sided with the Sith Empire, hoping to take command of their own world. Each side wants dominance, but they all love their planet, and so do not wish for a massive war to be fought over it, but there will be fighting...

The Story Behind: Ando
...there is a virus on the planet, the Karatos Plague, deadly to any who are not inoculated. The Mandalorians were able to survive this disease, which kills in under and hour, and were the first to devise the vaccination. Since then, the world has been almost purely Mandalorian, as no other sentient could ever come to the world and survive, except those who were trusted with the inoculation by the Mandalorians. Indeed, there is a saying in the galaxy to one who is very trustworthy “You could walk the Concord Dawn.”
Since the Mandalorian Last Crusade; however, the Mandalorians were forced to give a sample of their inoculation to the Republic’s medicinal researchers, and their planet was turned into a mass farming camp whose proceeds were Republic Reparations. A small band of rogue Mandalorians, calling themselves the Karatos Crusade, have begun to rise up, with the simple goal of finding and stealing back the Republic’s sample of the inoculation, so that they may again be free of these intruders...
